"Sonia?" Brain called her name surprised to her hear at the party, they all are, judging by the look I see on their faces but I am not, something in me told me during the preparation of this party that Sonia is going to come here today and I am well prepared for her visit.
"I heard that you are all having a party without me, so I decided to invite myself here," Sonia said in a rather insane way walking towards Kimberly.
"You are not welcomed here, Sonia," I told walking over immediately to stand in front of Kimberly, with my fixed on Sonia because I know that she came here for a mission.
"Uhhh, how sweet..." Sonia said immediately staring into my face.
"Kimberly you must be so happy having my man by your side like this," Sonia said and then, clapped her palms together, trying to look at Kimberly's face and to touch her but I made sure she does not have access to her.
"Welcome home, Kimberly..." Sonia said looking at the decorations that was made in the living room.
"How convenient, Kyle,"Sonia said looking at me and around the house with everyone standing at a side watching her talk, they all know that her coming here is not good.
"This was supposed to be our home, right, Kyle?" She said and asked.
"No, Sonia," I replied her immediately because I have never once imagined I and Sonia in this house, Kimberly has always been the woman in the picture, I said within me, disagreeing with Sonia.
"What did you say, Kyle? How dare you, say that to me, you and I would have been married by now and probably on our honeymoon but no, this witch has to come and spoil everything," Sonia said pointing her fingers at Kimberly.
"No, Sonia, I did not spoil anything, in fact, you did that yourself," Kimberly told Sonia to my surprise replying to her.
"That's it, Kim, you are right my friend," Vicky added immediately after Kimberly finished talking.
"My friend is right, if you did not go and forcefully collected her kids from her, you would probably not be in this situation today," Vicky added.
"Rightly said my friend," Kimberly said again to my surprise, if only you had listened to me then, when I pleaded with you to leave my kids alone as you said earlier, you would have been married by now," Kimberly I told Sonia again.
"you know what ladies, I think it is a blessing in disguise that everything happened the way they did because I never wanted to marry Sonia, you know, I have never loved her I only like her then as a friend which I explained to her hoping that she would understand but her grief for my parent's wealth and Status Never allowed her to listen to me," I said looking at her.
"How dare you make fun of me, Kyle, how dare you allow this to nobody's to make fun of me," Sonia asked staring at me.
"Come on, Sonia, I suggest you leave now before it becomes too late for you, you have your whole life ahead of you, I know that you have money too, your family is well to do, you are a pretty lady who can find a husband in no time, I am sure of that" Brian told her, "there are many men out there who would love to be with you, who will love you as a wife," Brian added in a rather calm manner, I guess he is hoping that she listens to him and I think they may be feeling afraid of what she might do here.
"Save your sermon, Brian," I do not want to hear it, "so any man can marry me but not Kyle, what happened to Kyle your brother.
"What happened is that Kyle has found a love for himself," Brian this time.
"That's enough, Sonia, you are ruining our party, please I want you to leave now," I told her but in a calm manner gesturing for her to leave my living room, and showing her the door.
I wanted her to leave so that we can go ahead with our party for Kimberly.
"Ruin your party Kyle, really now?" Sonia asked glaring at me, "you know what for saying that, I will ruin your party, I have not even started yet and you are asking me to leave she asked again looking at me.
"Now let me show you, Kyle, what it means to ruin someone's party," Sonia told me and before I could return her statement she already started pulling down some decorations we have made in the living room for Kimberly.
"stop it, Sonia," I yelled at her, I can also see Brian and Jimmy and Vicky too rushing towards her.
That is when suddenly Sonia pulled out a gun from under her top, the same gun she had used before to shoot Kimberly, she pointed it at us, daring us to come any closer and looking from one family member to the other, I saw how Vicky and Jimmy rushed back including Belinda and Brian Jimmy and Vicky quickly stood in front of Alex and Sandra while Brian quickly stood in front of Belinda they all trying to shield the others from Sonia's gun.
"What do you think you are doing?" Sonia, I asked her angry about her reaction right now.
"What I think I am doing?" Sonia asked and then let out a small laughter.
"I know exactly what I am doing, Kyle, and I am pointing a gun at you, all of you, you know why, that is because I am going to make sure to take your lives one after the other..."
" what did you say?" I asked interrupting her.
"Do not interrupt me when I am speaking, do you understand that Kyle?" she askes pointing the gun right at my face this time and glaring at me too.
If only you had married me as we have agreed all this unnecessary things will not be happening, she added, and then pointing from me to everybody in the living room...
"Got you, Sonia," I said within me...
"Put Your Hands in the air Miss Sonia Roberts..." one of the police officers who are hiding in my house told Sonia as they came out of their hiding place.
"What is this, Kyle?" Sonia asked surprised or confused or even both.
I know that she never expected me to have hidden police men in my house.
"How dare you betray me like this, I am going to kill you, Kyle, I am going to kill you," Sonia shouted filled with rage this time I guess.
"Put Your Hands where we can see them, Miss," the police officers shouted at Sonia again, pointing their guns too at her.
"You think you can stop me from killing that witch," she said looking from the police men to Kimberly who she is now aiming her gun at, "get away from her, Kyle or I will kill you first to get to her," Sonia told me.
"Put Your gun down Miss Sonia Roberts," one of the police officers said again, now aiming their gun at Sonia.
"Put the gun down, Sonia, do not do anything stupid," I told her rather pleadingly seeing the way she looks at me, she seemed like she is determined to pull the trigger, I am a little scared now not because of me but because of Sonia, I know that if she eventually decides to pull the trigger the police officers here will not hesitate to fire at her.
"Come on Sonia ... put your gun down," I told her again still pleadingly hoping she listened.
"Do as they say, Sonia, we can work this out later," Brian told her too, I think he sees what I see.
"You should be arresting them, officers," Sonia told the police officers referring to me.
"Arrest them officers they betrayed me, that woman there in that wheelchair stole my husband away from me..." Sonia suddenly started saying and repeating her statement sounding now like a lunatic.
"I will not say this again Miss, please put your gun down," one of the police officers said again to Sonia.
"I just told you that this witch here stole my husband from me, you should do something about it not yell at me," Sonia said furiously and before we knew it she quickly turned to the police officer who spoke to her and then, fired her gun at him.
"No... Sonia..." I yelled and I think I heard the others yell with me but it was already too late as there is nothing we can do...
Sonia fired her gun at a police officer, followed by other shots from the other police officers in the living room...
