THE WEDDING DAY
Kylie and mara fixed a date for their wedding, Mara's parent were so happy for the goodnews. Mia was not leftout, she was going to be the little bride. Both Charles and mirabel were also preparing for the wedding, Anabel bought new clothe for them in preparation for the D-day. "Mia keep asking her father if she will get a new sister after the wedding, no darling". I want you to have a baby brother since you already have the experience of having a baby sister.
"I want a baby sister dad, they are the cutest, you will have to tell your mum then". She rush to mara in the kitchen, while Kylie laugh at her, his daughter is already seven years old and she still believe his pranks. He can not also wait to have more children to play with Mia, mara could not stop laughing when she heard Mia's demand.
You want a baby sister not a bay brother but why? A baby brother will not listen to me, he will he hard to play with. He will not allow me to play with him like a baby sister. Am sure you will grow tired of eating them, I can not grow tired of your cookies mum.

"Mia! Yes mum, can I ask you a question? Go ahead mum". Don't you wish to see your mum? You are my mum, don't you want me to be your daughter. She ask with a sad face, ofcourse you are my daughter. Am just surprised you did not ask about your mum, she is no longer my mum, she abandoned me.
"What if mum decided to make amends? No body is perfect princess". I will forgive her if she asks for my forgiveness, am sure she will, tell me how many of your class mate do you invite? I invite five of my friends so they will not finish our cookies. Mara laughed at her childishness, don't worry princess.
It will be more than enough for everyone, let go and meet Kylie in the living room.
The D-day finally came, mara dressed in her long wedding gown while mia also dress in a beautiful short wedding gown to match with mara's clothe. Her beauty was beyond words, she looked extremely beautiful. Her beauty was incomparable, she look dashing in her wedding gown. Kylie could not wait to see his wife, the warm sun could not equal to the fire in her heart for the man and child who stood beside her in the sand, their bare feet sinking into the blanketing white crystals.
"Beside her sat their friends from fellowship church, people from town and best of all". Her parent's. The occasion brought tears to her eyes and she thanked God for giving her the best of all.
moments ago she had repeated the pastor's word to love and respect Kylie to the end of her days, she had promised to be his wife not holding her body or her love. She lifted her head to the warming sun, wrapped in the sureness of Kylie, her hand in his, wedding rings symbolizing their union.
The pastor's voice rose over the sound of the surf. "May the almighty God, father, son and the holy ghost keep you in his light and truth and love now and forever ". He smiled, you may now kiss the bride. Mara looked into Kylie glowing eyes before hers closed with the touch of his wind-cooled lips against hers but warmth filled her heart.
When they finished kylie's eyes was filled with emotion, he is finally a happy man. "I love you now and forever ". He whispered. Ladies may I present you, Mr &Mrs Williams, the well wishers rose and applauded as Kylie stepped forward to lead mara down the aisle, but before he moved, Mia's excited voiced stopped them. "I love you mum, she said loud enough for everybody to hear her.
Mara stood behind the bathroom door, goose flesh pricking her skin. She slipped her wedding gown onto a hanger, then hang it on the bathroom hook. The dress had been perfect, a tea length gown adorned with seed pearls and iridescent beads.
The images of the afternoon filled her mind, Kylie looked so handsome in his dark suit and they had laughed when he rolled up his pant legs as his feet slipped deeper into the sands.
"Johnson and his wife had invited mia to spend the night, but now she waited behind the door". Feeling the sleek satin of her pale blue nightgown brush against her skin, she slipped on the matching robe and tied it, the soft fabric caressed her feet as she stepped back to unlock the door. Their wedding night as to be different from every other night.
