HER MISTAKE
Kylie continue the pretense while Nancy see herself as the happiest woman on the planet of earth, he treat her like a queen while. She in turn feels on top of the world.
Mara was not happy about the development at all, but she know it will not last forever. She pray she make a mistake soon, Mia was not left out, she dislike her mother, she want aunt mara not her evil mother.
Johnson and Anabel were not left out, they were sad because Kylie had to risk his life just to get their son's back, they feel sad. Kylie keep monitoring Nancy's movement, untill a message pop into her phone. She was laying on kylie's leg when the message came in, she quickly off the phone but Kylie was smart enough to have read the content of the message. She smile at Kylie and he also smile back at her, he had to act fast.
"Babe! I have to quickly rush somewhere, I will soon be back". Okay darling he peck her lips so as to pretend not to have seen the message. She rush upstairs to her room, taking her phone along with her. Kylie was already prepared to trance all her moves, she drive out of the mansion. "He waited for two minutes before going after her, he slow down behind her because she must not know she is been followed". He keep following her, he can not afford to lose her again.
Johnson and Anabel keep waiting for the kylie's call, mia was also worried about her father. Nobody was as worried as mara, she could not stand still. She keep praying he come back safely.
"Nancy keeps driving without suspecting anything, she drive inside a fancy restaurant ". She looked around her before going inside the restaurant , Kylie followed her two minutes later.
"He asked the waitress in charge where the lady that just walked inside is ". She did not want to disclose anything to him untill he counted some dollars and gave it to her, go straight then turn right after. Thanks, Kylie followed Nancy untill he gets to the rooftop of the restaurant. He saw her from afar, he was mile away from her.
He saw her taking to a woman, he recall the day he saw Nancy at the airport, this is the same woman Nancy gave the baby to. "He called the police and gave them the necessary details of where he is, he could not hear what they were saying because he was far from where they are". He did not want to risk nancy seeing him, she may escaped before the police get hold of her. He wonder where he met a criminal like her in the first place.
Few minutes later, the police arrived at the rooftop. They signal for Kylie not to come out untill they left, you are under arrest Mrs Nancy. "Why will you arrest me when have done nothing wrong, what did I do". You will understand everything when you get to the station, they arrested her and the woman they met with her. "We will need you to answer some questions, Kylie hide himself till they left ".
"Nancy had been arrested, he said full of happiness ". How are we going to get our baby back from her? Anabel asked with a sadden face. I know Nancy will not cooperate, all the police had to do is to threaten the woman with her. I do not think the woman know the baby was stolen, they were still talking when he saw Nancy's call.
At first he wanted to ignore her call but mara told him to pick it, pick it up Kylie. Kylie! Am at the police station, Kylie shouted on the phone pretending as if he know nothing about it. "What happened ". They are accusing me for what I know nothing about, am on my way. Hope they did not touch you? No they dare not, she said full of confident.
Kylie dropped the call, I think you should keep pretending you know nothing about it, Johnson suggested. Just go to the station, persuade her to tell you where the baby is. Pretend you love her, am sure she will open up to you. Okay let me get going, let me go with you. That will be a bad idea mara, she will suspect Kylie the more. Be careful Kylie, mara said concern about Kylie. I will love, he peck her.
He walked out of the house, Nancy started crying immediately she sees Kylie. She started shedding fake tears, Kylie know her tears was not real but he decided to play along with her game. "Don't worry love, am going to get to out of here". I did not do what they are accusing me of. "What are they accusing you of? They said I swipe Johnson's baby". How will I do such a thing? Knowing fully well that he is your brother.
Kylie was already getting angry but decided to play along because of his brother, Nancy! Yes hubby. I want you to tell me the truth so I can get you out of here, do you by any chance know where Johnson baby is?. I will not break up with you, it will make me love you the more if you are honest with me. Nancy saw how geniue he is, she wipe her tears off.
"You will get me out of here once I confessed right?, ofcourse". I know where he is, where love? I dash the woman you saw with me the day you saw me at the airport. But they did not see any baby with her when she was arrested, I told her not to bring the baby, am sorry Kylie. I did it because of the love I had for you, it a mistake I will never repeat again.
The first mistake you made is believing I still love you after what you did to me and my daughter, you will ROT in jail Nancy. He walked out of the cell.
