Annabel was now lying down naked on the bed with David as a call came in. She stretched her hand and saw that It was the doctor who was calling and instantly, she got worried because she knew the doctor wouldn't have called if everything was fine. She picked the call and placed it close to her ears and waiting to hear what the doctor holds for her.
On the phone…
"He has woken up…" said the Doctor. It was obvious in his voice that Mr. Evidence regaining consciousness was a miracle. Annabel who heard it was also surprised. At first, the news sounded as if it wasn't clear but meanwhile it was.
"Huh? What did you say please?" She asked.
"He has regained consciousness." The doctor said again as Annabel repeated his words.
"He has regained consciousness." She said to herself and when David heard It, he became curious.
"It's a miracle. Rose will be so happy to hear that Mr. Evidence has woken." Annabel excitedly said to the doctor as she told him that she would be at the hospital soon before the doctor disconnected the call.
David and Annabel were so very excited as they decided to call Rose to give her the good news.
In Crystabel's home,
The three girls were all lying down naked, trying to regain their lost energy as a call came in. When Rose realized that it was her phone ringing, she hurriedly stood from her lying position and walked towards her phone. When she got there, she looked at the phone screen and saw that It was Annabel who was calling. As soon as she saw Annabel's name on her phone screen, her heart skipped. This was something that had never happened to her.
She stood as she held the phone but didn't have the courage to pick it up. Rose, still holding the phone, it rang for the first and second time but she never picked up. She guessed that Annabel was starting to get worried as she finally picked at the third ring.
On the phone…
"Where are you? Come and meet us at V junction. We will pick you up from there. Mr. Evidence has woken up!" Said Annabel as she spoke with so much excitement and meanwhile, Rose was unable to speak but the moment she heard the news, she was so excited even though she acted strange.
The so much excitement, Rose said;
"Huh? He has woken? I'm coming… I'll be there. Just give me five minutes." She hurriedly ended the call and ran into the bathroom to freshen up before she dressed herself. Meanwhile, the two girls were surprised and didn't know what the news was all about as they stood and watched in curiosity but before that, Crystabel also went into the bathroom to freshen herself the moment Rose came out.
As Rose was about to leave, Crystabel stopped her.
"Wait… what happened?" Asked Crystabel as Rose innocently replied with a joyous expression.
"My boyfriend has woken up from coma!. My Mr. Evidence Anderson didn't die!" She said out loud as she jumped at Crystabel's body, giving her a hug.
"Mr. Evidence Anderson?" Crystabel asked inwardly.
That name sounded familiar. She thought.
After the hug, Rose was about to open the exit door when Crystabel said she wanted to come along. Rose couldn't say no even though she knew Annabel was going to get mad at her for letting Crystabel come with her. She was just so excited that she got confused on the right and wrong thing to do.
"Ok, you can come with me." Said Rose as the both girls walked out of the building, shutting the door and leaving Anita who was now in the bathroom, taking her bath.
At V junction,
Rose and Crystabel were already waiting for Annabel and Mara. After some time, Mara and Annabel arrived at The Junction and when Annabel saw that Crystabel had come again, she frowned. She wanted to scold Mara but she felt it wasn't the right time to do that.
As Rose and Crystabel entered the car, Annabel accelerated. Driving towards the hospital.
Rose was at the front seat with Annabel while Mara and Crystabel sat at the back.
As the car was moving, the atmosphere was quiet. No one was talking to each other and no one was also browsing through their phones. They were all eager to see Rose meet with her Mr. Evidence once again and meanwhile, Crystabel was also eager to meet with that familiar name. She could remember that her sex partner was named by that name but it happened that they lost contact. She just wanted to know if he was the one… As far as she remembered, The Evidence Anderson she knew was one of her customers she had a one night stand with a long time ago and because of how talented she was in her sexual skills, he made her his personal sex partner.
Meanwhile, David and Daniel had already driven towards the hospital.
Thirty minutes later, Annabel and the girls arrived at the hospital and it was also that moment David and Daniel also drove into the hospital compound. They parked their car and immediately Annabel parked, Rose quickly came down from the car and started running to meet with the doctor while the rest of them ran towards her. When she got there, she was told by the doctor that she could see him because he was already awake. Rose, hearing the news, she was so excited as she ran with the little energy she had left toward the hospital room where Mr. Evidence was kept and when she got there, because of how excited she was, she suddenly pushed the door open as her eyes and Mr. Evidence's eyes met. She stood at the door and continued looking at him where he sat as she couldn't say a word with those tears flowing down.
Mr. Evidence who just got up from an unconscious state didn't take a stand. He just sat down on the hospital bed and continued to look at Rose in awe.
In a split second, before a word could leave Mr. Evidence's mouth, Rose suddenly ran to him to give him a passionate hug when suddenly, he pushed her away with so much force as she fell to the ground, almost hitting her head on the couch.
That was the scene that caught everyone's eyes as they all stood at the entrance door as their mouth formed an "O". They wondered what had gone wrong.
Crystabel creased her brows as she saw her sex partner once again. After all this year, they met again!.
"Who is she? And who gave her the guts to run towards me that way?"
Mr. Evidence asked Crystabel, David, Daniel and his brother who looked familiar to him.
Everyone, hearing his question, were speechless and didn't know how to give him answers to his question.
Looks like he had lost his memory.
