Inside Annabel's Room…
Mara had left with Daniel a long time ago when Annabel realized that Mara wasn't supposed to go out because of the current situation but on the other hand, she was sure that Mara would be safe with Daniel. Having Daniel and his bodyguards around her was enough to protect her at that point but even though Annabel knew that Mara was safe with Daniel, she still got worried and then decided to call Mara. She called and Mara picked at the third ring.
On the phone…
"What's up?" Mara asked.
"I'm cool. Sorry that my call disturbed you both. I just wanted to tell you to take good care of yourself. You know that you are not supposed to go out right? But I know you are safe with Daniel but I still want you to take good care of yourself. Never leave his sight, you understand?" Annabel instructed the way a mother would have given instructions to her child.
"You understand what I mean right?" Annabel asked.
"Yeah. Thanks. Don't worry, I will be fine." Mara replied.
"Okay then." Annabel said as she remembered that when she called Mara earlier, she didn't pick the call immediately, so she started to think naughty.
"Hey! You didn't pick when I called you earlier. You decided to pick at the third ring. I guess you both have started right? I'm glad that the condom I gave you wasn't fancy." Said Annabel.
Meanwhile, at the other end of the call, Mara didn't know what to reply to that crazy Annabel. She didn't want Daniel to over hear Annabel's words. Because she didn't want him to notice anything, she decided to smile at any words that Annabel said.
"Don't lie, you both are making out right? Or probably, you both already made out." She laughed in a silly way.
Mara thought of what to respond to Annabel so that Daniel won't ask her what's going on as she decided to respond to Annabel with these;
"What are you saying? I just arrived. Don't be crazy. You and I know that I left home not long ago and now you talk about…" Mara paused. She didn't want to say anything anymore. She looked for a way to make Annabel end the call as she said;
"I was about to eat something sweet before your call came in. We will talk later when I come home so… bye. Don't worry, I will take good care of myself." Mara said and ended the call before she took a sigh of relief.
After the call ended, Annabel looked at the screen of her phone and gave a naughty smile. She just remembered her date. Annabelle was now seated on her bed still holding her phone as she remembered all the thing that happened in the car between herself and Daniel she could remember her he kissed her so passionately and she started to smile Datsun never stopped popping in and out of my head continuously now that she has remembered him she thought of calling him but it's also fortunate that when she was about to dial his number and then call him David's call came in she had the ringing tone of her phone and when she looked on her phone screen she saw that it was her baby that was calling her so she hurriedly picked up the call on the phone… David said baby how are you doing he asked and I was so excited to hear him call her baby
"I missed you." Annabel said with a baby voice.
"I was just about calling you before your call came in. Well, I'm glad you called because I missed you like crazy.
"I missed you too, baby. Just that… the whole of today was a busy day for me. It's almost evening and I really miss you and wish to see you baby." He said as Annabel replied.
"That isn't a problem Okay? Where are we meeting? I will come and meet you up." Annabel said.
"No, baby you don't have to Okay? I will come and meet you instead. I don't want you to stress yourself. Remember I'm the man here?" He laughed crazily. "Don't worry, I'm coming right away. We will be spending a night together at the beach. That beach you…" He couldn't complete his words as he remembered how Annabel disvirgin him as he couldn't stop laughing.
Annabel heard the sound of his laugh from the phone as she also couldn't stop the laugh from leaving her mouth as David continued his statement.
"We will be spending a night at that beach. That place where you made me start loving you." He said and his words shocked Annabel.
'He actually started loving me from that first night and not when I confessed my love to him? All this while, why didn't he say it? He is so crazy.' These were the things that ran through Annabel's mind.
"Just get yourself prepared, I will come and pick you up soon." He said as They both Agreed before the call ended.
After the call, Annabel went to freshen up and to also put on one of her favourite dresses. She actually loved that dress because whenever she wears it, so many people always tell her how beautiful she looks on it. She was so convinced that Her darling David would also love the dress on her. During her preparation towards going to see her boo, all the time she used to dress her self, she never stopped smiling.
Meanwhile Mara and Daniel were still seated inside a luxurious eatery, staring and smiling at each other without saying a word themselves. Mara held the fork and cutlery as she played with the food, she couldn't eat, she just kept blushing and using the fork and cutlery to play around the food without eating them as they both stared at each other for sometime before Daniel decided to break the silence.
He cleared his throat.
"I missed you." He said. At that point, that was the only word he tried to say. It was obvious that he was shy as well, not just Mara.
Mara, hearing his question, smiled as she responded.
"I'm fine and you?" She blushed.
"I'm fine too." He replied. Now, Daniel needed to act like a man and not shying around like a lady. He needed to take that bold step, he needed to say those things other guy say to the woman they love as he blinked and smiled and then, he rested his hand on the table, using his jaw to rest on his Palm, as he stared deeply into her eyes for some time.
"I love you Mara." He said.
Immediately Mara heard him say that, she looked back at him and replied. "I love you too."
Daniel was so happy to watch and hear her say those words to him in his face. Hearing her say that, it gladdened his heart.
He smiled and held Mara's arm and landed a peck in it, causing Mara to blush real hard and making her face change into red.
"Thank you so much for making me happy. Thank you for giving me the chance to love you, care for you and I'm also grateful to call you my baby." He said as he poked her nose.
The two love birds never stopped looking at themselves and couldn't believe that they finally became real lovers.
Actually, Mara was Same age as Annabel and Rose, and as for Daniel, he was 27 years old. And as everyone had always known, Mara was such a pretty girl that no man would want to reject her for any reason. Her skin tone, the way she speaks, her wonderful curves was just enough for a man to fall in love with her.
At Annabel's home…
Annabel had already prepared and was now waiting for David to come and pick her up. She made sure she wasn't looking bad at all. She was sure that Daviid won't take his eyes off her once he sees her.
