I looked at the divorce paper and sighed. I'm officially divorced. I looked at Tatiana's sign on the paper and touched it hoping it would disappear. I know that I will regret everything later on but this is my choice.
I sued James.. and took back my parents' case out to the court. There's a scenario in my head where I want to kill James so bad for killing my parents when my parents didn't do anything wrong. Killing James means throwing myself to jail.
If I do that, there's a big percentage of me going to jail and if I'm still with Tatiana, she won't have a lot of freedom and everything. It's better for us to separate and let her have a new life with another man even though I hate that fact.
Besides if she's with me.. She's with a guy who's going to kill her own father or throw her father to jail. I don't think she can handle it so I made a scenario where I'm the one who cheated on her so she's the one who is innocent in front of media and everything. Her life won't be difficult. Since I'm the one who 'cheat', people will mock me.. think I'm an asshole which I don't really care about. All I want is a revenge for James.
I closed my eyes and felt tears come out from my eyes. I wiped it and sighed. I just hope she can live happily after this.
"Come in." I said after hearing a knock on the door. My lawyer came in and I gave him the divorce paper. I told him to give Tatiana the house, cars and everything.
"Mr. Kamerie wants to see you, Mr. Romeo. Will you accept the request?" My lawyer asked.
"Yes." I said.
"Anything else, Mr. Romeo?" My lawyer asked.
"No." I said and he left after that. I took a really deep breath and got up. I walked out from my office and go to the lobby. I got into my car to go to the place where the police hold James. As soon as I arrived at the place, I got out from my car and the police lead me inside.
I stopped walking when I saw Tatiana. She looked tired. Her eyebags were visible.. she lost a lot of weight.. hair tied up into a bun.. no make up on.. black hoodie and a pair of long jeans. She looked at me for a second and then she walked away with her manager.
I walked inside ignoring my bleeding heart. My hands turned into a fist when I almost arrive at James' holding cell. I took a really deep breath and stood in front of the door. The police checked my body to see if there's any guy or knife. I wish I can sneak one because I want to kill him so badly with my own hands.
The police let me inside and I saw James was handcuffed. He looked at me with hate in his eyes. Not hate more like he regretted that he didn't kill me years ago. I sat down in front of him.
"James.. why didn't you eat your food? Tell me what you want.. I can buy every food that you want before you go to jail." I said in a sarcastic tone and he laughed.
"I see you love my daughter." He said and it's my turn to laugh.
"The word love doesn't exist in my dictionary. Your daughter is my one and only bridge to get you" I said looking at him seriously and then turned to the big glass where all the police can see us. I saw Tatiana standing there looking at me and I just smirked at her.
"So.. you're a Xander huh?"
"Ian Xander." I said my real name and then he leaned closer to me.
"I should have killed you." He whispered in a really evil smirk and then he leaned back again to the chair.
"You should have.. I'm sorry. Did I make your life miserable?" I said as I crossed my arms.
"Your dad was a really good.. person."
"Then why did you kill him?"
"Because I'm better at everything more than him." He answered.
"You killed your own wife! You're a sick man!" I bursted angrily and automaticly turned to Tatiana. She covered her mouth with her hands and tears started to fill her eyes. I sighed and looked down to the table.
"Do love money that much?" I asked and James laughed.
"Who doesn't?" James answered and I saw Tatiana walked out from the other room with Eric chasing at her.
"You know.. you don't know the real truth, Deandre.. or should I call you.. Ian Xander."
"I know everything, James." I sighed as I got up from my seat. I walked towards the door and knocked it to give a signal to the police that I'm done.
"Watch out your back, Ian."
"I have 10 eyes." I said and walked out from the room. I looked around to look for Tatiana but she's nowhere to be found. I decided to go home. I walked out the building with police assisting me. When I was going to go to my car.. suddenly someone grabbed my hand.
"We need to talk." Tatiana said and I turned to her.
"There's nothing to talk about." I hissed coldly but she dragged me to the side. She kept looking at something because I saw her eyeball kept going to me and something.
"Did my dad kill my mom?" She asked.
"Yeah. You heard me." I answered coldly and she kept looking at something. I turned my head but Tatiana grabbed my hand tightly. I saw my car blew up so James stepping up his game huh?
"It's better for you to stay with Lucas and Crystal for awhile. My dad asked me to kill you but I would rather kill him than killing you. Eric and my dad are stepping up their game on you so.. you better watch out." She said and I turned to her. I heard the police start to cover the place and find more bombs around here.
"You're not safe either." I said.
"At least, they can't kill me. My mom has a big savings under my name and Eric wants it along with my dad. They won't kill me until they get the money." She said and I sighed. We looked at each other for a moment and I looked away. I know it's painful for both of us but it's for the best in the future.
"Take care of yourself." I said painfully.
"I just want to know that you're safe and not death." She said and I nodded.
"I will give you back the house.. cars and everything. I don't need it. The only thing that I want back is you. If you come back to me.. I will accept you with an open arms." She said to me and then she walked away.
I took out my phone from my pocket and called my team.
"I want you to keep your eyes on Eric and guard Tatiana at all cost. Eric can't be near her.. take 2 of the police to guard them with you because I don't think Eric will leave Tatiana alone."
