The media world was set on fire by Sterling’s post and neither one of each other’s company whether it be PHOENIX CORP or STERLING INC exempted from the discussion especially the ladies who had a crush on the big bad boss.
Most Entertainment TV shows couldn’t wait to have him on their shows and anyone happened to have him first then that show will have a massive turn out of both audience and financial benefits too.
Sterling knew this too and 2 days after the post was made, Sterling contacted an entertainment TV he was familiar with while on his way to PHOENIX CORP.
“Hey Christian Mendoza,”
“Mr. Sterling, what a pleasant surprise,”
“Yes, a pleasant one indeed,”
Christian Mendoza was a TV personality that worked with Silver Bird Broadcasting Station and he was mostly found in the entertainment sphere. Christian wondered why Sterling was calling him by that time of the day and then it suddenly dawned on him about the trending topic of the day which was Sterling and Mysterious lady.
He thought ‘He’s got to be calling me about that or else why would the almighty Sterling call me this early in the morning. It’s got to be it’
“Well, what would you have me do for you, sir?”
“I’d like you to arrange an interview. I’m sure you must have heard of the news driving Twitter crazy; I’d like to say something about it today. You know what I mean and what you must do,”
“Oh, really sir, that will be fantastic! It would be an honor to have you with join us on today’s episode of Celebrity Gist. I guess we should be expecting you probably around noon before the show starts to run the highlights by you before we begin,”
“That would be great. It’s always a pleasure doing business with you. See you by 1pm,’
“Yes sir. See you then,”
Sterling got to PHOENIX CORP and went straight to the CEO’s office to get some work sorted out before going to his office. it’s been two weeks since he took over from Phoenix temporary and so far, things have been in order and not out of place.
After a while of work, he called Liyah to his office.
“You sent for me sir,”
“Yes, I did. I know you’ve been working hand in hand with the Host of Cooking Fest, Miss Debby Williams during these past few weeks and I know that you’ve already arranged things with Miss Mills but I’d also like to be briefed on what’s going on,”
“Well, sir, about Cooking Fest, the plans made for it still remains the same; bringing in Chief Chefs and sub Chefs from different branches of PHOENIX restaurants to give out some of their recipes and as always, the competition still stands. Simply put, everything will still go as planned,” Liyah explained to Sterling.
“Hmmmm, I see. That’s good and did you get feedbacks from the sub superiors about my temporary stay here?”
“Yes sir, I did,”
“Well, what is the report?”
“Everyone has agreed to put in their best effort and solicits that you take up the case and punish anyone who had a hand in what the boss is going through, again; they want justice for that,”
“Oh really, that’s good. I also think that justice should be served. That will be all for now. I’ll head back to my office and I want you to inform me about any new development,”
“Okay sir,”

On his way to his office, Sterling called Denzel to meet him at parking lot spot reserved for him. A few minutes later, he arrived at the parking lot and saw Denzel waiting for him, looking professional as always.
“Good morning sir,”
“Good morning Denzel,”
“I’m guessing you made a quick stop at PHOENIX CORP before coming over here; it is almost lunch break,”
“Yes, I did. Speaking about lunch breaks, I have an interview with Christian Mendoza by 1pm,”
“An interview, that wasn’t in your schedule for today,”
“I know, clear out my schedule for today because I will head home after that, and push all my meetings for today to tomorrow,”
“Okay sir,”
“Remind me when it’s 12:30pm,”
“Yes sir,”
While having the conversation with Denzel, they had already walked to their designated offices and Sterling bided Denzel to go to his post while he went to his.
After about 3 hours of getting his own share of his work done, Denzel came in to tell him that it was 12:30pm and that he needed to head out for his interview.
Arriving at Silver Bird Broadcasting Station didn’t take that long and before the twinkling of an eye, it was time for the show to begin. He was at the backstage when Christian Mendoza began his usual routine before inviting the guest.
“On today’s episode of Celebrity Gist, I have a very wonderful guest here with me and I won’t reveal the gender neither will I reveal the name but I want you all to be expectant and because you know that I always give you the latest as it comes. Well, without wasting any more time, let’s make welcome the most eligible bachelor in America, Mr. Sterling Tyrell,” After the introduction, everyone in the audience couldn’t hide their excitement as Sterling walked up to the podium and had his seat.
The claps and cheers were just too much and it took a while for the hall to be quiet again.
“Well, well, well, Mr. Sterling, as you can see, you’ve always got the attention especially that of the ladies wherever you go,”
“I guess you could say that,”
“I’m pretty sure that almost everyone in this hall can say why you’re here and I won’t lie, I am also eager to know what’s happening. Now, straight to the point, who is the mysterious lady and how long has this relationship been going on?”
“Oh wow, mystery lady; I didn’t know there was a name for her already but the name of mystery lady is Miss Phoenix Mills, CEO of PHOENIX CORP and about when it started, the relationship had been on for a while now but we managed to keep it out of the media until just recently,”
“Interesting, so why now, why make the relationship known to the public?”
“Well, it had to be done, sooner or later; the truth was going to come out anyways,”
“But I thought that Miss Mills was in a relationship with MAGIC GAMERS CEO Mr. Allen Martin, so when did this all happen,”
“I would reserve my comments on that because it regards talking about Miss Mills while she’s not here. It isn’t an appropriate thing to do,”
“Then I guess this is the point where you tell us especially the ladies that you’ve officially been taken off that area, right?”
“Yeah, I guess that is it,”
“That will be all. Thank you once again for your time. We wish you the very best and don’t forget to tell us about it when you finally propose!”
“I sure will. Thank you for having me,”
After the interview, Sterling went backstage with the sole intent of going home. He couldn’t believe that he had done this; telling the world that he was in love with Phoenix and also doing it to prevent a scandal when the news about her pregnancy starts circulating.
On his way home, he realized that he no longer stayed out late because now, he had a reason to come home early and he didn’t want that feeling to end. The more he thought about her, the more he drove to go home to her.
When he got home, the house was eerily quiet as though there was no living soul in there.
“Phoenix, I’m home,”
Nothing, not a single sound could be heard and it was weird because she was supposed to be home. He checked the kitchen, checked her room, for some stupid reason, he checked his room but he couldn’t find her; he checked his study, the library but still nothing. He tried her cellphone and it rang but no one picked up.
He started panicking and was about to call the cops when he realized that there was one more place to search, The Gym room!
