Brian's Pov
"Good morning my angel, how was your night?" I asked my beauty staring right at me.
"Good morning darling. My night was great!" She answered blushing.
"I'm sure you enjoyed the hot sections, isn't that right?" I asked taunting her as she hide her face on my exposed chest.
"You don't need to be shy all the time when I asked you something like that, I am your husband after all so feel free with the questions." I added and she raised her face up.
"I'm sorry hubby, I can't help it seriously. You do know I do enjoy each sex we do have why do you need to ask again?" She inquired.
"Yeah I know but can't I ask anything from my wife or do you wanna say last night sex wasn't beyond the ones we do have, can you prove me wrong if I ain't saying the truth?"
"Shut up honey, you're too lousy over it moreover I know you're doing so to taunt me." She stated and moved her lips closer to mine before locking them together in an affectionate kiss.
"She sure knows how to get me in the mood." I thought to myself as the only thought on my head was to do another round of sex with her as breakfast before heading to the office.
☆At the office☆
"Get all the files ready for the meeting and meet me in the conference room." I ordered my new personal assistant as Aaron and I head for the meeting which was gonna take place in five minutes.
A popular multinational company wants to collaborate with my companies all over the countries which was gonna bring me zillions of money for my companies so I can't afford to miss or ruin the deal with them.
I don't know why they came with a proposal of collaborating with my companies but when we're about to sign the deal, I'll ask them what made them thought of signing a contract with us.
"Aaron are you ready for the speech? You know we need all you can get to impress their board members, okay." I explained to him for the third time.
"Calm down bro, you do know when it comes to the welfare of the companies I don't joke with it so calm yourself down and let your man do the talking."
"I do trust you, let proceed." I stated as we walked inside the conference room. I sat in the center while Aaron sat close to me by the right hand side while the left hand side will be where my personal assistant will sit and take notes of all the activities going on.
"Bro once the deal is finally sealed, we should go out and have fun, don't you think?" He suggested.
"No buddy, you can go have fun alone. I wanna be home with my wife."
"I know Chloe won't have a problem with that once I inform her about it and besides she's fine, the maids are there to give her whatever she's need."
"I still need to be there for her. She wasn't happy I was leaving for the office today but she did say she will see me in the office but I still don't get if she's coming over or what?" I explained still confused.
""It means she's coming over dude, you don't need to stress yourself out also since she's gonna come I guess I'll have fun alone without you." He said smiling.
"Sorry Aaron, I'll make time for us some other time."
"I know bro, sister-in-law needs totally care so you don't have to explain anything again."
"Thanks buddy."
Chloe's Pov
"Is the meal not ready yet?" I asked rudely to the maids as I walked into kitchen to see what's taking them so long to prepare a spontaneous meal for my husband who I will be going to meet not as a wife but as an ambassador of Conglomerate Tencent multinational company, the number one multinational company in Asia.
Being generous to everyone made me got the position as an ambassador of that company. How it all happened was when I travelled to Asia months back when I was still with Joseph at that moment, dad couldn't make it to attend a meeting held there as he was in London at that moment so I decided to go there and stand for the company.
I happened to attend the meeting at an expensive hotel where I saw a strange man trying to pick up an handsome looking man who wasn't aware what's going on same as his two bodyguards. I was opposite the good looking man who was about 60 years or so when I stopped the stranger and reported him to the police. The man couldn't stop thanking me and decided to reward me after telling him my purpose of being there by making me one of his board members so that how it all happened.
Brian didn't know I was the one who discussed about his companies to the man who accepted to collaborate his company along with all other board members cooperation.
I did have a big plan for him that's why I didn't tell him about it but he sure will be shock to see me because I'm the one representing the company in the meeting which is holding at Brian's biggest companies here in New York City.
"It all ready and set madam." The head maid uttered politely and I nodded walking back to my bedroom to change into a beautiful dress for the meeting.
"I'm coming baby, you're gonna see your wife with you in the same meeting with you." I conceited to myself smiling and changed into the outfit which was perfect with my baby bump.
I walked downstairs and meet the head maid and all the maids including the weird Kortney. About her, I want her to get jealous and know Brian is all mine and nobody can change that or even try to snatch him away.
"Kortney, go change your outfit because you're following me to my husband's company." I stated to her and walked outta the house with one of the maids carrying a basket containing Brian's lunch.
Brian's Pov
It was time for the meeting to hold and everyone was all sited except the woman representing the multinational company.
I really don't know why she's taking so long and I do need to check up on my wife and babies early. I hope she's fine, safe and isn't lacking whatever she wants because I already told Mrs Harley to do everything for her that way she won't have to feel sad without me.
"When is your representative gonna show up?" Aaron asked one of the board members sited at the conference table as well.
"She will arrive soon, hopefully we will be expecting her soon." The bald old man answered and faced his other partner whispering some words to him as the man got up and left for the door.
Not long that he left he walked in back and announced her arrival.
"Please come in Mrs Chloe Brian Lincoln" He announced as I was too shock to move the moment she walked inside holding her bump with one hand.
"I'm so sorry for delaying this meeting but since am here, let finalize the deal right away." She uttered as one of the bodyguards who escorted her from the house pulled out a chair for her to sit facing me.
What in heavens world is going on? Chloe is one of the board members of the company and she didn't tell me about it also I know it all her doing to make the company collaborate with me so for that I ain't angry she hide it away from me but she needs to look after herself and the baby. They are my first priority and everything, I can't afford to let her stress herself in her condition, I am so gonna talk her into it and make her understand I am still the man of the house.
