Kortney's Pov
"Arrrh" I faked the scream holding on to my feet as he got down from his car.
He is always getting more handsome and cool every single day and I can't help without drooling at him because I'm really in love with him so much.
"I'm so sorry miss, are you hurt in any way?" He asked with his thick sexy voice moving closer to me as lot of people were already gathering and murmuring words to themselves after observing it was the popular business tycoon, Brian Lincoln standing face to face with them while series of them were taking his pictures.
They wanted to make an approach towards him when series of men dressed in black from nowhere rushed towards us blocking off the crowds. The men are his bodyguards.
"Ouuuchh." I cried out holding my left feet.
"Miss, I'm sorry I wasn't so focused on the road to have hit you but you will be fine." He assured.
"Okay sir." I replied acting I was in pain but deep within me I was extremely happy my plan went well the same way I planned it would be.
"You're gonna be fine miss I promise, I’m gonna take you to the hospital." He said and ordered two of the bodyguard to help to help me out.
They helped me into one of the cars as he got in the same car with me as well before the cars took off to the hospital.
Finally this is a dream come true for me, inside the same car with the man of my world. My plan is really a good one, when I found out he was back from his honeymoon I begin to look for every means to see I lay out my plan which wasn’t a success at first until I used my body to gain information from one of his bodyguards about his outing today and the route he was going to take that’s how I was able to get everything workout perfect by coming in front of his car.
I got lucky he was talking over the phone through the glass mirage which made it easy for me to come in between looking like it was an accident.
One of my plans worked out and now it left for the second one, how I was gonna gain entrance into his house by his own will.
And after that getting his attention towards me wouldn’t be a problem because of how I changed my appearance like the beautiful lady I am but don’t like dressing and now I had to go back to my old ways of dressing to kill because I want him to start noticing my presence.

Brian's Pov
“How are you feeling now Miss?” I asked the lady who I had knocked down with my car after the doctor had treated the injury she sustained.”
“I’m feeling better also I do have a name not miss.” She replied smiling.
“So what’s the name?”
“I’m Kortney.” She answered.
“That’s a beautiful name indeed.”I complemented.
“Thank you sir,”
“You can keep the formalities and call me by my name I guess.”
“I do know your name sir, the popular business tycoon and the country man. I mean Mr Brian, I think that will be more okay if I call you that.” She answered.
“That’s okay, I came to inform you, you’re discharged and free to go since you’re okay now also my bodyguards will escort you home and give you some money. I’m really sorry for causing you this pain. ”
“It nothing sir, I’m really grateful for your kind hospitality and for that, thank you so much sir but the truth is I don’t have anywhere to stay. I’ve being running from one place to another." She uttered crying.
"I'm really to hear about that but I could be of help to you. Why don't you come work as a maid in my mansion since there is a place where you can live and also you get paid for your work, is that okay with you?"
"It so okay to me Mr Brian, thank you so much for this help you have rendered to me, I am really so grateful." She expressed showing gratitude.
"You're welcome, if you're ready we can leave for my mansion."
"Yes sure, I am ready." She answered smiling.
I'm helping her since she has nowhere to go also I had to add more pain to the ones she has being going through. It really would be selfish of me not to render little help as a way to free myself of my mistake.
"Let go." I uttered and she got up lifting her left feet which got hit by me with difficulty.
"Come help the lady to the car." I ordered with a dominating voice to the bodyguards standing outside the ward.
"Okay sir." Two bodyguards walked in and walked over to help her.
They helped her up and begin trailing behind me as we head outta the hospital. She will start working as a maid in my mansion, maybe that's a way I can find peace for being careless.

"May I ask you a question if you don't mind?" I inquired because I wasn't so sure if it was really the right thing to do by bringing someone to work for me without getting to know one or two things about them as we were about heading to my mansion.
"Yes Mr Brian, you can ask me anything and I'll answer accordingly."
"How did you get on the street also where are your parents?" I asked as her face went sober. I didn't mean to hurt her but I just need to know if she won't be an enemy into my home.
"Both my parents dead due to blood pressure because my dad lend a huge amount of money from a gangster and couldn't pay back but after their death I sold every of his possession and paid back leaving myself with nothing and nowhere to call a home again."
"I'm sorry to hear that, but since I found you now, I'll give you a place to call a home also feel free to live like a normal human being."
"Thank you so much Mr Brian, I am forever indebted to you." She uttered smiling.
"You're welcome."
Chloe's Pov
"I really don't know what happened to Brian but I hope he's safe." I ruminated again waiting for him in the living room feeling so intense because he wasn't picking up any of my calls until at the eighth ring he finally picked up.
"What's wrong honey, did something happened to you?" I rushed my words.
"I'm so sorry baby, I got into a rough situation but everything is okay now also am extremely sorry. I'll be home in a bit darling."
"I'm waiting for you honey, please come back home safely." I uttered.
"I'll be safe baby." He replied and the call disconnected.
I hope he is good and safe because I can't help seeing him get hurt in anyway when my babies and I need him so much close to us.
