Lin Wen Xin turned around and saw that the entire high quality glazed ceramic cup had completely shattered into pieces on the ground.
There were only the two of them in the dining hall but because of Hong Xin Rui’s loud scream, everyone rushed back in.
“Are you crazy?! You are trying to kill me?!!”
“I know that you are jealous of me but you really didn’t have to do this! Look at my hands now! What are you going to do about it?!”
Hong Xin Rui arrogantly placed her hands that have been slightly scalded by the hot coffee, right in front of Lin Wen Xin’s face.
Lin Wen Xin was sure that she had placed the cup of coffee properly on the table before she left.
The cup would definitely not fall on its own unless someone had deliberately dropped it on the floor.
“What are you staring at?? Aren’t you going to pick them up and clean the area?”
Nanny Liang hurriedly brought over a broom and dustpan so Lin Wen Xin could sweep up the broken pieces and would not injure herself.
Hong Xin Rui obviously did not appreciate this thoughtful behaviour and immediately reprimanded Nanny Liang.
“Don’t you have better things to do?! Also, didn’t you see that the coffee is still there? Are you going to dirty my broom and dustpan?!”
Lin Wen Xin on the other hand was truly touched and grateful for Nanny Liang’s concern. She smiled assuringly as she passed the items back to Nanny Liang.
It was better for Nanny Liang to leave the dining hall now before she gets another unreasonable scolding again by Hong Xin Rui.
Each of the broken pieces on the floor is still relatively large in size, so Lin Wen Xin also felt that it is better for her to pick them up by hand.
She picked up each piece very carefully, while being mindful of their sharp edges.
“What is going on?” Wang Shen Ze had suddenly appeared from behind and questioned in a cold tone.
“Hiss...” Due to the sudden shock, Lin Wen Xin had accidentally cut herself and one of her fingers started to bleed.
However, she pretended that nothing had happened and quickly picked up the rest of the broken pieces.
Hong Xin Rui turned around and saw Wang Shen Ze standing indifferently at the entrance of the hall with both hands in his pockets.
She ran over and held on to his arm affectionately as she complained to him, “Look at my hands, they were scalded by her hot coffee. It really hurts badly... I saw that she spilled it on purpose...”
Lin Wen Xin stood up in disbelief and instantly denied the accusation. “I did not spill it on you, you know clearly how the coffee landed on the ground.”
“Look... she is still trying to push the blame to me. Shen, I really feel very burdened in this house.” Hong Xin Rui pouted as she looked at Wang Shen Ze in a wronged manner.

Hong Xin Rui’s acting was so ‘moving’ that she had almost wanted to cast a vote to her for being the best actress of the century!
Lin Wen Xin knew that no matter what she said, Hong Xin Rui would definitely rebuke her and so she thought that remaining silent was a better option.
“Get lost!” Wang Shen Ze commanded with his cold voice while staring at the clock on the front wall.
As Lin Wen Xin was standing in front of him, she knew that the words were directed at her.
There was a dull pain in her heart as she thought to herself, “Why wouldn’t he believe my words?”
Lin Wen Xin bit her lips as her downcast eyes slowly led her out of the dining hall.
Hong Xin Rui was extremely pleased with this situation and could not help but give a thumbs up to Wang Shen Ze in her heart.
This has indeed helped to erase all of her grievances that she had suffered in the entire morning.
But just when Lin Wen Xin was about to walk past Wang Shen Ze, a huge hand grabbed hold of her wrist and pulled her back to her original position.
“Didn’t you hear me? Get out of the house now!” Wang Shen Ze turned his head and shook off Hong Xin Rui’s hands in disgust as he stared at her with his pair of ruthless eyes.
Earlier in the morning, he had rushed out of the house after receiving a call from Yi Fan saying that he has caught the previous investigator - Investigator Hu, for using Hong Xin Rui to deceive them of the investigation results.
Wang Shen Ze was obviously merciless towards Investigator Hu as he was immediately captured to an abandoned warehouse and was beaten to a pulp by ten able-bodied men.
And of course this is not even considered as a punishment for him!
There is a saying that goes, “Do not offend the people that you cannot afford to offend!”
The team of lawyers would be knocking on his door very soon and he is definitely getting sued by Wang Shen Ze. Who knows, there might even be a jail term waiting for him.
Hong Xin Rui widened her eyes and looked at him with incredulity.
Wang Shen Ze squinted his eyes for a second before speaking with a callous attitude, “You should know that this day will come! You can ask Investigator Hu about it - provided he is still alive!”
He gave a cold and sarcastic laugh, before ordering the bodyguards who were standing behind him to throw her out together with her belongings.
Hong Xin Rui’s eyes instantly became red as she was left speechless, “That... How...”
“Yi Fan!”
“Yes President Wang.” Yi Fan immediately walked forward as he responded.
“I want every single furniture and item in her room to be thrown out of the house! Get another interior designer to redesign the entire room!”
