Aria
Today is my off. I spend my morning tutoring a kid near my house. I got some big tips actually.
It was already evening and I already ate dinner.
I was looking at the ceiling like I was flashing back the good memories when a knock came on my door.
I groaned standing up and I know who it was.
Lucas.
"Where is Luke?" I asked boldly.
"In our house."
"You left Luke!" I shouted.
"No, baby, he is with Leticia," he said softly.
"Why are you here again?" I asked, crossing my arms under my chest.
"For my wife." I laughed.
"Can we work things out? Please." He pleaded.
I am not falling for that trap again.
"No. Now leave." I said angrily, walking back in the bed and sat on it.
"Just close the door if you are leaving," I said harshly.
"Can you please go back home?" He said softly. I could feel his sincerity but I won't budge.
"No, if that is because of the money Leticia paid for the debt. I will pay for it after I gave birth."
"No Aria, it’s not that… I will work things out, For us for the baby and Luke"
"NOT AGAIN LUCAS!" I screamed and stood up.
"I did everything for you to mend your heart. I gave all to you, I care for you, I cook for you, I took care of Luke, Did you hear a single word to me? I always fight for you! I gave you my heart, my body, my face all of it willingly" I yelled.
"But what did you do!” I screamed.
“I just waiting for you to say you love me back but was so dumb not seeing that you didn't love me." My vision was blurred because of tears.
"I love you,” he whispered.
"You didn't love me, Lucas. You should have said it back when I always say it to you. I was so happy that all my first times are you but I was so wrong. " I cried out.
"Do you regret the baby?" He asked suddenly.
"No, I wouldn't regret the baby, Lucas. I let you be inside me because I love you. We made love a lot but for you, I guess…we just fucked each other. I didn't regret it, Lucas. " I spat angrily that last words I said.
He was about to say something but no words came out from his mouth.
"I FUCKING REGRET THAT I LOVED YOU AND I MET YOU LUCAS!" I shouted at the top of my lungs and lied.
I didn't regret loving him and meeting him.
I slumped myself on the floor and started to cry harder.
"I fixed yourself but you ruined me." I sobbed.
"I know." He said in defeat. He kneeled down to me.
"I am so sorry baby for hurting you." He said softly.
"I wish I could go back to the time and do what is right." I could see he is crying.
"Please give me a chance, one last chance please." He pleaded while I could hear his sobs.
"I am so fucking sorry baby." He said in defeat.
I don't know what to do anymore, apart from me wants to go back to him but a part doesn't want to.
He helped me stood up.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and put my head to his chest.
I am tired to fight. I miss him a lot.
"I miss you so much, baby." He whispered.
"I wasn't enough for you," I replied back.
"You are enough for me. I am just scared that you will hurt me." He explained.
"Did I ever hurt you?" I sobbed.
I could feel him shake his head no.
"I will prove to you that you deserve me and I deserve you. I wouldn’t ever hurt you again, baby"
"You always say that but you never do it." I pulled back.
"You will see. Can you go back home?" He asked.
I looked at him. Anger rises up again.
"No way Lucas, if things didn't work out I would end up being hurt again," I said harshly.
He nodded. I looked down and tried ti get out of his grip.
"Can I touch your stomach?" He asked in a whisper. I could feel the pain in his voice.
I nodded and pulled my shirt up. He didn't even waste time, he touched and roamed his hand to my stomach.
I missed his touch.
"Daddy was being an idiot, that's why mommy is very angry with me. I promise that I would bring mommy back at home, with your brother Luke and me. We will be one happy family.” he whispered.
He kneeled down and kissed my stomach as tears slipped into my eyes.
He stood up and said.
"Look at me." He whispered but I didn't look up.
"Please." He said, hugging me closer to him.
I looked up to him and he leaned to rest his forehead to mine.
"I will prove to you that I love you no matter what. You could say that I am lying for today but as I said I will prove you." He whispered.
I didn't utter a word and I just looked at him.
"Please say something." He cupped my face.
I didn't say anything and he sighed in frustration.
I know he was reading me but couldn't read me.
Instead...
He smashed his lips to mine. I wanted to pull out but my body was betraying me. I immediately melted like jelly but Lucas gripped my waist. I let him do what he wanted.
He licked my bottom lip but I declined it.
"Open your mouth… baby, I miss you so much " he whispered huskily, carrying pain.
I did what he said. I was falling again for his trap.
He kissed me hungrily and passionately. I kissed him back. I missed him so much.
He pushed me onto my bed and climbed over to me. He started to remove my clothes.
What the hell? What can't I resist him? Oh, God!
"We don't fuck baby. We make love." He rasped and started kissing me again.
"I love you always." He murmured into my lips but I didn't say it back.
I am not ready yet.
