Aria
I woke up when I felt Luke started touching my cheeks. I slowly opened my eyes, I am not wrong.
"Hello, baby," I said softly to him and kissed his forehead.
"Mommy..." He said softly.
I checked the clock it is already 7 am. I brushed my teeth, washed my face with Luke in my arms, and changed Luke's diaper.
We headed downstairs.
"Good Morning Aria., morning baby Luke," Ana said, smiling at me.
"Good morning also." I greeted back." Where are Leticia and Mark?" I asked. They are supposed to be here to eat breakfast.
"Lily is with her nanny and Rosaline playing. Mark and Leticia went out, according to them, they will arrange some papers in Mark's office." Ana explained
I nodded." Lucas?"
"Sir Lucas is still asleep."
"Thank you, Ana. I'll prepare Lucas's breakfast then you can bring it up to him when he wakes up."
"No problem, I'll help you. Pancakes?" She said.
"Uhmmm… No, Avocado toast. I'll just bring Luke to Rosaline for him to play with Lily." I informed her so I can start.
I walked to the playroom and saw Lily and the nannies playing with her. Rosaline already saw me and walked towards me also Lily.
"Auntie Aria...." Lily squealed. Luke laughed at her expression.
I kneeled to hug her.
"Hello baby Lily," I said but Luke pushed her away.
"Nooo... Mommy…" he whined, getting jealous
We chuckled in amusement.
"Rosaline, take care of Luke first, I will just going to prepare Lucas breakfast," I said and Rosaline got Luke from my arms.
I asked her if they eat breakfast she said yes.
I headed back to the kitchen again. Ana prepared avocado and bread.
"Did you eat breakfast?" I asked Ana.
"Yes."
I started preparing the avocado while toasting the bread.
When I was done. I put them into the Kitchen Island.
"Ana can you get me some coffee. It's already empty here." I told her.
She headed and came back to me with a coffee in her hand.
I am now preparing coffee for Lucas and milk for me. I heard footsteps coming in my direction.
I looked at Ana. She just looks at me, her face turned into normal. I know who was it already.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and put his head in the crook of my neck, kissing it, making my legs turned into jelly in a second, but I gathered myself up to ignore him
Ana wAs about to go when I called her.
"Ana." She turned around. "Don't go. I will just eat upstairs. " I informed her and she gave me a curt nod.
I released myself from Lucas. I am still upset with him.
"Just bring this to Lucas when he is awake. " I said even though he is here. I don't care, I need a break.
She couldn't say anything and nodded.
"I am here baby." He said deeply. I didn't bother to look at him.
I feel my stomach butterflies become alive when he called me baby.
I am almost out of the dining. When I turned around to Ana.
"And also, tell Rosaline to bring Luke upstairs if he is looking for me. Tell also the other maids to bring Luke's gift, upstairs."
"Oh...Ok. Aria."
I headed to the bedroom. Thankfully, he didn't follow me.
I started to eat my food after a while.
I lay on the bed and closed my eyes. I still need to rest.
After minutes, I heard the door opened.
"Rosaline you there?" I asked, not opening my eyes, clearing his throat.
It's not Rosaline. It's Lucas for sure.
"It's me." He whispered softly.
I remained my eyes closed.
"Ok, just close the door if you’re going to leave." I dismissed him. I turned to face the side of the bed, not wanting to see his innocent face.
I heard him sighed and lay down beside me.
He wrapped his arms to my stomach but I slapped his hand away from me but too late he gripped more tightly to my stomach. He put his head to my neck and started kissing it. I tried to get away but my body is betraying me.
It feels good.
"Are you mad at me?" He mumbled to my neck.
I didn't respond.
He moved to the other side to face me. My eyes were still closed. He put my excess hair away from my face.
"Can we talk?" His voice was begging, I am trying to resist it.
He kissed my lips softly.
"Please." I sighed.
"That's what I am trying to do yesterday to you," I replied and bit my lip.
"I know baby...I am..." Before he could say anything
"Sorry for hurting you again," I said. I remember his lines.
"Yes." He whispered.
"That's what you are saying always to me. I am trying to talk to you but you keep pushing me away." I said to him, tears in my eyes formed, and started to fell.
He wiped my tears and I opened my eyes.
Those innocent eyes again. I closed my eyes.
"I don't know… Lucas just gives me a break." I whispered.
I turned around not facing him.
I heard him sighed heavily and wrapped his arms around me.
"Ok....fu...." The knocked on the door interrupted us.
"Come in," I said loudly for them to enter.
"Ma'am, these are Luke's gifts." I heard the maid said.
"Just put it near the cabinet," Lucas answered for me.
I opened my eyes and took a sit. Lucas switched to my back and snaked his arms around my stomach, putting his head to my neck.
"W...whe.... where is Luke?" I stuttered asking the maid because Lucas begins to suck my neck again.
I heard him laughed darkly
"He is with Rosaline and ma'am Leticia's daughter."
I nodded and she picked up the cue to leave.
"You’re not going to talk to me?" He mumbled into my neck.
I ignored him.
"We are going out tomorrow." He whispered.
I know we are going out. Leticia told me.
Ignored.
"I am hungry." He said.
"Ask Ana to made something for you," I said boringly, trying to prove to him that I don't care--for now
I still care for him thou.
I made breakfast for him. He didn't eat it?
Uggh... This man is really ughhh... Jerk.
I lay down on the bed just waiting for Rosaline to bring Luke. He needs to spend time with others not only me.
It's really hard to ignore this man near me.
Lucas Wighten, why are you so hard to ignore?
