"What do you mean by that….." I surprisingly gaped at him "That Derrick has found his mate…." I mumbled in utter disbelief.
"This is serious…." I said.
"Yeah, he told me that yesterday…." Lucien muttered.
"And did he tell you who the girl is…..?" I asked him with a narrowed brow.
"Yes, it is Angel's sister….." Shrugging his shoulders he said.
"What the fuck!" I exclaimed, "An omega!…." I bewilderingly gaped at him.
"And what's wrong….?" He asked with concern as he scanned my face.
"You ok….?" He doubted.
"How can I be ok, this is so hard to believe," I barely whispered.
"How can he be mated to an omega? Wait!.... Don't tell me that the supposed mate is an omega…." I stared at him with doubt and disbelief.
"I didn't ask him that but it is obvious that she is an omega," he replied.
"What do you mean by it is obvious," I asked with confusion.
"Well, from the past four weeks now no rank werewolf has visited our pack except the omega's_" he wrapped up with confidence, as he proudly stared at him like he was doing his job so well but I am not in for that now.
"An omega! What an insult? This is a huge slap on our face," I spit.
"Nene calm down…." He calmly mumbled.
"Calm what!" I snapped at him "The moon goddess made a mistake, this can't be possible….. " I grumbled.
"Watch your tongue, nene…… the moon goddess never makes mistakes," he sharply uttered.
Turning around to face him I scowled at him "How many times do I have to warn you about calling me by that….."
"This has been the way that I have always addressed you since our childhood," he said.
"But I don't like it anymore especially when it is coming from you," I murmured the last part so he couldn't hear it.
"What did you say?" He confusingly asked.
"Nothing and beside stop calling me that…" I warned him.
"But you have always loved the nickname," he mumbled with confusion.
"Not anymore so get that into your empty skull….." I grimace at him.
"But Nicholas and Derrick do call you that or was it because it was coming from me?" He asked with pain in his voice.
"Maybe….." I reluctantly mumbled, I hate it when you already know the answer to your question but keep asking to get a reaction from me.

"Whatever…. Why should the moon goddess keep making mistakes? Mating people with weaklings and now the two future Alphas of this pack had to have weak lunas, what a life……" shaking my neck I mumbled in utter disbelief.
"The moon goddess knows the reason she mated them together and who are the weaklings?" He raised a question.
"Don't you have eyes or are they for decoration?" I blurt out harshly. He is even one of them, the weakling squad.
"Mira is not a weakling, she is the third daughter of the Alpha of the crystal mountain pack and also one of the greatest warriors," he defends.

"Yes….." He responded.
"Then marry her! Is it not the same pack that was well known in the whole werewolf realm as the weaklings which makes her father sell her off for political reasons……" I mocking taunts.
"Don't say that nene, that is too mean…" he whispered.

"Come on, you are overdoing this….." He annoyingly mumbled.

"This is our pack that we are talking about! And a disgusting omega! This is ridiculous," rubbing my scalp in frustration as I lashed at him.
"And when did you become so interested in the welfare of the pack?" He taunts, "Because the last time that I checked you care nothing about the pack…." He uttered with a furrowed eyebrow.
"When I started caring about the pack is none of your business," I lashed out at him.
"I don't even know why I got tied down with you, an irresponsible being," I cursed under my breath.
"Why are you doing this….?" with a hurtful tone, he asked.
"JUST SHUT UP! SHUT UP!..... I sent you to spy on them not to come here and question me," I fume with anger.
"Can't we have a meaningful conversation for a minute more than fighting or misunderstanding each other," he painfully uttered.
"That is not why you are here, bear in mind that we are here for work and not for some lovey-dovey moments," I furiously glared at him as I mumbled the last word with a grit of my teeth.
"You are not serious right now nene," he laughed bitterly, "please can we talk….?" He desperately begged.
"We are done for today, get out…." I proclaimed.

"Fine, I am going…" he murmured, "You sure you don't want to talk to……. I quickly turned to him and shot him a very deadly glare causing him to shut up instantly and left my room.
" Gosh!" I whispered as I ruffle my hair in anger, the moon goddess failed this one. How could she pair the two twins with weak creatures? What happened to me? Am I not enough? Never! this won't happen. Not when I am still alive, not under my watch. Aren't they ashamed to mingle with low lives? What's taking them long to reject them? Don't tell me that they have a thing for those girls, this can't be happening then what happened to my honor as the future luna of this pack. They can not come into this pack and do away with what I have been working on for a long time now. NEVER!
"Susan! Susan! Susan!...... " I called for my maid.
Running inside with a heavy breath she answered "Yes, ma….."
"Can't you hear your name? Why did you allow me here to be calling you for hours now?"... With a twisted brow I snort at her.
"But ma, I answered immediately you called," with her head cast down, she muttered.
"Shut up! And go call me that idiot of a girl, Angel," I devilishly scoffed.
"Ye…. Yes… ma," with trembling lips she muttered before leaving.
"I will crush them all……..
