Abeer and Khushi were so lost in each other's gaze that they did not realize the time they were standing there in that position drenched completely.
Abeer's eyes did not leave Khushi's face even for a second. He did not let her feel uncomfortable in his presence by staring anywhere other than her eyes.
"Khushi, let's go from here. You will catch a cold if you stay like this here for a little while.",Abeer said, closing the gap between them, still staring into her eyes.
"But I don't want to go. I want to stay here till my body goes numb and doesn't feel any sensation. I am so tired of my life and its suffering."Khushi confessed, closing her eyes and touching her forehead with his.
It was the first time she opened up herself in front of Abeer. It was shocking for him to see that side of her where she needs someone to comfort her.
Abeer hugged her tightly in his embrace making her feel his warmth and feel safe in his presence.
Khushi hugged him back, closing her eyes. His hug was enough to melt her in his arms.
Abeer took her in his arms in bridal style even when his injured hand started bleeding and he whimpered in pain.
He forgot his own pain when he saw his love giving up on her like this.
She hid her face inside him, holding him from his neck.
The moment he entered his room, it was all dark with candles lit up, twinkling the room.
Khushi's eyes landed on his mom's pic which was hanging on the wall as soon as she entered his room.
He lay her on the bed softly and put the blanket on her. Then went towards the cupboard to take out the towel.
He took the towel and wiped away the water from her hair and let it dry by the hair dryer.
She was looking at his handsome face without blinking her eyes.
"If he wants, he could kiss me anytime but as he promised me to not touch me without my consent, he keeps it.",Khushi thought in her mind.
"Stop staring at me like this otherwise, it would be really difficult for me to control myself." Abeer threatened, glaring at her making her blush hard as she was caught red handed stalking him shamelessly.
"Pervert! How could you say something like this in front of a random girl?",Khushi asked , changing the topic.
"Excuse me! It's not any random girl. I am talking about my feelings in front of my girl.
I am not shy to confess that I am a one woman man. And that's you."Abeer confessed boldly, making Khushi's mouth wide open after hearing his confession.
"Close your mouth baby, otherwise insects will come inside it." Abeer chuckled watching her action.
Khushi closed her mouth instantly after hearing his words.
"Change your clothes here. I am going outside so no worries.",Abeer suggested.
"But I haven't anything else to change.",Khushi stated.
"Choose any saree from my cupboard. They would be enough for you.",Abeer said, walking out of the room.
Khushi stood up from the bed and walked towards the cupboard.
She was surprised to see the whole wardrobe filled with different colored sarees there when she opened it.
"Wow! So beautiful. But why was the girl's clothes in his wardrobe? Was it his girlfriend's ?",Khushi questioned, feeling jealous somewhere.
She picked up a pink saree with a silver border to wear.
The moment she looked at herself in the mirror, she was surprised to see her image.
She was looking damn beautiful in that attire. She smiled looking at herself in the mirror when someone knocked on the door grabbing her attention towards it.
"Hello Ma'am, Abeer Sir instructed me to take your order. What would you like to have?",The servant questioned, as soon as he entered the room.
Khushi was about to say something when Aiden entered the room looking at her in surprise without blinking his eyes.
She felt awkward, seeing Aiden's staring at him for such a long time.
"I don't want anything for now. I will tell you later.",She said smilingly.
The servant went away nodding his head in approval.
"Ma'am if you don't mind May I ask who allows you to wear this saree? ",Aiden asked still shocked.
"Umm..what's wrong?",Khushi asked, checking on herself turning around.
"Actually it's Abeer's Mom saree. And he allowed no one to touch them. In fact , all her belongings, he never allowed anyone including his family members to touch them.
He loved his mother more than his life. He never shared her belongings with anyone. That's why I am asking. If you wore it mistakenly, then please change it before Abeer came here otherwise he will create havoc here witnessing you in her mom's saree.",Aiden revealed, still glaring at her.
Khushi became speechless and no words came out from her mouth when she heard those words from his mouth.
"He allowed me to wear his mom's saree. And here I was doubting him, thinking that it was his girlfriend's."Khushi thought in her heart and her heart skipped a beat realizing the truth.
"He himself told me to change into this." Khushi stuttered, making Aiden shocked.
"What? He allowed you to wear this? Oh! Then no problem."Aiden smiled, still he was not able to digest the truth.
"Where is he ,uncle?",Khushi asked hesitantly.
"He was in the guest room, changing his wet clothes,"Aiden said.
"You can call me Aiden Ma'am."He added , mentioning his name.
"No way, how could I call a person who is older than me in age by his name. It's better if I call you Uncle.",She smiled looking at him.
Tears welled up in his eyes hearing her words and the way she respects him.
"Thank you so much Ma'am for showing your affection. After Abeer, it's you who showed this much respect towards me.",Aiden said, feeling touched with her actions.
"Then why are you calling me Ma'am ? My name is Khushi and you can call me that without adding Ma'am in it."Khushi chuckled, making him smile too.
"Now I realized why Abeer son chose you to wear this saree."Aiden said, smiling at her, making her feel shy.
"I will check on him. And will come back to you later."Khushi said, walking away from there, hiding her red tomato face.
"She might be feeling shy, that's why ran from here. But she is really special. God if you have chosen her for my son Abeer then I am really thankful to you for this gift.",Aiden said, watching Khushi's retreating figure.
