Abeer, unable to let her leave without addressing the issues at hand, felt a surge of frustration and desperation welling up within him when he saw Khushi who was heading up towards the door of the cabin to leave the place.
As Khushi's hand reached for the doorknob, Abeer slammed his open palm down on the glass table that separated them.
The force behind his action was not intended to harm Khushi, but rather to halt her exit and grab her attention.
His action was a desperate plea, an attempt to make her stay and listen.
The glass table, under the sudden impact, emitted a sharp, cracking sound, and Abeer winced as he felt a searing pain shoot through his hand.
He had not anticipated the fragility of the table, nor the physical toll his impulsive act would take on him.
Beads of perspiration formed on his forehead as he tried to maintain his composure, masking the pain that surged through him.
Blood started oozing out from there making the white floor into the red one.
Khushi, startled by the unexpected sound and Abeer's apparent injury, turned around with wide eyes.
"What the hell ?", She screamed , running towards him.
Her concern for him was immediate, and she rushed to his side, disregarding their heated argument.
The shards of glass on the table were a reminder of the volatile emotions that had engulfed their encounter.
"Are you crazy or what ? Why did you injure your hand? ", Khushi questioned taking his hand in hers.
"Yes.. I am crazy.. I am really very crazy in your love.", Abeer confessed his love to her finally , staring into her eyes.
"What ? What are you saying ?"Khushi asked , her eyes popping out in shock as she could not digest what she heard from his mouth.
"Yes, Miss. Khushi , I fell in love with you since when even though I have no idea. I love you and you are only mine.", Abeer confessed huskily , coming to her ears that sent chills down her spine.
Khushi took out her scarf and rolled it around his hand to stop the blood flowing and then looked at him.
"You know what! You are mad but not in my love but in your so-called ego. What do you really think of yourself ?"Khushi questioned maintaining eye contact.
"Whenever you want you will enter in my life and whenever you want you will exit from it. Do you really think it's some kind of game for you to play with my feelings ?",Khushi asked ,tears welling up in her eyes.
"No Khushi you are getting me wrong.",Abeer tried to explain his side but was stopped in between by her.
"I was getting you wrong before now only I understood you finally.",Khushi glared at him, trying to leave.
The moment she turned herself ,Abeer held her hand twisting and rolling her to the wall.
The moment was so sudden that Khushi did not get the time to resist him.
Khushi's back was hitting Abeer's chest as she was standing facing the wall and her back was brushing with Abeer's chest.
"My feelings for you are not a joke, Khushi. I fell in love with you in real life. I wanted you to become part of my life and I promised I will fill your life with all the happiness you deserve.",Abeer whispered in her ears, making her shiver, witnessing their proximity.
"Trust me, just give me one chance to prove myself I won't disappoint you, love."Abeer mumbled, making her feel his hot breath against her skin.
Abeer could not control himself witnessing the love of his life so close to him so he started kissing her neck.
Khushi closed her eyes in nervousness, shivering in his touch but she did not resist him this time, giving her access by tilting her head for him.
Abeer realized that Khushi was not getting comfortable when he was kissing her, which made him sure that she also loved him but didn't want to confess her love to him as she was angry for his sudden disappearance from her life.
He turned her in a sudden moment of action and now looked into her eyes which were still closed.
Abeer started kissing her forehead ,her both eyes, and then her cheeks which were like red tomatoes under his touch.
Abeer then attacked her tempting lips which were driving him crazy the moment his eyes landed on them.
Abeer's action made Khushi open her eyes and she started feeling goosebumps all over her skin making it difficult for her to stand.
Her legs started feeling like jelly which could not help her anymore to stand so she took Abeer's support by holding him from his neck.
Abeer was so busy in worshiping her lips like a small child who got his favorite candy which he did not want to leave at any cost.
Abeer sucked her lips, rolling his tongue to invade more space inside ,sometimes biting, sometimes kissing, making it hard for her to stop herself from moaning his name.
A low moan escaped from her mouth which made Abeer feel on cloud nine in happiness.
When they both were getting out of breath, Khushi pushed him away from her.
"I hate you. I hate you Arnan. I hate you."Khushi said , wiping her lips from her fingers and started running towards the door.
"How could someone hate a person whom she doesn't know? How could someone hate a person with whom she had no feelings before ?"Abeer questioned from behind, making her halt from taking the next step.
She turned around to see Abeer staring at her.
"You said you don't know me. I'm just a stranger to you. As far as I know about you , you will not allow some random stranger to kiss you. You will not allow some random stranger to come this close with you.
You could hate me because I committed a mistake but that doesn't stop you from loving me too. I know you are angry with me at this time.
But listen to me, love , I will make sure that you will confess your love to me here at the same place where you confessed your hate towards me.
I will make sure with my efforts that you will also love me back like I love you, like I am crazy about you, like I am possessive about you.",Abeer confessed in his deep husky voice.
"And that day will never come to my new boss Arna...oops sorry.. My mistake Mr. Abeer Malhotra.",Khushi responded and slammed the door behind him leaving him there all alone.
