Ace cheered me up, "Believe me, You can do this!"
Clara, "Hey! You're gonna rock!"
"She'll f*ck everything", Blair teased me.
Wil laughed.
Clara, "Babe! You got this. Where's the girl who said 'not gonna hide anymore?
"She's currently hiding.", I said.
Wil laughed again.
Blair, "Wil, what are you doing. Give her some encouragement."
"I don't think this gonna work", Wil said.
(Sam jaw drops)
Blair shouted at Wil.
Wil, "I mean... Look at her. See how she's nervous."
Ace asked me out of all chaos, "Sam! Do you want Calix?"
I nodded.
Ace, "Then you gotta do this. Don't worry. We are all with you."
Finally, I heard some warm words.
Ace started telling me his plan, "Sam! The plan is blah blah blah blah... blah blah blah that's it. You got it?"
"Can I hear it for one more time?", I asked.
Ace said the plan again.
Blair teased me, "No matter how many times you say, She won't remember."
I nodded.
Clara asked everybody, "I got an idea. Let's write on a bit of paper (what should she have to say)and give it to Sam. Then she'll read from it. And we handle the rest of the part. Is this fine?"
"I can do this!", I said excitedly.
Blair smacked on my head and said, "Everyone can do this!"
Wil, "I think this is the only way. Good one Clara."
Clara looked so proud.
Ace said, "You can go home. We'll take care of the rest."
"Thanks, guys!"
In-home,
I tried reading a book, played games, counting numbers from the backside but I couldn't sleep yet. Even though I know the climax, I don't know why am I'm worried about this.
He's gonna say 'yes'.
I cheered for myself, 'That's the spirit, Sam!"
I opened my window to take fresh air and looked at the night sky thinking,' What should I call him after this. Senior or by his name.'
After some time of gazing, I went downstairs to get water instead I found my favourite snacks. I started to eat while lying on the sofa watching the tv.
I heard mom shouting, "Sam! Don't you have college today?"
I blinked my eyes.
Omg!
I'm late. I ran up to my room, took a bath and changed quickly into my favourite tee. I saw mom cleaning the utensils when I came down. I kissed mom and left the house as soon as possible.
In college,
Wil asked me, "Why are you always late?"
"Why are you always early?", I asked back at him.
We stared until Mam came to the class.
Clara asked me silently in the middle of the class, "Is everything okay?"
"Totally!"
Clara gave me the paper which I should read it out to him.
I gave it a read,
"Calix, You give me feelings that I can't put into words. You're like one of those people who make my life better just by being in it. Any day I spent with you is my favourite day. So I want to make my entire life a favourited ones. Will you allow me by being my boyfriend?"
It doesn't sound like me. But it's good.
I gave thumbs-up to Clara.
Author's p.o.v:
After classes got over, Sam remained in her class as planned. On another side, there's a game tonight on the basketball court. Actually it isn't a real one, it was arranged by Blair, friends and had help from people in the committee. Except for Calix, everyone inside the court knows about it. The opposite team is from Blair's faculty.
Once the game has begun, people started pouring into the court to make it more real. Even though it isn't a real one, players started playing hard to score against each faculty.
As Half time begins, Sam enters the court and sat among her friends.
Calix notices Sam and avoided her.
Sam asked Clara, "Is this really gonna work?"
Clara answered,"It will. Here... your flashlight. Hold on to it. Don't forget to turn it on when the power is out. (Clara handed over the flashlight to Sam)
Clara asked, "where's the paper that I gave to you during class?"
Sam showed the paper.
"Good!... We'll be there to help you if you forget. Do your best."
When halftime ends, The game was indeed looked serious. Each faculty scored 16/15 with Science and tech leading in the front.
Sam's p.o.v:
Are they gonna play until they defeat?
Before I know it, I got into the game too, forgetting my purpose for here and started cheering my faculty. Clara joined me. Audrey, Luna and Lia were all yelling beside us.
Blair's faculty also scored one point. Now we're equal. The game is gonna end soon but we're equal. Now the ball is with Ace, he had a chance to score but he passed to Senior. The time is going out. Why did he pass? If he scored, we would have won the game by now. Okay. Now the ball is with Calix, he's dribbling the ball and running towards the ring. A guy is hindering him now. Shit! What is he gonna do? Calix bounced from his place and throwed the ball. Time is now 5...4... Nail-biting moment 3... Omg!... 2...The ball went into the ring! A Score!
Clara jumped in her place, "Woah! We won! I thought we would lose."
Luna high fives me screaming, "We won!"
Suddenly, The power was shut off.
Clara cheered me, "All the best" and left.
I connected my AirPods to my phone BlueTooth and I stayed in my place holding onto my flashlight.
"Anyone!", Someone shouted. I guess it's Senior.
