Sia's POV
The whole next week was spent shopping and preparation of engagement and wedding. Rohit was getting even more romantic. He sent me flowers, cards, chocolates and gifts almost every day, first thing in the morning, in my cabin.
Engagement day
Sia's POV
My mom shook me and I came out of the deep slumber. I was feeling very sleepy. I couldn't sleep for the whole last night. I was very excited as Rohit kept saying very romantic things to me over the phone. My heart was beating very fast.
We kept talking for almost the whole night. So it was getting very difficult to get up now.
" Sia get up beta... It is not good to be late for your own engagement. "
I got up, literally dragging my self out of my comfy bed. I did my daily routine and went out after taking bath.
My dad and Bhai were checking the arrangements. They hugged me when they saw me.
They did not want to forget anything at home. Bhai was running from here to there checking and rechecking everything. He kept everything in our cars.
We all had our breakfast and then the makeup experts came to get me ready for the occasion.
I got ready in an hour and when I got ready, my family parents became very emotional.
They hugged me and we all set off to the venue for the wedding.
Rohit's POV
I was extremely excited, I could not even sleep a wink last night. I saw Priya running downstairs and helped mom in arranging all the things.
Everyone was very excited and happy. They both arranged all the sarees, dresses, jewellery, sweets and all the auspicious things which Panditji asked for the engagement.
Bhai also came downstairs wearing a traditional kurta pyjama. He was calling the hotel to ask about the preparations.
I called up Sia but she said she was busy... Busy ?? How can she ignore me... Not fair. I wanted to talk to her but she said that she was getting ready and told me to be ready as well and disconnect the call. I was a bit sad.
Priya looked at me with concern and I told her. She just shook her head went to mom's room to collect all the gifts they got for Sia and her family. All the arrangements were done perfectly.
Priya and mom also went to get ready
After about 1 hour they both got ready and came to the living room to go to the hotel.
" Rohit you are looking very good in this traditional outfit. Sia will not be able to even blink. " Priya said with a smile. She is so sweet.
All the things were kept in the cars and mom, dad and I left for the venue. Bhai and Priya came in another car.
Sujoy Bhai, uncle and Sia's chachu were there to welcome us. I touched the feet of her dad and chachu. They gave me blessings. Sujoy gave me a man hug and took us inside. Bhai and Priya came shortly.
It was nicely decorated with flowers and lights. All our friends and relatives were here. Sia came wearing a light coloured lehenga. She was looking awesome. I was absolutely mesmerized to see her.
She came near me and I kept looking at her till Bhai patted on my back and winked. I came back to earth. She was blushing and looking like a beautiful angel. My warrior looked like an angel today.
I held her hand in mine and slid the ring her hand. And then she did the same. Everyone clapped and hooted while we exchanged the rings. I kept holding her hand and she tried to get her hand out of mine but I tightened my grip.
Everyone was happy and were enjoying themselves.
I pulled her closer to me and said, "You are looking very beautiful today."
" You want to say that I don't look beautiful every day? How to mean Rohit. I hate you. "
" I would love to prove you wrong. "
" How would you do that? "
" Well if you hate me, take out my ring, I will marry Julie. I will slide that ring in her hand. And trust me she won't say I hate you to me. " I said with a raised eyebrow.
" I would kill her ok?? "
" But you should be thanking her she would get married to me and you would not have to marry someone you hate. Even I will be happy as at least Julie doesn't hate me. "
" Don't you dare... I will kill you too. Don't you dare to think about that Julie or any other girl? You are mine, ok ? "
" So you hate me... but you still want me? You are confusing me. Please clear the confusion fast. Or else I will marry Julie as she doesn't hate me. "
" Rohit, stop it... "
" Say that you love me first.. "
" You know that I love you....stop teasing me.
" Ok, beautiful you are looking very pretty today but I want you to see in that little black dress. "
" You are crazy.. " she said and blushed.
" Hmm... since I saw you for the first time. " I said and she blushed more.
The engagement went very well. Everyone was smiling and laughing and all of a sudden there was a commotion. I saw that Priya fainted in Rahul's arm. We ran towards her.
Oh god!! everyone was so shocked. Immediately we called a doctor and we got to know that Priya was pregnant.
All of us were extremely excited about the news bhai was so happy that he was grinning like a fool.
Priya opened her eyes, As soon as we saw that she is fine, we got even happier. My mom and Priya's mom rushed to hug her.
" Congratulations !!! " everyone shouted. She was wondering why we all were congratulating her. She looked at Rahul he was standing close to her. He leaned into her to tell her the good news and winked at her. She blushed like a tomato.
Everyone personally congratulated and hugged her. Mom insisted that she must take some rest. Everyone came out of the room except Rahul.
I caught hold of Sia's hand and pulled her to my room as everyone was busy.
" What are you doing ?? " She glared at me.
" Steeling some sweet moments with you. "
" I am so happy for them. " Sia said.
" So am I... "
" Imagine a cute little baby would call you chachu. "
" And you as Chachi. " I said and her smile dropped a bit.
" I am sorry, but I don't have very good memories of the word Chachi... But I swear I would be the best Chachi... "
" And I want you to be the best mom too.. what do you say, shall we also start?? " I said with a smirk.
" What?? " She looked shocked.
" Start making babies..... "
Sia's POV
Did he really say that?? Oh god, shameless creature.
" You !! Have you gone mad? I hate you. How can you say that ?? We are not even married yet... You always tease me... I am not talking to you. " I looked around and saw a few things lying on the table neatly. I picked them up and started throwing them on him. And he kept trying to catch them.
" Ok... sorry... Stop beautiful... I was talking about doing it in future... I also want a cute little baby calling me dad. What is wrong in that?? "
" I am not making any babies with you... "
" Of course we are going to have them. But calm down... Please I am sorry.. " he came near me and took me in his arms and kissed me.
" I hate you... " I said punching on his chest.
" No you don't .... You love me as much as I love you ... My beautiful feisty warrior... But I would appreciate it if you don't ever say that you hate me. You don't know, but it hurts a lot. I love you so much. "
" I love you too," I said wrapping my arms around his torso and he placed his lips on mine and bit lightly on my lips. I opened them to tell him not to do that but he took the advantage and deepened his kiss.
