After a few minutes of hiking, both of the geniuses found themselves at the front of an enormous red and pink mansion—a mansion that also served as the private quarters of the Peak Leader, Xing Yi.
"Xing Yi, are you there?"
Azmodeus's nonchalant voice sounded out from the other side of two large pink doors.
After a moment of waiting, the doors creaked open as a woman with a figure to kill for came out with a slightly amused look on her face.
"You really are quite brazen using the name of your Peak Leader in broad daylight right outside my home," Xing Yi said.
"Is that so? Well, no matter. Will you let us in or not, 'Ms. Peak Leader'?" Azmodeus asked with an indifferent tone.
The Peak Leader blankly stared at the audacious young boy, who never seemed to show even the slightest ounce of respect for her authority.
"You know, if you keep on acting like this, then I might just have to throw you into a horde of Spiritual Beasts and see how far you go before you need my help," she remarked with a smug expression.
"You would really do that for me?? How magnanimous of you," Azmodues replied with shining eyes, clearly overjoyed about such a notion coming to pass.
Xing Yi looked at that monstrous freak like she was looking at something not of this world. However, she was suddenly taken away from her train of thought by the young Sect Goddess, who had an aggrieved look on her face:
"Can you stop talking to my Az, Az like that, you old witch! He's mine, not yours!" She exclaimed with a possessive gleam shining through her eyes.
"..." "..."
Both Xing Yi and Azmodeus looked at the delusional girl for a few seconds before they sighed in unison.
"Just come in already," the Peak Leader said.
*Humph!* Yang Hua let out a harrumph from her cute nostrils before following behind Az, Az as they walked through the large pink doors.

A few minutes later, Azmodeus and Yang Hua were sitting on the other side of a table, talking with the Peak Leader while sipping on some herbal tea.
"So, let me get this straight. You want me to participate in this battle that involves a monster horde at a level never before seen in Yellowcreek City? And you really believe my frail bones can withstand monster beasts at such a level?"
Azmodeus's composed voice echoed out inside the wide, lavishly decorated room as he looked toward the Peak Leader for confirmation.
A confirmation he received not long after, as Xing Yi responded, "You are correct, and don't act like you're some weakling. Anyone in the Foundation Establishment Realm can discern your true cultivation base—a cultivation base that has somehow improved once again…"
She had no clue how he always came back even stronger than he was not even a few hours ago. But she had heard that heavenly geniuses were built differently, so that was what she surmised his strength increases to be the cause of as well.
Azmodeus expressionlessly stared at the busty woman in front of him before his smile widened. He muttered, "Heh, you truly are a perceptive woman of immense beauty, but you will need to say more than that if you wish to convince me to take on this task."
Don't get him wrong, he would take on the task either way; however, this Peak Leader was a rich lady, and if he could acquire more benefits, then who was he to deny them??
Xing Yi already knew what was going through that voracious brain of his as she let out an exasperated sigh before saying, "How about this? I will give you a Low Quality Foundation Establishment Building Pill that's worth thousands of gold coins. And all you need to do to obtain it is give me your word that you will try your best to thwart the advances of this Beast Horde."
"If you can do that for me, then this right here will be yours," she added while holding a dark red pill in her hand.
Azmodeus took a whiff of the cultivation efficiency emanating off the pill as his smile turned into a sly smirk.
He grabbed up the pill while saying, "I promise to try my best to assist my truly benevolent and gorgeous Peak Leader. Now if you'll excuse us, we got somewhere to be."
After making that proclamation, he disappeared along with Yang Hua, who had been pinching him in the sides the entire time during that conversation…

Xing Yi was left all alone inside that room as she got lost in her thoughts for a second.
That boy truly has a way with his words… It's almost at an unnaturally natural level…
She could already predict the future trouble that the unintentionally flirtatious boy would get himself into in the future…
Meanwhile, a few miles out from the Peak Leader's Residence, a young boy and girl were walking hand in hand. One unwilling and one willing...
Yang Hua was letting out all her grievances about Az, Az's flirty words. And from what he could tell from the way she was speaking, it was quite obvious that she just wanted the same treatment.
So from that day on, he started complimenting her at the most opportune of times, catching her off guard on a daily basis.
It was due to these actions of his that he finally obtained some respite from all that clinging she was doing.
He was also to obtain the promise of her leading him to Yang Fa's secret stash inside the ravished Yang Sect—a stash that would bring him many benefits.
But it wasn't like that was his true motive for catering to the girl... for sure, for sure...
On a side note, most of the time, Yang Hua was too embarrassed to get within two feet of him. This ultimately allowed him to be able to go out and do a variety of things that wouldn't normally be possible with the yandere breathing over his neck.
Azmodeus was a relatively perspicacious person because of all his traits. It was because of this personality quirk and the signs shown in clear view that he was able to understand that the young girl was most definitely in love with him…
He wasn't a dense rock… well, not all of the time…
But in the end, he wasn't interested in a relationship unless there were immense benefits involved. And even then, he would only be in the relationship for the benefits and not the relationship itself.
All in all, this was to say that he wasn't the least bit interested in a relationship like that at this point in time!
And that was where the next problem stemmed from. Namely, what would Azmodeus do about the girl that was all over him literally all the time...?
After brooding over the subject for a while, he eventually decided that he would give the girl some space and see if her flame naturally died out.
Surely this tactic would work out in his favor... Right...?
