Scarlet Hill.
It was already past midnight but Luo Xiaolei was unable to sleep. Her head was full of nothing but Yu Chen.
"That big panda bun! He actually kissed me and didn't faint? Could it be that he was just acting before?" she murmured to herself as she twisted and turned on the bed. The two fluffy buns were fast asleep so she was trying not to make too much sound as she reasoned with herself. "No, that's not possible… Ah, it seemed like I really did teach him how to kiss while I'm drunk, meaning, I didn't just kiss his neck, I also kissed his lips and I don't even remember it?! Ugh! Xiaolei, you're so unbelievable!"
Burying her face in the pillow, Luo Xiaolei felt her ears turning hot as their kiss scene started replaying in her head again.

Four days later…
On her way back to Scarlet Hill, Luo Xiaolei had been staring at her phone's screen. She was about to tap on it but she hesitated, retracted her finger and leaned her head on the car's window. She had been like that for quite a few times since she entered the car.
For the past four days, Yu Chen didn't even call her. Her chauffeur, Guan Ye, also left three days ago so she had no one to ask. The bodyguards who were closest to Yu Chen were all gone and her new chauffeur right now obbiously had no idea about Yu Chen's whereabouts.
As she looked around the quiet house, Luo Xiaolei could feel her heart feeling somewhat heavy. And she knew that she was looking for someone. This house without Yu Chen just doesn't feel the same.
Luo Xiaolei headed straight towards the kitchen and drank a glass of water before she sat on the dining table alone. Her eyes were fixed on the glass, swirling the water in it, absentmindedly. Luo Xiaolei was not that dense to not realize what was going on with herself. She knew that all this signs, the things she felt and everything were telling her that she badly missed him. That night he left, she somehow knew that she would but she didn't think that she would miss him to this extent.
She had been trying to brush away all these thoughts in her head. She was trying her best not to think about him but, Yu Chen, the little devil in panda outfit just wouldn't leave her alone. He resided in her head and before she knew it, she was waiting for him to come home every single day and when he didn't appear, her heart would sink in disappointment.
His sudden absence made Luo Xiaolei felt these emotions she thought were long dead. Despite being alone for four years, Luo Xiaolei didn't give herself any chance to feel lonely. She focused her eyes on her dream and she had no time to go and sulk alone in the corner. Nothing had changed in her routine but her used to be undisturbed heart and mind did.
The next morning, Luo Xiaolei and the twins had just finished eating breakfast when Little Rui began asking.
"Mommy, why is daddy not here yet?" The boy asked as he cutely pursed his lips. "We miss him so much."
Luo Xiaolei felt bad looking at their gloomy faces early in the morning but what can she do? Luo Xiaolei couldn't deny that she was starting to feel mad at Yu Chen for not even dropping a single message or a call but more than anyone else, she chose to understand his situation. She was aware about these business trips and if it involved a tycoon of Yu Chen's caliber, anything could happen.
"I think he's still very busy right now. I've told you before right? Your daddy is such a giant man so he also has a giant responsibility. There's also a possibility that something unfavorable thing might have had happened so he is delayed." Luo Xiaolei explained and the boys faces at least became better.
"Did daddy call you?"
Luo Xiaolei paused and then she shook her head.
"Then, can we at least call him?"
Luo Xiaolei was silenced. She had been attempting to call him for god knows how many times but in the end, she didn't.
"Hmm… we'll wait until tonight okay? Your daddy might be very busy so… If he still not home until tonight, we'll call him." She said and gladly, the boys agreed.

Meanwhile in Country A.
"Hey, we're trying to make her miss you okay? Could you at least hold on for one more day?" Zaki's voice rang inside a luxurious room, blocking the door while Yu Chen was standing before him with an achingly dark expression.
Yu Chen originally had a business trip to Country A for two days and he didn't plan to leave abruptly that night. But because of Zaki's wife's suggestion, he left early and now that his business in this place was over, he was itching to immediately go home since yesterday, but Zaki kept persuading him to stay for one more day.
These past four days had been a torture to him. The boss mood remained cold as ice the entire time and he was getting worse by the day. His men could even tell in one glance that he was desperate to go home.
"No, I can no longer take it. I wanted to see her right now." Yu Chen's voice was firm and cold. It looked like five days was his limit.
"Sigh… this hopeless little… she didn't even call you yet. Not even a single message. Didn't I tell you? Luo Xiaolei's heart is as strong as teeth. There's only two ways to pierce through it; it's whether you become the diamond drill or become the chocolate. Since you don't want to become the forceful diamond drill, fearing that she might only run away from you, then better stay as the harmless, sweet, fluffy, gentle, and heavenly chocolate that attacks sneakily, silently and slowly that she wouldn't notice that she already had a cavity until she starts feeling the pain. You understand what I mean? My wife already explained to you and through this, you will know if she will miss you or not."
Zaki's loud explanation, made Yu Chen's men pressed their lips tight. Did he just compare Miss Luo's heart into teeth? Ahahaa, that's kind of… how amusing…
But Yu Chen looked determined. He didn't buy Zaki's explanation this time even though he agreed himself for this and that their suggestion isn't bad at all but…
"I give up." He admitted, his velvety voice was decisive, causing everyone to widen their eyes.
"Hey, it's only been four days ya'know?"
Yu Chen: "I can't take it anymore. If it's the only way to make her mine, then I'm willing to become the diamond drill."
Everyone: ". . ."
Oh my god, what did our big boss just spouted?!!!
