Ogg hesitated for a while. He did not believe these wizards in altering life were stronger than him, the God of Life and Creation; he deeply doubted Lynn’s claim of transforming a plane in a matter of months. In the end, however, he said nothing, as this was an opportunity to test the other’s abilities.
If everything went as Lynn said, he only needed to work for a few years to gain a divine realm, the entire process had not the slightest risk; there was no more profitable deal than this.
Leaving the main world had significantly reduced his power, and if the chief god were to detect his betrayal, the divine realm might be taken away, and his believers might perish.

“What condition?” Ogg paused.
“I do not trust you, a god from another world!” Lynn stated bluntly. “The last time someone wanted to collaborate with us, Aera made an extremely foolish decision, trying to open the Space-Time Gate between two realms, and you saw the consequences…”
That Aera, the new Moon God, wasn’t he one of your own?
Ogg suddenly felt bewildered; according to the main world gods’ speculation, Aera’s submission in the last war could very likely have been a deception.
After all, the great god Harrie, leading five deities into the cosmic universe, had encountered an ambush; these wizards clearly had premeditated.
However, Ogg did not dare to refute Lynn’s argument and could only offer an explanation. “The main divine instrument has already been destroyed now, opening the space-time channel again would cost lives, and I wouldn’t do such a foolish thing.”
“I said, I do not trust you, unless this possibility is completely eliminated, our cooperation might not be able to continue…” Lynn spoke firmly. “I need to add a layer of protection to your divinity!”
Ogg’s face instantly turned very unpleasant, for divinity was the most important aspect of a deity, and adding protection essentially meant placing a restriction.

Lynn took the divinity, examining it carefully.
It was a fist-sized, glowing odd material, continuously transforming between flames and streams, both sources of life, within which one could vaguely see the shadows of various creatures, perhaps the creations of this God of Life and Creation from the past.
Although it wasn’t the first time he had seen a divinity, Lynn was still very interested in it.
The method of advancement for the gods of the main world was different from theirs, so Lynn had always been curious about what was used to condense the other’s divinity. Unfortunately, many deities had died by his hand before, but only the divinity of the God of Lies had truly been obtained by him.
