"What's wrong?" He asked her, looking at her.
"I… I want to…Ahh, I want water." Sanaya said, she was thinking about how to stop him from taking her to the hospital. She got out of the car immediately.
"Boss, here." Giving a water bottle to Nick Kyle said so.
But like Sanaya thought she couldn't really do something. She didn't have any option. After a while, he got her in the car and she had nothing to say.
Sitting next to him she was thinking of what to do next. He just met her for a week and he really liked her? Wait, not even a full week. It didn't make sense, the more she thought of it the more she was getting confused. "He does seem like a healthy man. What can be wrong? Damn, I can not guess it."
When she was in her imaginary world, she was playing with her nails constantly.
"I want that restaurant to be closed in three days.", Said Nick, snapping her out of her trance.
She narrowed her brows, couldn't believe he ordered Kyle to do that. "What do you mean?" She asked, looking at him confusedly.
"We are here." When the car stopped Kyle informed Nick. He ignored her question. Getting out of the car he took her in his arms again.
She couldn't hear it wrong, could she? Sanaya asked him again as she was worried, "Did you mean you are going to make that restaurant disappear in just thr-three days?"
"Yes.", He answered shortly. Nicolas Davis, whom nobody could dare to mess with. He would not let them go, they would lose everything anyway. She started feeling guilty, it was solely her fault she knew it. Who thought it would end up that way? According to her plan, Nick was going to leave her alone. Then she would easily go back alone but there, there. What mess she has got herself into!
It was not right, she could not let somebody else suffer because of her. She gaped at him, knowing that he would ask her what she wanted to ask and that's what happened.
She had her eyes fixed at him when he finally voiced, "Say it."
"Can you let them go? Please…", she curved her lips, glancing at him. Nick looked around and as she saw the nurses in there he walked forward. Putting her down on the bed he called the doctor to check her immediately when she was awaiting his answer. She must have needed to stop him.
"Nick…", she cried out, making him go to her immediately. He let out worriedly, "What's wrong? Are you having headaches? Or stomach ache?"
"No, I am ok.", Hearing her he let out a sigh of relief. He stared at the doctor, "How's she?"
The doctor said she was ok but still Nick told him to check her again, he wanted to be sure. Sanaya held his arm and glanced at him with a puppy face.
"You were feeling unwell because of them. I won't let them off so easily.", He spoke. She winked, "Please…" as he was silent she cried out in a cute tone, "Please Nick. Please…"
He sighed, "Fine." Happy Sanaya got up to the bed and hugged him, "Thank you."
He was not smiling nor he hugged her back but standing like steel. She pulled back," Sorry. I was just too excited, that's why I hugged you, don…"
She didn't want him to think that she always takes the initiative to hug a guy. As far as she knew, it was impossible to change Nick's decision once he decided something so she could act cute only, and as she thought, it worked on him.
When she crawled down the bed he said, "I agreed but it doesn't mean you are leaving here. You will stay here tonight. You need more observation."
"Huh? But the doctor said I am absolutely fit and fine. I can…", interrupting her midway he let out, "You can not."
Before she would spit out any more words he left as his cellphone rang. Sanaya made a poker face. She did not like him in the hall. She did not even forget what he did with her this morning and now she was at the hospital just because of him.
But now he was not looking at her. Taking it as a good chance of escaping, Sanaya got her purse and cell phone then she looked in the direction Nick went. If he was to see her he wouldn't possibly let her leave so the best was to leave without informing him.

"Crash them down. I don't want to see that restaurant ever again." Nick ordered Kyle over the call. He never changed his decision for anybody and this time, only a woman wouldn't be able to change his mind either.
As he hung up he went into the room to check on Sanaya but he was surprised as she was missing. He saw a note only.
"Sorry. I really don't want to stay in the hospital, it makes me sicker so I am leaving. Good night, Boss."
That was all. Nick sighed and took his cellphone out to see the message that just flashed on the screen. It was the same again, he got some photos where a girl's hand was full of blood. Letting out a sigh of frustration, he blocked her phone number and then he put his phone in his pocket.
Sanaya was walking on the street alone. Though she left the hospital thinking that she would go back to home alone but how? She did not think about that back then. Now her phone was dead, the street was scary as she was walking alone there. Many things were coming to her mind but where were the answers? Shoving all the thoughts away she looked around. Why the damn she had to act on her own and be in danger because of her own mistake? She was blaming herself for being so stupid. Now nor could she call someone for help nor could she call a taxi. She was done for!!!
After walking for ten minutes she was already tired. She cried out, "Am I going to sleep on the street now? Omg, no, please. If it was Kolkata back in my country I could do something but I don't know anything about Los Angeles. What am I going to do now?"
When she was praying for a miracle to happen she saw a brunette all of a sudden. She looked around, nobody was there she could see so far. Looking at the brunette guy she took a look from his head to toe. Judging by his appearance she understood that he was from a rich family, but who was he?
"Are you Sanaya Roy Chowdhury?" The brunette walked towards her and asked her.
"Who are you?" She was surprised at how he knew her name. Taking a look at him from head to toe again she started imagining, "Can he be an international thief? Do thieves know their client's name beforehand and then rob them here? But he can't be a robber I think. Or is he a mafia? How about a wealthy boss? Maybe a client of my boss? Shhee!!! it doesn't make sense. But how can this guy know my name? It doesn't make sense. Did my boss… but they are supposed to keep all the employees' privacy secret, right?"
"Don't worry. I am not going to rob you. I am Ivan, you are my brother's would-be wife.", The brunette cleared out and smiled at her.
Somehow she was feeling uncomfortable by his gaze, something was off there. When she was trying to match his facial features with Nick, suddenly someone hit her from behind and her world darkened...
