Finn’s POV
“It's recess, I brought us lunch” Rita came into my office with a small stylish basket in her hand.
She moved closer and placed it on my table.
“Just have it and enjoy. As for me, I… I have no appetite “ I mumbled.
“Why not? I actually prepared this at home specially for us” She insisted.
“Rita” Little did I know that I was putting on a frown.
“Is it about Charles? We already concluded on a light mood. What is wrong with you Finn?”
I couldn't just speak, after sometimes I exhaled heavily, stood up and took my jacket.
“I'll be back soon okay?” I exited the office in a jiffy.

“I left what I was doing to come see you as soon as I got your message” Adam said, entering Finn’s car and slamming the door beside him.
“Thank you Adam”
“What is it?” He read the look on his face.
“It has happened “
“What has happened?”
“It's Charles”
“Oh, you both are still fighting over a girl” Adam teased.
“That would have even been better but it's more than that Adam, Charles is… he is …” He struggled to explain the situation on ground. “Charles pretends to be Zane, Rita kinda believes him. I fired Charles, so he could get out of our way but he returns to blackmail us” Finn explained briefly.
“I… I don't think I understand what you just said. What do you mean Charles pretends to be Zane”
“Charles is the motherfucking founder of Kikachat, I had closed the Zane’s account for good but he hacked through, chatted with my Rita and even revealed himself to be Zane. That would have just end it there because Rita won't go back to her ex boyfriend Zane because she loves me, Finn but..but Charles is wicked, he went through our conversation, he saw our..our..” Finn rushed his words then stuttered as he tried to catch his breathe.
“Your what?”
“Our pictures, our nudes. I made Rita loosen up to be the girl she's not. She sent me her nudes and …” Adam cut in sharply.
“Fvck! Fvck!” Adam screamed, hitting the dashboard in front of him. “Fvck Finn!”
“Are you trying to say Charles saw the nudes, and he is blackmailing you with money or he leaks her nudes?”
Finn nodded..
“Yeah… I…”
“It's all your fault Finn, I was never in support of whatever you were doing” Adam voiced.
“I know it's my fault, I have to clean up this mess myself. I need help! I don't know what to do” Finn was so confused.
“Has Rita found out?”
“No, but she soon might...”
“I'm going to tell Rita what you have done, I'll let her know how cunny, tricky, trickish you have been throughout your relationship with her” Adam was about to open the door but Finn stopped him.
“Hold on, don't. I need to sort out the mess with Charles before Rita gets to know everything“
Adam Scoffed;” Are you serious right now? You’ve got my bestie into trouble”
“I know…and that's why I..I need your help”
“To do what exactly?”
“I.. I don't know” His eyes became teary.
“I'm tired of getting involved in your mess and I regret ever letting you do this with my friend” With that, Adam opened the door and left.
“Fvck! Damn it!” Finn screamed his lungs out and banged his steering, making it horn and horn.
He tried to calm down and think!
“$50 million dollars! I will have to give him $50 million, that's almost half the company shares” He sighed. “I have no choice”
I picked up my phone and dailed Charles number.
“You will send you the money as soon as possible “ I told him over the phone.
(O.S) “Good. You finally made up your mind” Charles laughed, he wanted to complete his statement but Finn hung up the call angrily.
“You beast! Fvck you!” He snarled.
He scrolled through his phone contact, and put a call to his bank manager.
“Hello, Mr Jeremy, transfer $50 Million into my private account!”
I exhaled, and swept my hair to the back, feeling a little bit relieved.
My phone suddenly me rang, I picked it up quickly. It was my mom.
“Hello mom” I spoke into the phone.
“What the hell do you need $50 million for?”
“Err mom, how do you find out?”
“Have you forgotten the company’s bank is mine too? My manager reached out to me”
“Jeez. I know right. The money is…”
“You have started spending lavishly again?”
“No mom. I just wanna pay some wedding planners” I lied.
“Finn, I told you. I'll take care of your wedding, I already reached out to some event planners too”
“Nevertheless, mine and yours will make that wedding day the best” I argued.
“Finn, don't you think $50 million is too much. Because it is”
“C'mon mom, I'm capable. My Fiancee and I want something elaborate. Thanks for your concern, thanks for calling “ I hung up the call quickly because I couldn't tell more lies and it hurt me that I’m spending that much money on a blackmail.
I put a call to the bank manager again and managed to say; “Transfer the money to my personal assistant, I'll send you his account details and one more thing, do not inform my mother!”
Haven sent Charles Bank details to my bank manager, I waited some minutes, biting my finger, waiting for Charles call to confirm to me that he has received the money and it's over between us.
“Hey! I said you should transfer the money to Charles, my PA!” I shouted at bank manager over the phone. Time was no longer on my side.
“I already did” He replied.
“You already did?”
Once I hung the call, I dailed Charles number.
“Charles, the money has been sent to you”
“Stop yelling at me. I received $50 million dollars some minutes ago”
“Then why didn't just say so. Anyways, you have what you want. Get out of our lives okay?”
I hate to hear Charles laugh.
“It remains a balance of another $50Million dollars” He requested.
“You thief, what do you mean a balance? I took a whooping some of $50 million dollars out of the company shares to you”
“It was a slip of tongue when I requested for 50, I actually meant a 100”
“You thieffffff” I screamed. “I don't have $100 million dollars to give you”
“Alright, I understand you clearly, I'll just have Rita” He said.
I was speechless.
“You promised not to leak her nudes”
“Of course, I promised and I remember clearly, I gave you two conditions”
My chest is leaping as I managed to say; “You can have Rita”
I guess, I'm such a coward.
