After I had to order food for us to have dinner, because I'm a disaster at cooking, I told Eloíse everything about my relationship with Agnelo, our last night and the doctor wanting to employ me, she certainly supported me and said it wasn't 't wrong for me to accept the job whether I will have to go through an interview. She also said that she will support any decision I make about Agnelo, since she also considers him an idiot for everything I told her about him.
I'm washing the dishes when I hear a strange noise outside, I look out the kitchen window and see an old and dirty car, with two men getting out of it, Julian and Agnelo. I dry my hands and go upstairs, where I find Eloise breastfeeding the baby.
"Are you well?" I ask her and see her guard the breast.
"I am, just missing Julian." She speaks and I reach out to take Julie in her lap.
"You can't stay a minute if you want to be away from each other, can you?" I play and smile.
"Not a second!" She exclaims and smiles.
"My love! Hi, I'm sorry... Agnelo's car had a problem in the middle of the bridge, if I had known I would have gone with mine." Julian enters the room euphoric and goes to Eloíse. "Oh, sorry Olivia, hello." And I just smile and play with the baby.
"It's okay love, we'll talk about it later. We ordered some food, it's in the oven." She speaks.
"How I missed you daughter." Julian exclaims and asks me with his eyes for his daughter and I hand him over.
"Well, now that you've arrived to stay with her, I have to go. Tomorrow is a busy day for me..." I said and said goodbye.
"Thank you so much for staying with her for a few hours." Julian thanks you.
"No need to thank me. It's a pleasure." I speak and smile.
"Thanks, Liv." Eloise speaks and returns a smile.
"Until later!" I wave and hurry downstairs, I can't wait to fall into my new bed and sleep until the next night.
Outside, I get in the car and start it. But before I get to the next block, I see in the rearview mirror a car with high beams behind me honking nonstop.
"Damn it! What is it?" I mumble impatiently and pull the car over and get out.
"I knew it was you!" Shit, what is Agnelo doing here?
"Agnelo?" I ask the car strange, but soon he lowers the headlight and I recognize the old can that took Julian just now.
"Need to talk to you." He speaks and staggers out of the car.
"First of all, are you drunk? How did Julian let you drive like that?" I ask frowning.
"I left without him knowing, he wanted me to stay there that night, but I couldn't miss the opportunity to follow you, I need to get your phone number." He comes to me but I walk away.
"What do you want my phone for?"
"We don't need to be enemies, we can talk sometimes..." He babbles.
"I hate it when you drink, you talk a lot of shit." I confess.
"Saying I want you is saying shit? Fuck Olivia? You're a sorceress aren't you? You can confess, it's not possible for someone to be addicted to someone else like I am to you." I swallow hard.

"Get in this car here, I'll drive you to your apartment. And please keep your mouth shut." I order and pull him to my car.

"Good evening, Olivia, I hope I'm not disturbing you, tomorrow at 9:00 am at Salvator's doctor. Rua Aphril N° 37."
I smile without any happiness, at least something has to work out for me, a job, which I need so much.
I end up passing out on the couch, I fell asleep without even realizing it. When I wake up, it's seven in the morning, I run to the bathroom and take a half-hour shower, put on social clothes, grab my bag with all my documents and leave the house towards the address sent by the doctor.
When I arrive at the site, I observe a multi-story building covered with colorless and extremely elegant glass. Wow... My future workplace is amazing, trust is everything isn't it?
I arrive at the reception and am soon greeted by a young and friendly girl, she guides me to a waiting room where five more women are gathered, some look at me smiling, others look at me with disdain, I shrug and wait sitting next to them.
Almost an hour later, the interviews begin, each one is called and spends an average of fifteen minutes in a room, I'm the last one.
"Miss Olivia Sorello, your turn." The assistant who guided us calls to me.
I walk in confidence, take a deep breath, everything will be fine.
Fifteen minutes later, I leave there with a smile on my face, I took a test under pressure, involving physics and mathematics that were always my areas at school, then I answered some questions about logistics and administration, for me I did well, I concentrated and now just wait for the result, they said that in a week they will call.
Since I'm here, I decide to send a message to the doctor, maybe he's free and can talk to me for a few minutes.
"Hey, are you really busy?" Send and wait for the answer.

"Hello Miss Sorello, would you accompany me?" She speaks.
"Of course. But how did you know it was me?" I ask following her.
"There's a picture of you on the wallpaper on Dr. Salvatore's cell phone." She says and shrugs.
I swallow hard and shudder. Heavens, I hope he's not raising expectations in vain. Once we get to a floor that's really hard to find, she shows me a big dark wood door and says that's where it is.
"He's waiting for you." She says smiling.
"Thank you very much." I look at her tiny "Sabrina" badge. I smile.
As soon as I enter the room, I see the doctor leaning against the glass wall, he is wearing a black button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up at the elbows and gray pants, he works in a very modern way, as I imagined finding him here wearing in an immaculate suit.
And damn it, since I last saw him, he seems to have gotten a little better looking than he already was.
