"Okay, where do I start?...uhmm...so, I'm a foodie. I never get tired of eating rice, I also like to explore and taste African cuisines. I love reading, dancing, cooking and playing games.
My favorite color is blue and Abby is actually not my real name, it's a nickname. I have three names and I used all three" she said while smiling
"So my names are, Abidemi, Abimbola Abike Benson, so named by my Dad, mom, and grandma. The 'Abi' at the beginning of my name was how I got to be nicknamed Abby" she further explained
"Which name exactly do they call you at home then?"
"Abby in general, everybody calls me Abby. They only call me by my name when they are pleased or angry with me. My dad, Bidemi which is the short form for Abidemi, meaning born in her father's absence... Cos he was wasn't home when mom popped me out...
My mom, Abimbola or Abike. She only calls me Abike when she's pleased with me.
"I think I'll go with Abike. What does it mean in English?" He asked since his knowledge of Yoruba was not that deep
"It means born to treasure or pamper" she replied and smiled lovingly
"Exactly what I'll start calling you then. I'm going to treasure and pamper you from now on my queen"
"Awwn, I love you baby..." She said kissing him below his jaw since she was lying in his arms on the lounge chair
"I'd prefer that on my lips please," he said and tried to capture her lips in a kiss
"You need to wait till we're done talking then..." She said and giggled while dodging his kiss "...be a good boy and don't get sidetracked, okay?"
"C'mon, I'm not going to get sidetracked" he grumbled like a kid. She laughed at the look on his face which she finds adoring and cute.
"So I'm twenty years old. Would it interest you if I told you I lost my virginity on my birthday?" She said drawing circles on his shirt
"Oh really? It was your birthday and I was the one that got the gift...that wasn't fair, was it?" He said, kissing her on her forehead "I promise I'd make it up to you my love. Why didn't you tell me though?" He asked, he didn't know how to tell her he already found out from her brother.
"I don't know...I guess I didn't see the need to as at then, maybe cos you were acting like an imp." She shrugged nonchalantly and they both laughed before she continued, while he half-mindedly thought about what he could give her as a birthday gift.
"Anyway... I'm a student, a model, and an entrepreneur. I'm in my final semester at the Noveau school of fashion, studying fashion designing of course, and I'm also in my third year at The University of Lagos, studying Polymer and textile technology"
"Interesting..." he was highly impressed by her. He already had her pegged as a fashionista before he even spoke to her from the first day he saw her, he never knew she was a book person.
"I design and make clothes for people on order and I also have a website and online mall where people can view my designs and order whatever they want. Right now I'm seriously working on launching my own fashion label, and hopefully, everything would be in place in time for The Noveau graduation cum fashion show."
"What's your area of specialty?"
"No area of specialty, I make everything. Bring your phone, let me show you, I left mine inside." She collected his phone and opened her website where she accessed her mall, showing him her designs
"Oh, wow...these are great!" Tunde was awed when he saw her creations of males, females, and kids' designs. He couldn't believe his eyes that she was that good.
Seeing her designs on her male models, he will gladly dump his fashion designer for her and not because she's his girlfriend, she's just that good.
"I never knew my girlfriend is such a powerhouse of talents," he said gazing into her eyes with love and respect
"Thank you..." She said kissing him on his lips this time.
"I thought we are not getting sidetracked?" He asked lightly pinching her cheek
"Of course we are not...so let's continue."
His phone rang then. It was his brothers. 'What do they want to talk about this late in the night' he thought to himself before picking the call
[What!?... I'm busy.] He snapped over the phone
Lekan: [Don't be an ass!]
Mide: [We just call to tell Abby, thanks for the food.]
Tunde: [Yeah, I'll tell her. Good night.] He said abruptly before ending the call

"What's biting him?" Mide asked in amusement.
"We shouldn't have called by this time. I would also snap if I was disturbed" Lekan said and the twins both laughed
"My brothers said thank you for the food," Tunde said when the call came to an end.
"Why didn't you let me talk to them then?"
"Some other time, we're very busy right now." He said with a kiss on her forehead. "You can continue, where were you?..."
"Okay, so I have three elder brothers Matthew, Mark, and Luke..."
"Really?!... like the first three chapters of the new testament?" He asked and laughed "Your dad must be a very devoted Christian," He said his eyes dancing with amusement
"My dad a devoted Christian?...Nah! My mom...but not my dad"
"I guess he would have named you 'John' if you were a boy" he teased further
"Yeah..." She laughed. "How did you know exactly what we joked about behind his back, Mark even calls me John sometimes in his presence, he would just glare back at him," she said and laughed again
"Oh, Luke was the one that you mistook for my boyfriend by the way. He changed his name to Josh because kids at school back then kept making fun of his name 'cos it sounded like 'look'"
'Oh really' he thought and smiled thinking of ways he would also make fun of Josh when next they meet.
"So who thought you how to kick ass at Fifa?"
"That was Mark, Josh is my favorite though, very easy to talk to. Matthew is like a huge teddy bear, while Mark is craaazy. Not crazy in a crazy way, you know what I mean?"
"Of course..." he said half-heartedly thinking of the day he would meet the huge teddy bear and the crazy brothers of his girlfriend.
She kissed him deeply then, biting and sucking at each other's lips till they separated
"Hmmn, I guess we are done talking then?" He asked wanting to continue kissing her
"No! Actually, there is something else I thought you should know about me." She said, her mood suddenly gone somber.
"What?" He simply asked sensing the change in her mood
"I was in therapy off and on for like three years, getting treatment for PTSD." She blurted out.
