In all honesty, his stats and skills were horrendous for his level; only a few, like Lucien, the valkyrie, and maybe other half breeds and maybe other races could compare.
Heinz was probably a bit behind him in terms of stats; the funny thing was perhaps that it was only Heinz who represented the true and untainted potential of humanity. Not the golden prince, not the otherworlder valkyrie, not him, the genius runecaster. But the one and only capable commoner from the whole group of potential saviours of humanity.
He sighed and erased the unnecessary thoughts. Axel now wielded five tools, while usually a seeker can only wield a maximum of three tools at a time. Hence, this in itself was another great shock for the professors and the defending side; one could only imagine the shock everyone would receive if they learned that Axel could wield 10 tools together.
The reason Axel did not simply use 10 runic swords was that it was somewhat impractical. One, He didn’t have enough mana pool to use 10 such weapons at once, and the world will would constantly hamper him when trying to use so much power beyond his level. This, in turn, diminished his battle prowess for trying to do too much for his level.

First, his mana went to the band on his wrist, turning on the active attribute, thus increasing his mana reserves to a terrifying degree, which should not be possible. And with that increased pool of mana, he began pouring them all into the four hovering swords. And as the active attributes took effect, stacked on top of the passive 10% boost in all stats, plus 100% increased comprehension of the said elements of the swords.
His power that had already crossed the threshold of a 1st phase seeker and stepped into the 2nd just with the effect of the passive attributes alone, began to increase even more, with the active qualities coming into effect. His presence grew tyrannical, his killing intent turned unfathomably sinister. The tint of bloody redness spread in the air; his mana was significant enough to now spread throughout the area of the whole fortress.

Axel looked down and saw pure fear in the eyes of all 300 of the seekers below. Even Jaden, Enrick or Conner had that overwhelming fear looking at these runic eyes, his mighty visage, that radiated a level of power that defied all rules and common sense of this world. He closed his eyes for a moment, feeling the supreme power coursing through his veins; he felt as if his existence had ascended to something....more.
And that look of unconcealed dread in their eyes, he loved it, he loved that feeling of genuine fear in their eyes, and this state of power. But suddenly, he heard something, a sinister laugh coming from the very depth of his being. The demon, in its second aspect, chamber, was laughing in its alien voice.
Yet, strangely, he did not feel wronged by it; he did not feel uncomfortable from the sound of it, for the first time. He liked it, something whispered in his ears, ’Yes, that’s how it should be. Accept it. Confront it, Embrace it.’
He opened his eyes again and looked towards Jaden in particular as he spoke, "I think you never understood the intent of this entire fortress game, Jaden."
Jaden gritted his teeth, a trace of despair in his eyes, from witnessing the sheer might radiating from Axel Nomrad. He did not speak and remained silent.
