Hazel
It was a busy day. I had a lot of classes one after another. So, my mind was quite diverted and I was in a normal mood. The last class was with Prof. Henry. From that day he didn't speak with me and I never took the initiative to talk first. As the bell rang, I was about to leave, when suddenly Henry asked me, "Hazel! Wait for a minute, I have something to say to you." I nodded and replied, "Ok."
When every student left, he came closer to me and said in an apologetic low voice, "Hazel, I am sorry for that day, I was not in the right condition due to alcohol, I am sorry for crossing the line." I replied gently, "It's ok." He immediately replied with satisfaction, "Thank you so much. It means a lot." After wishing him, goodbye, I left for my work at Grand Oberoi Restaurant. That night again it was really hard to sleep. The memories were haunting me though I knew I loved to recall those memories, the person especially. It was almost a week, my guilt was increasing with every passing day along with the urging for saying him sorry. My fear had replaced with longing, and I was sure about two facts. 'First, Xander is a werewolf who killed someone in front of me, and second, no matter what he is I am in love with him in an unconditional way.

Outdoorsy beauty still now. As it was spring weather, the snowcaps of the surrounding Chugach Mountains melt and cascaded down, creating unbelievable stunning views of waterfalls around Valdez. I shut down all my social connections. I used to spend the whole weekend, sitting alone on the shores of Prince William Sound, where the Chugach Mountains kiss the waters of Prince William Sound. Valdez's raw and unspoiled beauty was the only source of happiness for me.
Weeks passed by. It was almost one month, but my heart was still screaming for Xander. I thought time would heal my bleeding heart but my heartache was increasing day by day proving me wrong. I was a hard worker yet I didn't notice any of the royal members in Xander's restaurant within this last month, as I had slight anticipation of meeting them there
"Why don't you hang out with us today? We are going to Royal Nightclub tonight. Join us," asked Ruth in her casual tone. Anna agreed with her, "Yes Hazel, you must join us. It will be fun and it looks you are not in good mood for the last month. What's wrong with you?"
I replied denying, "Nothing, nothing wrong at all, it's just maybe I should visit Adak to meet Granny."
"Then go meet her next weekend but tonight you are going with us," claimed Anna. "I, Nightclub? It's not a good idea," I muttered. But after a long argument, at last, they were able to drag me along with them. It was overcrowded and noisy, I was in a black sleeveless party dress accompanied by a fur coat. We put off our coats and entered the club. First, we headed towards the bar counter and they ordered three shots. I shouted, "I am not going to drink it. I only like red wine. Don't you know?" Ruth replied, "Of course, we know it very well. But today try it, it will improve your mood like magic." I sighed and nodded positively. I wanted to forget the bitter feeling of heavy heart so I didn't deny it anymore. It was bitter, but the one-shot lightened my heavy heart. It had magic. So I was impressed and engulfed three more glasses in a glance. Then I was like floating, there was no pain, no regrets , and no sorry feelings. I was laughing freely with Ruth and Anna.
As a dancing tune was started, Ruth and Anna dragged me to the dance floor. The dance floor was the most crowded part of the club. Everybody was dancing in their style, we joined them. I started moving my curvy figure with the beat in a sexy way. Our trio was enjoying the dance and laughing loudly. Soon I lost my both partners, but I was not really in the state of searching for anyone, so I swept with the tune. Suddenly I collided with a strong chest, looking above I found a handsome face with two dark pupils and a gummy smile. He mumbled, "Hey pretty, let's dance together. You have e sexy moves," then without giving me any chance to reply, he wrapped his strong hands around me and pulled me closer. His expression was still the, I struggled to free myself but indeed his stronger arms won the battle. He pressed his body against mine and started moving with the beat. His slender fingers were roaming all over my naked skin, he slipped one of his hands towards the lower part of my body and his fingers started moving aimlessly while teasing my skin, in the lower part of my body soon reached my lower thigh, he roughly squeezed my butts. I was fighting badly for freeing myself but I was already feeling dizzy and had no strength left due to the overdose of alcohol. I screamed music was too loud to notice my voice and everyone was screaming there in joy. So I was kind of unnoticeable on that dark crowded dance floor and that man was using that opportunity. For stopping my scream, he leaned forward to press his lips with mine, I looked away in disgust. My whole body was rejecting his disgusting touch. Suddenly I felt another presence behind me and the strong smell of honey and lavender. Then, another pair of strong hands freed me from his grip, I felt the conflict between those two pairs of hands, and easily the second pair of hands of that man behind me, won the conflict without any sign of struggle. I was relieved after getting freedom though I should be scared as I didn't know who the savior was and he might have the theeeame intention but my heart behaved strangely. The warmth of that man behind me was relaxing and familiar, instinctively I knew who it was. The disgusting man left us alone defeated.
My savior turned me towards him to face me, wrapping his strong arms around me, and hugging me in his broad chest. I looked up and saw an achingly tender expression on his face as he gazed down with his beautiful sapphire eyes. "Xander!" I whispered in a broken tone and without uttering another word, I hid my face in his chest and tears started rolling down from my eyes, wetting his fine linen black shirt. He hugged me more tightly and said nothing. I wanted to say him a lot of words but my emotions were too extreme. He led me outside the club to his black limo and opened the front door for me. I sat on the front passenger seat still sobbing, but I was feeling too dizzy to talk anymore, my eyelids were becoming heaving with every passing minute. He took the driver seat and started his car, he asked gently, caressing my hair with one hand, "Are you alright?"
I nodded only, but want sorry. So with a long struggle, at last, I whispered slowly in my low sleepy tone, "Don't leave me, I- don't please, I will die-"
Those were only a few words, I managed to speak, and then I remembered nothing. I didn't know what he replied because I could only recall that much.
When I opened my eyes, I found myself in my bed in the hostel, surprisingly there was no sign of Xander. I only found Ruth and Anna.
