Time passed by quickly as the scenery quickly passed by below, Qing Yi had somewhat recovered from earlier and was now excitedly looking at the scenery below as the shadow hawk flew over it.
Looking down, the people looked like small ants and the villages and cities all looked like small ant colonies. Qing Yi was quite excited by this new view and observed everything she could.
Xuan Hao also glanced down below and looked at the small people passing by, but due to him having reached the nascent soul realm, his eyesight was relatively better than Qing Yi and he had no problem observing the people down below clearly.
The shadow hawk did not bother looking down below at the humans and instead just looked straight ahead as it flew as quickly as possible, most likely wanting to get back home to his servants as soon as possible…
Lazing around at the Flying Sword Sects expense was the best way to live, the shadow hawk had already lost his drive to improve further in cultivation and was just lazing around all day.

Focusing his sword qi into the sword, Xuan Hao slowly came to a stop a few hundred meters in the air.
Qing Yi was still being carried by Xuan Hao and had already stopped screaming as she curiously looked down at the sword floating beneath her master's feet.
"Just stand in front of me, there should be enough space." Listing to her master's instructions, Qing Yi quickly stood down on the sword wobbling slightly from side to side while trying to balance herself on the sword.
"Just hold onto me if you need to…" Grabbing hold of Qing Yi just as she was about to fall off the sword, Xuan Hao told her in a slightly commanding tone.
"…" Nodding her head in response, Qing Yi shyly grasped the hem of Xuan Hao's robe. Acting very much like a shy little girl.
"When we get back to the sect, we will have to pay that damnable bird a visit… I think grilled shadow hawk would taste great; we can even get Zhi Ruo to prepare it for us!" Not minding Qing Yi's behaviour, Xuan Hao instead focused on the culprit of their situation, already having an idea about how to deal with the bird when they returned.
Over the next hour, Qing Yi slowly got used to riding the flying sword with Xuan Hao and had already returned to observing the scenery passing by below.
