Not only that—he placed his hand on the back of her head and pressed her face against his chest, his own face nestling into her fragrant shoulder. In a soft, tender voice, he said:
"Your Majesty, let me just hold you... for a while."
Queen Medusa was stunned.
It was like something inside her cracked.
The coldness on her face disappeared in an instant, replaced by a bashful blush.
Right now, she looked like a fragile lotus, swaying in a light breeze.
