I watched as my dad and Alyssa walked out of the room and I cried, feeling physical pain and hurt.
I remained on the bed, drenched and in pain and I continued crying on and on till I fell asleep.

I slowly stirred out of sleep. My head was aching terribly and I felt pain all over my body. This was the third time that'll I'll pass out in two days.
I grunted as I sat up on the wet bed and I looked at the clock on the wall. It was past noon already. I looked at my body to see several bruises, most of them on my arms.
I grunted and climbed down from the bed. My cloth was moist and I stinked. I saw that I was no longer wearing Alpha Jack's coat and someone had changed my clothes. Well, it had been changed already the first time I woke up, but I didn't have the time to pay attention to it.
I couldn't sleep in this bed this way. I had to find a way to spread it outside, but I was too weak, and I'm not exactly ready to face the ridicule of the servants.
I slowly took off my clothes and let them drop to the floor. I could still feel the strange tingle between my legs and remembering what happened that night caused my eyes to get filled with tears again. I blinked back the tears and wiped my eyes before walking to the bathroom so I could take a hot bath and apply some balm on my bruises.
I sat down in my the bath and leaned my head back with a sigh. I made the water was hotter than usual and I could feel it warming it's way into my muscles and bones. It was also managing to soothe my bruises and I wished I could just stay here the whole day.

As much as I tried not to think of everything's that happened this week, I couldn't help it. This was the week I became an adult, but it was also the most miserable week of my life. I wondered if I could just run away from everyone and leave this pack.
It was possible, but it would be tough. I now had the right to decide to leave, but it would be hard finding a pack to join, if I found one, I would have trouble adjusting.
I was a young lady and most packs wouldn't regard a woman without a mate or a family. They would want to know my background, they would probably hear that I am a mentally ill person, or worse, that I tried to seduce a man.
The only hope I had right now was finding my mate. I wanted him to be someone outside of this pack so he would take me away or someone from this pack who is strong enough to protect me.
But what would my mate think when he finds out I am no longer a virgin or that I was accused of being a whore.
Tears gathered at the corner of my eyes once again and I blinked it back. I sighed in frustration and bitterness before diving my head completely under the water. I closed my eyes, holding my breath as I enjoyed the warmth of the water on my face. All of a sudden, the darkness that should be there as I closed my eyes was replaced by a blue light. I immediately opened my eyes quickly and raised my head out of the water with a gasp.
I sighed and climbed out of the bath, grabbing my towel that was hung on the door.
After drying my body, I wrapped the towel around my body and I walked out of the bathroom. I walked into the room and sighed as I looked at the wet and messed up floor.
I needed to find a new dress to wear so I walked to my closet.
I stopped as I spotted something on the bed. It had a metallic glint so I walked back to the bed and I leaned forward to check what it was.
It was a small compass. As I thought about where it could come from, I remembered that I felt something heavy when I caught Alpha Jack's coat earlier.
It must have been in his pocket and it dropped when I was sleeping. I dropped the compass back on the bed and walked to my closet, taking out a black dress and putting it on.
I glanced at the compass again and shook my head. I can't be the one to give the compass back to him. I can't leave this house today talkless of facing any pack member of even standing before Jack. I felt hurt again as I remembered the way he looked at me yesterday.
If it was possible, I didn't want to ever face anyone from this pack again. I would hold on to it and if he needs it, he'll come to get it or send someone.
I walked back to my bed and I picked up the compass so I could keep it in my closet, but the instant I touched it, everything I just thought of flew out of my head.
