He looked seriously worried to me that I suddenly burst into fits of laughter.

He nodded, somehow convinced as he diverted the topic. He talked about bars and his adventures outside the country.
“Are you lonely this day?” He asked.
I shrugged, my eyes half closing as I just want to sleep now. I felt like vomiting too. “Want me to make it less lonely?”

I just nodded as he randomly asked.
