Smiling, I shook his hand and said, “Then deal.”
Well well well. That was wrong. So wrong of me to agree to this silly game as I Didn't know what was waiting for me after that.
“Alright, I’ll ask first an easy one. Are you ready?”
I nodded and he smiled.
“Who is the national president of the Philippines?” He asked.
I smirked, “Too easy. Jose Rizal.”
“Correct but you have to tell me his whole name.”
I blinked, “Ajax-“

He smirked, “Alright, next question.” He started to pace around, “Who is the first president of the country?”
I blinked. “Uhm…Manuel L. Quezon?”

I rolled my eyes, letting down my skirt and I could see his eyes sparkling.

He nodded, “okay, correct answer. And who was the first one who colonized the country?”
“Your people. Spain.”
I greeted my teeth, suddenly feeling angry at that. Even though it’s not him but I know how hard my ancestors fought back.
“And you’re letting yourself get colonized by a Spanish,” Ajax commented.
I scoffed, now standing up. “I don’t like this. End this game or I’ll stop being your fiance.”

I blinked. Shit, I do not know that. I know that we celebrate that but I forgot!

It finally hit me and I blurted out, “It’s June 12, 1898.”
He nodded, “Yes correct, but you didn't get it on time so you have to strip now.”
