Advancing all the way from Level 3 Wizard Apprentice can thus maximally excavate one’s potential and pave the way for future development.

Most people have already exhausted their minds just to raise their spiritual power to 15 points, making further advancement quite difficult.
Not everyone can progress with mere meditation; many people cease improving spiritually once they reach a certain point, where meditation seemingly bears no further effect.
At this point, only by utilizing special measures can spiritual power advance.
This is one use of magic potions—they allow individuals to break through limits, facilitating the advancement process.
