We are eating in a restaurant not far from the movie production. Allan and Taylor are busy conversing but I can't try to listen to them cause I can't stop thinking about what Derick told me. He seems so sure of himself, does he think I am the same Lea of South Africa? He is just a jerk.
" Do you think it is a good thing, Lea?... Lea…" Taylor asks.
"Ummm yes yes, it may be good," I answer unconsciously, after being sent out of my terrible and angry thoughts.
" Ohh so you think Allan must be gay?" She asks.
" What? Gay? Nooo." I exclaim rapidly while realizing I said shits.
They both chuckle at me seeing my expression.
" Calm down Lea it was just to know if you were attentive or not…" Taylor says.
" And you aren't. What's the matter?" Allan asked me.
" Nothing, everything is alright okay. Am just a little bit tied that is all" I say a little bit widely.
Allan's phone rings and he gets out a little leaving me and Taylor alone.
" Okay, why are you talking like that to Allan, he is just worry!".
" (Sigh) sorry am sorry, everything is complicated now."
" What do you mean Lea? Tell me I know you are hiding something."
" Okay...I can't hide it for long."
I get my hand free from the tissue I was holding and show my ten fingers to Taylor.
" Do you see something strange?" I ask, still showing my fingers.
" Ohh you change your nail polish!"

she opens her eyes widely.

Hot investor, don't exaggerate Taylor. Yes, he is well...good ... handsome...strong and powerful, with pretty eyes and his beautiful hairs I loved to touch...oh wait what am I thinking about?.

" You know he promised to come and search for me in two years... but right now it has been four years since he promised. I don't want to know what he has to say to defend himself but he wants me to go to his hotel room today."

" Shut! Let me finish, it's been four years and you had the right to turn the page after waiting for so long. Personally, I would never wait even for months but if you waited for him so long that means you still get some feelings for him in a certain manner so… go there and hear what he has to say, I know curiosity is killing you." She says while drinking her glass of juice.
She is right, curiosity is a sin cause right now am dying of envy just to hear what he has to say. In a certain manner, I wish he doesn't spoil everything by lying or something like that, and on the other side, I wish he would go so that I could start a new life. But am I able to do that? since I met him at the party it as if my life turns around him now.
" Okay, Taylor! I will go."
" Great! And don't forget to tell Allan."
" Wait what? Impossible!"
" You can't start a relationship with Allan based on lies and you perfectly know that."
" Once more you are right!"
" I know I know!" She says while chuckling.
I drink my juice while thinking of the way I will tell this to Allan. I don't know what he will say or how he will react, but I don't want to start a relationship with him under lies.
Allan comes forward to us and sits beside me.
" Alright, it was my mom!" He says before drinking.
" Ohh great I hope she is fine?" I ask.
" Yeah don't worry, she has to travel tomorrow very early in the morning and before that I want us to go there."
" Us? Why?" I ask.
" I just have something to say and I want you to be present."
" Okay let's say at 8 am?" I say.
"Yes!"
" Okay, then guys I'm going back home," Taylor says.
She gets up and greets us before going. Okay, it's the moment to talk to him. I have to be careful with my words and make sure he doesn't take it wrongly. so easy to say!
" Okay, do you have a problem, Lea?" He asks, getting more closer to me.
" Umm no… I mean yes ...no…"
I breathe and try to find the exact words.
" I have to tell you something," I say after a breath.
" Okay, then say it."
"Okay. I will not waste time, I think it is better ( sigh)... My teenage love I talked about years ago is back and he is Derrick Smith, the investor."
His face when I pronounce the name of Derick change to a nonchalant face. I am already worry about the situation.
" Ohh so he isn't your friend anymore but now your teenage lover?" He asks sarcastically.
" Am sorry I lied to you...but I don't want our relationship to start with lies."
" Okay, then what is the next step? You leave me and go with him?"
To which game is he playing?
" What are you talking about, I am just trying to be honest with you."

I drink a little while looking at him and searching for another way to tell him the next part of the story.
" And he wants me to come to his hotel room to tell me exactly why he wasted time."
He gets his glass on the table violently with a furious face.
"NO! You will not go there!" He says.
" Why not? I mean I need to know…"
" You already know everything, he left you, he forgot you that's all."
" Okay but, why? I need to know his reasons, Allan."
He takes a serious face.
" If you go to him, then I break up with you Lea."
" Are you blackmailing me? Are you trying to control me?" I ask, totally offended by what he said.
" ( Sigh) Lea! (hold my hands softly) I don't want to lose you, you are so precious to me."
I enforce his hands in mine and look at him softly.
" Okay Allan, I am going nowhere."
" Thank you!" He smiles before we continue eating.
The day has gone and Allan brings me in front of my building. I wish him goodnight, kiss him and step out of his car since Taylor took mine to go back home. He drives and goes. I try to remember Derick's address and verify if Allan is already far and stop a taxi to go to the Holiday Inn Hotel. I need to know why he left me despite our dreams…
