At this moment, all eyes were on Martin.
"Martin, take it now." Renee whispered with a smile on her face.
Martin glanced at the bank card in front of him, then got up and said calmly, "Grandfather, I am moved by your intentions, but I'm not going to ask for the money, and as for the superior position you're offering at your company, I'm not interested in it either."

"Why are you child so rude when you talk to your elders? Don't you know how to respect us?" His two uncles slammed their hands on the table and stood up straight, their faces filled with anger.
Who dared to speak to him, the current General Manager of James Group, who ran the entire James Group, in such a disrespectful way?
Even among his peers, no one dared to talk to him like that except his big brother.
Martin's eyes squinted. "Christ, I salute you just because you are my uncle, but that doesn't mean I respect you. Just who do you think you are? I'm sorry, but you are not worth my respect."

The old man finally spoke.

Parker looked at Martin and said, "Martin, since you refused the five million and executive position I gave you, I must ask, why do you refuse?"

Today was just a family dinner, but Parker's 80th birthday banquet would be held tomorrow.
The location of the birthday banquet was not there, but in Parker's hometown, the James family village.

"Boy, back at the dinner at home, you were really crazy and you dared to talk to my father like that. If it wasn't for grandfather, I absolutely would have beaten you!" Mick stared at Martin with a smug face.
"As far as you all know, it'd be hard for you to say who beats whom." Martin scoffed at him.
With Mick looking so skinny, one would know that he was hollowed out by his vices at first glance, and if he did fight with him, Martin could guarantee that the loss would be absolutely Mick's.
Mick sneered and flashed anger in his eyes.
"Damn, I think you're really looking for a punch!"
"Mick!"
Rachel stopped him and said, "Mick, what are you doing with a fool?"
"Hey, Rachel, you're right!" Mick grinned.
Rachel looked at Martin again dismissively. "Martin, you're really stupid to be here. Grandfather proffered you money and status that you absolutely have no way of possessing for all your life, but you refused it all. You might not know it yet, but you're destined to be poor all your life, and you'll be kicked out later. Don't ever say you're related to us. Do us a favor and save us a face."
"That's right! Don't bring shame on us." Mick echoed aloud.
Martin smiled at them dismissively. "Rachel, Mick, your future is here in JY City while mine is to conquer the entire California and the American business community as a whole. We are definitely not on the same level and do not share a common interest."
"What? Conquering the entire American business community?" Mick and his cousins who were there laughed at him.
Rachel also shook his head and sneered, his eyes full of disdain.
Only Renee got up and patted Martin on the shoulder.
"Martin, it's good to have a dream, I'll always support you."
Renee said this, perhaps, to help Martin save himself from the embarrassment.
"Well, we don't have to waste time with this bragging boy." Rachel said.
"JY City recently opened a new shooting club, let's go there to play. They have a real gun." Mick jumped out and said.
"Shooting club? With real guns?"
When they heard about it, they all became very interested.
Especially the boys, they certainly fancied guns, and just thinking that they can carry a real gun and experience a live fire addiction, they were extremely happy!
"I heard that this shooting club was opened by a retired colonel mainly because of his interest and invested $30 million! Membership review is very strict, not open to the public, and an average person is not eligible to go in." Wilbur said.
"That's it? But we don't have memberships." People started to complain.
It's impossible to get membership in this shooting club because of their status as minors.
"Rachel helped me get my membership. Rachel, could you try to figure something out for everyone?" Mick turned to look at Rachel.
"It doesn't matter. I know the boss, so I'll take everyone in." Rachel said slowly.
Rachel, Vice President and heir to the James Group, was naturally well-acquainted with JY City's businessmen.

The crowd cheered him with joy.
