David visited the hotel daily bringing her flowers and all sorts of things. Today he did the impossible. Audrey sat at the reception tired of attending to Lucas who was becoming a thorn in her flesh.
" Hi beautiful," said David giving her a red rose
" Hi, Dave. For me? Thanks. I think I need to buy a flower vase. " She scoffed watching his gawk. She was wearing high waist jeans with a sleeve. Her hair was wrapped in a ponytail.
David was so immersed in gawking that he didn't know when he pecked her. Audrey pushed him immediately.
" I don't take such nonsense from men. If you can't take a no for an answer then beat it. I don't have time to play the perfect girlfriend for any man" she snapped as he lowered his head in shame
" I didn't know what came over me. I remembered today was your birthday so I brought you a present that's the reason for the peck. " He announced making her feel guilty. She forgot about her birthday initially. She hugged him
" Thanks, David. I don't know what to say? I'm surprised to hear you say it"
" Happy birthday Audrey" he started giving her a car key
" This is too much. I can't accept it I'm sorry. " She suddenly thought of her past. He doesn't deserve someone as dirty as her. No man does.
" It's my gift for you. Please don't return it. " He urged
" I have a car Dave and it's a new one"
" Fine. Then let me take you out after working hours. You'll like it" he smiled. She agreed now that she thought of it. They could work. He's understanding and motivated. She is going to try it out.
She was beaming with Joy waiting for the day to be over.
" Daydreaming? Aren't you too big for that? Asked Lucas with his hands on his pockets
" It's in my head. Do you need anything from me?.
" Yes. I have a pile of unchecked books. You can make my work easier by joining me"
" How long will it take? She didn't want to miss the date and it was her birthday
" longer than you think but two heads are better than one" he stated mischievously
She nodded and agreed with him. Thanks to him she'll be a gossip topic today. They entered the office in the suite and he dropped a pile of papers in front of her. She widened her eyes in surprise
"I don't have much time" she muttered but did it anyway. She helped him to reorganize the papers.
She was exhausted from glancing at the books. She stared at him and sneered but continued with it.
He noticed her glare. He picked a box opened it. Brought out a necklace and walked behind her. He stopped at her back put it on her neck.
" Happy birthday Audrey" he whispered removing hair from her back kissing it. He rained kisses on her back while the book she was holding fell. He turned her chair to himself staring at her. She smiled at him. He kissed her for some minutes.
" Has anyone ever told you you smell so nice?
She was enjoying his touch and caresses. She held him closer while he deepened the kiss. She moved from the chair kneeling with him as he was squatting before. She wanted him and was hot. He took off his shirt and unbuckled his belt.

Audrey picked her clothes and worn them as she was in lingerie. She didn't cry or challenge him. She arranged her disheveled hair and tied it up while he stared at her agitated.
" Audrey!!! " He grabbed her
" What do you want and I'll do it," he said uncertainly. He thinks he's attracted to her body and his urge will die once he beds her.
" Nothing you can afford. Have a nice day Mr. Hamilton" this is it. She's fed up with his pretense and emotional harassment.
" What should I do to bed, you Audrey?

" Get out bitch. I don't want to see you either. You're a cheap harlot" he cursed as she threw his necklace at him, stormed out of the doo,r and shut it with anger.
Lucas looked at it and threw it away. She dares refuse him. What's wrong with what he said? He easily gets erected with her around. Was he too harsh on her? She was ready to sleep with him. She can go to hell he presumed to go into the bathroom to cool down his hardness.
Audrey entered her car and wept. She hit her chest continuously. He's a bastard. The weeping continued for seconds when her phone rang. She checked it and it was David. She recalled having a date with him. She picked her bag and went into the hotel to wash Lucas's cologne from her body.
She finished bathing and changed her clothes too as it was smudged. She sighed and drove off.
