I pushed Pearl off running towards Becky as she stood at the doorway with tears in her eyes.
"Becky am sorry, I don't know what came over me" I pleaded.
It was like using a basket to fetch water. Becky still shed tears watching Pearl wrapping herself under the duvet.
"Babe, who is she?" Both asked at once looking confused.
It became clear to both ladies that I have been double dating. This time I ran after Becky unlike the last time in year one.
I lay on my chest flat to the ground holding her legs. She refused to look at my face as thousands of thoughts ran through my mind.
"Aaron, I don't think I can continue this, whatever this is. Am sorry this is not the relationship I asked for" she replied as she did an unofficial break-up.
At this moment, my life capsized. I have just jeopardized my name.
Becky blocked everything about me, I couldn't reach her. I checked her hostel she wasn't always around. Maybe she was around, she's just don't wanna talk.
What else are we going to talk about? What I did was so Clear and understandable. I told Jefferson about what happened one day before basketball practice.

Barely ten minutes into the game, the referee signaled a substitution. The coach just took me to the reserve benches.
"Everything ok with you son?" The bald white coach asked with concern.
"Yes sir, all I need now is rest I. Think I ate something that doesn't agree with my stomach" I lied using that opportunity to run off.
Weeks after, I took to alcohol then back to some drugs and other stuff just to keep the pain away and also to keep me going.

BECKY'S POV
"I had to break up with him. The sight was just too annoying. He was cheating on me with my close friend" I lamented to Mr. Benson while at his workshop.
"That my dear is what I was trying to tell you. My son got a high sex drive. He always wants to have sex at all times" Mr. Benson replied working on his car.
I got back to my hostel that day sleeping with tears trickling down my face to my pillow as it absorbs the tears.
Mrs. Benson however is the direct opposite of Mr. Benson she insisted that I should not abandon him.
"That boy loves you. Remember the I one told you that" she started.
"Yes, you did" I replied.
"You shouldn't just leave him the way you did what if his life starts going awkward? You should be there for him".
Even earlier today became a nightmare to me. Every time I try to forget it keeps flashing back.

At this point in my life, I wasn't in search of a relationship. I just don't want anything to do with a relationship. After all, we are not dating for marriage we are dating for a break so If the breakup comes early the better for you.
I changed my relationship status to single. Not less than ten minutes I received close to ninety-nine live text messages from other guys.

Sometimes, the heart worked faster than the brain. My heart still loves Aaron. Despite his toxic love but my brain made me understand how to let go.

AARON'S POV
"Two extra bottles please!" I yelled as the attendant and in no time my table was filled with a black bullet.
"You shouldn't drink much alcohol," a female voice said at my back.
"Theodora, what do you want?" I asked sipping from my bottle.
"Nothing I just want you to go home!" She replied.
I couldn't stand this girl and her stupid nagging within seconds I was already at the apartment.
I slip open a pack of weed wrapping it up with a piece of brown paper.
Guess it's been a long since I had a good smoke.
I sat alone in the living room after taking my drugs watching the blank tv just as how my heart was empty. I couldn't think of anything, I was just numb hoping for nothing.
My cellphone rang. Jacinta called me for the first time since year one.
"Hi, Aaron is sorry for your break up" Jacinta's voice can over the phone.
"It's cool, it's cool. Thanks for calling" I replied turning off the call.
I dialed Jefferson's digit for a phone call.
"Brotherly, wassup" I managed to say.
"Bro am good how are you?"
"Fucked up bro. I miss her" I replied.
We spoke for a long as he explained how must if his girlfriend broke up with and that kinda stuff.
"Bro, I'd call you tomorrow morning, I gotta go to bed I fell sleepy.
After Jeffery went off the phone, I met the actual boredom present here.
I picked my car keys, hopping into the car driving towards downtown at night.
I drove slowly to the night club intended to go to. Just didn't want a single scratch on my Mercedes. Not tonight not forever.
