"Aren't you gonna introduce us sweetheart?" Blake asked her as he gave Jay a black look.
He pulled her closer to him by her waist and his hand rested below her right breast. She knew that he was absolutely fuming inside.
Jay curled his lip as his eyes went down to where Blake's hand was. His eyes were angrier when they went to Blake’s. Heather felt her man's hold tightened. For sure he saw Jay’s reaction. She had to do something before a physical fight between the two men started. The hostility between them was strongly felt in the atmosphere.
" Sweetheart this is my boss, Sir Jay. Sir Jay I want you to meet my boyfriend Blake.”
The two men were glowering at each other. Blake was an inch taller than Jay and was hunkier but the latter didn’t look intimidated.
"I want you in my office, Miss Williams." Jay said in an arctic voice before he left them.
When he entered the shop, Blake pulled her even closer to him. "The fucking bastard wants you!" he said through gritted teeth.
She moistened her lips. Her throat felt dry.
"Maybe he wants to talk about the meeting last night." she said in a small voice.
"You know fucking well that’s not what I meant! Didn't you see how he was looking at you?! At us?!" he asked in a clipped tone.
She couldn't deny what they both saw. She would have to talk to Jay.
Bullshit! That motherfucker desires my woman! Blake thought furiously.
"And you still want to work for him?!Don't blame me if one of these days I am gonna sock that piece of shit!" he fumed.
She groaned. She moved away from him. "Sweetheart we had a deal! You said you will let me continue working here!" she reminded him.
"DAMMIT!! You still expect me to allow you to work here after what I saw?! The bastard is jealous of me!! SON OF A BITCH!!" His face and neck were red from anger.
"You are just overreacting! Didn’t I just agree that you impregnate me? Why are you acting this way again?! For all we know my boss is angry about something else! You are being narrow-minded again!”
Blake cursed and kicked the front tire of his pick-up. A taxi stopped in front of the shop and Joey got off. Heather sighed. The last thing she wanted was for the gay designer to see them arguing.
"Gosh sweetheart! Why are we fighting on the street?!" she asked.
Blake combed his hair with his fingers. He really looked pissed. Without a word, he got inside the pick-up and drove away. She was left staring after the vehicle with her mouth slightly open. This was the first time he did that. He must be really angry.
"Heather did you and your man just argued? It’s too early for that. “ Joey said with slight frown.
She forced a quiet laugh before they walked to the shop.

Jay closed the blinds. He witnessed what happened. He saw how Heather and that dickhead argued. He sat on his chair smirking. Everything was looking good. It would be easier for him to break them up since Heather's boyfriend was a jealous freak. That bastard was overly possessive and narrow-minded.
“Nice…” he murmured as he grinned.

"Oh geez Heather! Your man is so freaking hot!” Joey said giddily.
She just released a smile. She was thinking of calling Blake but she didn’t know what to say. She wasn’t used to him leaving without saying goodbye.
"Now I can’t decide who is better for you. Our boss makes me wet but your boyfriend makes me wetter!”
She couldn’t help giggling. “Stop that Joey! Anyway I have to go to Sir Jay’s office. He said he wanted to talk to me.”
She left Joey who seemed to be daydreaming with his chin on his hand and he had a silly smile on his face.

"Sit down." Jay ordered in a cold voice.
She did and then she asked. "Jay, can I say something first?"
He was just staring at her but he nodded. He was poker-faced.
"Please don’t do that again. My boyfriend sensed that you were angry about something. I don’t want him to think that..."
"I’m jealous?" he cut in.
Heather looked at him helplessly. "I almost begged him to let me work here. I promised him that all we have is a boss-employee relationship. Please don’t give him a reason to be angry if you want me to continue working here. If worst comes to worst, I would choose him." she said honestly.
Jay looked impassive . He was jealous as hell too but he had to keep his cool. He should work more smoothly. Her boyfriend could easily make her stop working for him if he wasn’t careful. As Heather said , she would choose that bastard over work. He couldn’t let that happen.
"You are already his girlfriend yet he’s still insecure? Maybe he has a lot of shortcomings so he is very much scared to lose you to another man who is more deserving of you.” He commented while looking at her with intensity.
She didn't say anything. She didn’t want to talk about her relationship with Blake with him. "Why do you need me? Is there any problem with the meeting with Mr. and Mrs. Li” She asked to change the topic.
He leaned on the seat. "They called this early morning. They also want us to create swimwear for them. They want me to model some of them."
"I guess they are willing to pay a hefty amount of money since they want you to be the model." she commented.
"Yes. They specifically said that they want me and you to be models. We will do some pictorials in the coming days." He revealed which made her eyes widened.
"WHAT??!" she asked in a shrill voice.
"We are not only talking of a hefty amount of money here. This is an advantage to our business and your career. Your creations would be well-know quickly if you yourself will model them. We are talking about international market here. So think about it." He said.

She had to tell Blake about what she and her boss discussed. She had to agree that what the Thai couple was offering was really good. She was now in a taxi. She sighed again as she thought of her man. She called him hours ago but he wasn't answering. He sent a text message a while ago saying that he couldn’t pick her up. He said he needed to deal with a problem at the bar so he had to leave early. She knew he was angry and she had to pacify him. She would surprise him. It was still early so she could go to the mall to buy him a gift. She would go to the bar and asked him to go out after the bar’s closing time. She will also pleasure him in bed. That would make him less angry. It was past 7 p.m. when she reached the bar. She bought a black leather jacket for Blake. She was sure that he would like it. She got off the taxi when she saw a woman walking towards her and she seemed to came from the bar. The woman had long jet-black hair. She had innocent features but she was wearing a revealing top with tight jeans. She was also looking at her. It was her first time seeing the female but she felt something.
"Miss Kristel!” One of Blake’s male waiters was running behind the woman.
Heather’s mouth hung open and she stopped walking. When the waiter saw her, he was frozen on the spot.
The female turned her head to him. “Yes? What is it?” She asked the staff in a husky voice.
The waiter looked at Heather first for a few more seconds before turning his eyes to the other woman. “ Sir Blake told me to give you this. He said you forgot it." He handed the female a black cardigan but his eyes went back to Heather. He looked worried.
Heather placed her palm on her chest to feel her heart. It seemed to have skipped a beat.
