Like nor wear makeup
Jhonia woke up with a single arm wrapped around her waist. She immediately removed it and sat up then stood from the bed, she turned facing the bed looking at him.
“Ah...”
Jhonia sighed, and walked away from the room and into the bathroom, after some time she returned from the bathroom and Nearce was still asleep! She glanced at him and went to her wardrobes, after getting dressed.
Wearing a chubby sweater shirt with a black leather jacket designed on the back, the front appearance is shadowy style, a pair of deep blue jeans with a pair of black heels.
She leaves the room, not caring to look if Nearce was still sleeping are not! At the table with Mrs. Pinnock who keeps glancing at Jhonia often.
“Is something wrong, mom?” Jhonia asked? As she had noticed Mrs. Pinnock constantly stares at her.
“Jhonia, this is not fit. But okay, if you are staying home of course. You stay dress”
“I'm going out actually. Mother-in-law dressing up every day is not what I am used to. I'm trying to live by your rules but with a little bit of my fashion okay? Okay. I'm going to see a friend before she leaves for work hopefully.” Jhonia said, with a smile she explained asking. After staring at Mrs. Pinnock for some time, finally she nodded in agreement. Nearce came downstairs in a simple t-shirt and dark coloured jeans. While they eat, he makes his way to the table.
"Good morning!" Nearce said, as he was leaning down towards Jhonia to kiss her on the cheek but she stood up from her chair quickly.
“Mother, I'm full and should be leaving.” Jhonia said, grabbing her phone and leaving. Nearce stood in surprise as he watched her leave.
"Jhonia! "
“Let her go! Do you even remember the time you came home? I doubt that you can remember however, she's going to see a friend, and she is leaving so she doesn't have to be reminded by you that you stood her up at home. God knows where you were, while she sits there waiting for you.” Mrs. Pinnock said, stopping him from going after Jhonia and asked? She then explained to him about why Jhonia is behaving the way she is.
"Why would she wait for me after driving for two whole hours and then stopping at a hotel for one whole hour, why?" Nearce asked? His mother stood up looking at him confused about what he's going on about, she then began to feel disappointed in him as she had the thought.
“Nearce, did you by any chance, tracking her car moments?” Mrs. Pinnock asked? Nearce looked at her and dropped his head after seeing the embarrassment of him, looking in her eyes at him.
"I just wanted to know where she is going, is that so wrong?" Nearce asked? As he walked around the table and sat down next to the seat Jhonia had seated.
“You have no idea how disappointed with you she will be when or if she finds out, even more than I'm right now.” Mrs. Pinnock said, leaving the kitchen and going upstairs. She went into Jhonia's room and went into her closet. Seeing all different types and styles of clothes lines out in sets. Mrs. Pinnock smiled.
“She must have gone shopping alone to keep the media away from her if only the stupidity of a son I have, couldn’t see what he has. Jhonia is so precious and rare, I would hate to see her leave. Ah..” Mrs. Pinnock said, while out of curiosity Nearce had followed her up to Jhonia's room, which he had instructed the maids to put his stuff into.
"I too hope she never leaves. I will remove the tracker from her car, it won't happen from this moment on." Nearce said, hugging his mother from behind. While they were making up!
Meanwhile!
Jhonia arrives at the place she had left for Josephine. However, no one there seems to know this Josephine.
“Excuse me? Can you tell if there's a Josephine living here?” Jhonia asked but she got no response yet no one seemed to know the name of the lady she was asking about.
“Jhonia?” A voice similar to Josephine said, in an asking tone of voice. Jhonia turned and saw Josephine standing behind her, Jhonia was looking disappointed with Josephine.
“Did you lie about where you live, Josephine? Obviously though, no one seems to know who you are? Why did you lie to me?” Jhonia asked her, looking furious, she asked as she walked over to Josephine. She asked her once more about lying to her.
“First, love the outfit. Second, I didn't lie. I live with my mother and stepfather, at least he's trying to be. We live inside his hotel at the top. Room sweet 30951 P. For President.” Josephine said, pointing at the hotel and walking over to then begin hugging Jhonia.
“I forgot to tell you and when I called a man to answer your phone call, I quickly hung up thinking I must have collected your number wrongly, I was hoping you would come looking for me.” Josephine said, explaining herself still hugging onto Jhonia.
“Fine, let go... Let me go!” Jhonia said, but after Josephine kept hugging her she got angry. Josephine realizes and quickly steps back as she stops hugging her.
“Sorry, I think I'm not like to hug for too long because I had a very long and warm hug... Two years ago, and I know I will not be able to have such a hug again. Ever.” Jhonia said, sharing her thoughts as to why she thinks she dislikes getting a hug. Josephine wanted to wipe her tears which had fallen down Jhonia's cheeks but she dared not.
“Wow, how did you manage to get your makeup done exactly like yesterday?” Josephine asked? As she searches into her bag for wipes to give to Jhonia, so she could wipe her tears.
“My mom was very pretty, but she would wear make-up even so because she felt like she wasn't pretty enough. She later year's realize how makeup had damaged her face, so I decided I would never use it whether I grew up ugly or pretty. I don't like nor do I wear make-up, understand?” Jhonia said, opening up a bit to Josephine explaining on the street. She explains her likes and dislikes for make-up once more.
“I am sorry about your parents and I know saying sorry won't return them to you but at least I know what it feels like a little bit.” Josephine said as Jhonia wiped her cheeks with her hand. They got into the car and went back to the cafe, they ordered a latte and sat down together drinking. They spent one hour together talking and getting to know each other much better.
“I won't have time to spend with you after a few days. I applied for a job at S.K.Y, a company called Sky. If I'm accepted, we will barely have the time to meet because I will be busy. So we will only talk over the phone or if you visit me, I will never visit you at your husband's home.” Josephine said, explaining to her how she applied for a job at a company. Jhonia held her hand and smiled as she spoke of never visiting her..
“It's okay, I too will be very busy at parties and meeting people. Also, meeting with other married women. I will visit at night or early mornings if I can, okay? Don't worry we still have this thing called a cellphone, we will talk on it when we have time.” Jhonia assured her and said, explaining that she too will be busy and what she will do if can, they smiled. The two spend the day together and go home, Jhonia refuses dinner since she had eaten with Josephine. She showed and went to bed unnoticed the difference in her closet.
