THE NEXT DAY - I stayed back at the hospital, Riya slept like a baby laying on my lap, and talk about me not having any sleep at all.
"Pssst"
I veered back and saw methane calling out to me, she signaled, "meet me outside the hospital", and left afterwards, a few seconds head count, I gently laid Riya's head down and walked out to meet her.
"Hey! What is it?".
She swivels wearing a terrified look on her face, " Andres! You asked me to trust you but it's been hours now, yet nothing as happened, can you tell me what's going on?".
"Look! I did tell you to trust me and you should, we need not do anything stupid, so please calm yourself down and let me do my job!"
(I walked back into the hospital)
Methane walked in after a few seconds contemplating to herself when Riya screamed out loud attaining our attention.
"Riya what is going on!"
A dash into elenas ward and saw a masked man holding a gun to Elena's head, Riya veers her eyes donning a sad look at me, meanwhile, the person whom the gun was still pointed at was suspiciously calm.
Apparently when Elena took notice that his attention was been turned away from hers, she used this as an opportunity to counter-attack, she knocked off the gun from his hand and smashed a stainless steel at his head. Elena might have advanced in age but she was fit as hell.
I turned back to see the look on methane's face after seeing the whole drama unravel before her eyes, now she will understand the kind of woman we are up against.

After series of test, we returned back home, everyone at home came out to welcome the queen of the Nile, Elena khan as Riya assisted her to her room.
Not quite long, methane rushed in to meet me trying to catch her breath.
"Girl! You do know that there's something called knocking right!". I donned a serious look at her.
" yeah! Sorry about that but can you tell me what exactly happened back at the hospital! Did you have a hand in it? Was it the plan you were telling me about? Tell me?".
She had tons of questions and the more I kept quiet the more she hurled questions to me.
"Yes, I did have something to do with this, " I acknowledged the fact that whatever that happened at the hospital was my doings luckily this would give Elena the clarity that many people want her dead.
"Wow! Impressive Salem, indeed you are your mother's son!" She praises me donning a devilish smile on.
I might be the son to the most selfish, conniving, backstabbing and devilish woman but I will never be like my mom, even the angels in heaven affirms that.
"Now you understand the kind of woman we are up against, she is that kind of lady you think strategically before acting and never be moved by her emotions!".
The tone of voice spurred out a serious question, " so! What can we do now? How do we get to her?". (Methane asked fiddling for my response)
There is an adage that goes like this, and I quote, "the fastest way to a man's heart is through his stomach but permit me to rephrase this statement and say, " the fastest way to kill my mom is through her sanity, drag her down to a point when she's at her lowest, you can as well strick the final blow!" (Evil smile)
