Ocean was really confused with the sudden change in Zeus' behavior. He noticed it in her eyes. He sighed and spoke again.
Zeus: I know what you must be thinking. I was just looking after my brother. For me, he's still my baby brother. I could never stand to see him hurt. And the way you talked to me, I'm sure you are perfect for him. I've seen pure love for you in his eyes. I wanted to be sure that you also have the same feeling for him. But what I witnessed was beyond my imagination. You know no one ever raised their voice in front of me. I'm impressed.
Hesitantly Ocean asked him.
Ocean: So you really don't have any problems with our relationship?
Zeus chuckled lightly and spoke.
Zeus: No, I don't. If you have any problem, never hesitate, just give me a call.
Ocean smiled and spoke.
Ocean: Thank you for giving me a chance to prove myself.
Zeus: Take care of him. He's so precious.
Ocean: I know.
Zeus turned around to leave but he stopped mid way. He turned around to look at Ocean. She understood the reason, she knew he was worried if she'd tell Moon about this little conversation. She gave him a small smile and spoke.
Ocean: I am not going to tell him. I know and I can understand. You love him and can do anything for him. Moon is lucky to have a brother like you.
By the end, her voice cracked and Zeus saw tears in her eyes. He walked to her and patted her head like a brother. He spoke.
Zeus: You know, I am brother for you too. So you don't have to be sad. Just give me a call if you need my help with anything. I promise, I will try my best to be there for my baby sister.
Ocean gave him a wide smile and Zeus left. She was glad to know that Zeus was now on their side.
Back in Time.
Moon happily went back inside and told everything to Maria. Maria was shocked, listening to moon about Zeus' reaction. But she didn't push it more, she was happy to see her Moon was happy. 6 years ago when Moon saw her the very first time and lost her the very next day, Moon wasn't the same person since then. He stopped enjoying his life, he used to lock himself in his room. So many nights Maria spent sitting besides Moon. But as she came back to his life, things changed. Now he's happy and lively.
Maria set up a lunch at weekend. Moon didn't tell her, he decided to tell her at the lakeside. Ocean reached to the lake, she was enjoying the cold breeze when Moon wrapped his arms around her waist from behind and placed a wet kiss on her sweet spot. She moaned and Moon smiled. He turned her around and picked her up. She wrapped her legs around his waist and Moon sat on the ground. Ocean put her head on his chest and they stayed like this for a while. Then Moon cleared his throat and Ocean looked at him.
Moon: You're invited for lunch on Saturday.
Ocean: What if they won't like me?
Moon cupped her face and pecked her lips, he gave her a sweet smile and spoke again.
Moon: Yep they will not like you, they will love you.
Ocean smiled and nodded her head. Ocean headed home and told Lora about her lunch with the Karts. Lora was happy for her. She even gave her some ideas for her appearance and advises to impress Mr and Mrs Kart. Ocean went back to her room, she took a quick shower and changed into something comfy. She came out of the closet laid down on the bed and drifted off.
Next day Derek Kart, Moon's father, came back from his 3 months business trip. He entered the Villa and saw Moon, who was humming a song and watering plants. He quickly ran to his wife, he didn't kiss Maria, not even greeted her. He grabbed her hand and took her to the garden where Moon was in a really good mood. He pointed his finger towards Moon and gave Maria a look that said, "what had happened to him?" Maria giggled and spoke.
Maria: Your son is in love. And get habitual of this Moon now, that's all you are going to get from now on.
Derek got tears in his eyes, he prayed so much for his son to be like this, like he used to be. But everything changed since he saw that girl. He knew it wasn't her fault, she never actually knew that Moon loved her. Derek walked to his son, patted his shoulder and as Moon turned around, he engulfed him in a bone cracking hug. Moon got worried but seeing his mother, giggling continually, he sighed in relief and wrapped his arms around his father as well. He had missed him a lot.
Derek walked in with Moon and Maria. Derek went to his room to get a shower. Moon sat with Maria. He was still thinking about what ocean had said to him. It was something he couldn't stop thinking about. He was getting worried. Maria noticed his uneasiness and asked her.
Maria: What is it Moon? Are you worried about something?
Moon: Yes ma. Pa is here. I know you'll love Ocean, but I don't know about pa. Ma I can't live without her.
Maria: All she needs is a chance. I know Derek will love her too. The way you talk about her. I'm sure she is a very sweet and loving person.
Moon: And who'll tell pa?
They didn't notice that Derek was back down stairs. He wanted to spend some time with his super sensitive son. He heard Moon's question and asked them back to inquire more.
Derek: Tell me what?
Moon looked at Maria with pleading eyes and Maria understood that Moon ain't want to explain it to his father. Moon was worried about Ocean being a human. And his father will never allow him to be with a human. Maria made Derek sit beside her and told him about Ocean. Derek got up I'm anger and spoke.
Derek: That can never happen son. You can bring anyone, but not a human.
Moon didn't say anything. He ran up to his room and locked himself in. He didn't even have his dinner.
Maria: At least give her a chance Derek. I'm sure you're going to love her.
Derek sighed in defeat and told her. He never argued with his wife.
Derek: Call her tomorrow for lunch.
Maria: Yes, she will be here.
Moon texted Zeus, he knew Zeus is the only one who can convince Derek for Moon and Ocean's relationship. He told him how Derek dismissed it without hearing or giving Ocean a chance. Zeus replied to him not to worry about. He said if Ocean could easily change Zeus' mind then Derek is a piece of cake. He assured Moon that Ocean is smart and she will earn her place in Derek's heart. And if still Derek would say no, then Zeus will talk to him and convince him to accept Moon and Ocean and their relationship.
In a while Maria came in and told Moon that her father was ready to meet her. Moon hugged his mother and thanked her. Then Moon informed his mother that he'll be spending the night with Ocean. Maria smiled and told him to be back before breakfast. She fed Moon then left. As soon as Maria left, Moon jumped out of the window and ran to Ocean's. As promised, she was waiting for him. Moon came in and pinned her on her bed. She liked his dominant side and she felt safe with him. Moon softly placed his lips on hers. She moaned as he bit her lower lip, asking for entrance. She parted her lips and gave him full access to her mouth. He drank from her mouth like he was thirsty for days and he found water. He let her go when she was out of breath. She sat on his stomach and he held her by her waist. They talked for a while, then Moon went to the bathroom to get fresh. When he came out, he saw that she was lying on her stomach, her feet held high in the air. He came to her and laid on her. He moved her hair from her shoulder and placed a wet kiss on her shoulder. She gasped, Moon again kissed her shoulder and a moan slipped her lips. Moon smiled and turned her around. She was blushing, as always. Moon always liked the way she blush. He kissed her both cheeks and then he kissed the tip of her nose. He didn't say anything, they both crawled into bed, Moon held her tightly on his chest and they both drifted off in each other's arms.
