Willow POV
What a beautiful night we shared. I look at Lazarus sleeping so soundly beside me in the bed. I never thought I could love someone as much as I love him at this moment. I think I may have exhausted him last night. The poor man had to keep getting blood bags to keep up with me. Who knew a fairy in heat could drain a vampire. He gave me everything I wanted until we finally passed out from exhaustion.
I lean over and kiss his cheek. I reach under the covers to feel his chest. I wonder how long this heat cycle lasts. I could ask Prissy. That would be a little strange to ask her. I do not have anyone else to ask. I am not sure about my body or anything. I will have to confide in her.
I want him now. I feel a sudden urge to have him at this moment. As I begin to caress him under the cover, someone knocks on the damn door. Lazarus opens his eyes. I think he is relieved.
He gets out of bed to see who it is. He grabs a robe for me to wrap up in and one for himself.
“I am sorry to disturb you, but the council wants to see Willow right away,” Prissy says.
“I will let her know,” Lazarus says.
“Wait, tell her to come in,” I say.
Prissy comes into the room. I am sure it smells of hot sex. I do not care; I need to ask her.

Prissy leaves the room almost giddy. I drop my robe. I go into the bathroom.
“Lazarus, can you help me with something?’ I ask him.
“Sure, sweetie, what is it?” he asks.
I open the shower door. “I need you to fuck me all day long,” I say.

“It won’t stop until you either in pregnant me or forty-eight hours pass. So I need you to see how many times you can satisfy these urges I am having,” I say.
“I guess we better cancel all of our plans,” he says.

Laz pulls me in closer to him. The warm water is running between us. “She will always be here for you when you need her. She can help you a lot. She is the queen of the vampires,” Lazarus says.
“Laz, why is there such a rift between your mother and your father,” I ask.
“Oh, Willow, that is a long story,” Lazarus says.
“Give me the short version,” I say.
“He hurt her. So she refused to turn into a hybrid. She only gave him one child. She refuses to see him unless she has to. He changed after she iced him out, but she will not forgive him. Willow, some things are not forgivable,” Lazarus says.
“Why didn’t they divorce?” I ask.
“That is not an option in royalty. If we decide we cannot be together, we cannot get a divorce. We can live separately, but there will be no divorce. Our marriage is forever,” Lazarus says.
“Good. I do not plan on letting you go,” I say.
