Chapter 13
"Lord Evin where are we?" I asked as our carriage stopped.
"Call me darling." I blinked at his answer. That was not the answer I expected from him.
"Ahm—"
"Or Evin." My mouth fell open and I quickly picked it up as well.
Why is he acting like this?
"Okay darl — I mean E-Evin." It's a bit awkward if I call him darling. I used to argue and go on his trips then but now I can't see anymore I feel broken.
"Get used to it, I like the darling endearment but you look nervous when you attempt to say it and seem awkward to you." He said laughing and I felt the carriage move.
"Come on." He said.
"Alright wait for me." I said and my father came down when he took my hand then I felt him put it on his shoulder.
"Wait what are you going to do — wait!" I was surprised when I rose into the air.
He made me.
"I don't want to make it difficult for you now. I want to make it up to you. My guilt is too big and I prefer to serve you. Just feel that I'm sincere, Sezei." He said so I lifted my head and then gave him a small smile.
"It's not your fault. I did it to you because I lied." I rubbed his face and rubbed his cheek. "Why do your cheeks seem to shrink? You seem to have lost weight?" I wondered then rubbed both his arms.
"Since the day you lied to me and left, I can't be bothered. I can't be bothered, I worried about you too much. But I was hurt, I sided with my ego that hurt me. But after a days? I always find myself in your old room. "I couldn't speak because of what he said.
"I always clean that room Sezei almost every day. The servants have offered to be the ones to clean but I always decline them."
"I want to get you back because I believe you'll come back here, you'll come back to me. I'm disgusted because my ego is biased. I'm stupid in the part where I miss you so much but I can't even get to your room even almost I was at Stone Palace every day but I didn’t expect thattortured and made fun. I was beaten and even more angry because you were blind. "my face softened and I smiled widely.
"It's not your fault Evin, I lied to you so it's natural for you to be angry. It's okay to criticize me Evin I'll accept."
"Silly, how can I do that? I can't be angry with you for a long time but I promise I'll get it back." He said then I felt his lips touch my forehead before he started walking.
"Where are we going Evin?" I asked him again.
"In our room." He replied.
"Okay." I said but I think what I heard was wrong. "Wait, where else?"
"In our room Sezei, you and me in just one room." He replied as I stopped.
"Wait — ahm wait—"
"Sezei!"
"Princess Sezei!"
"Princess!"
My head turned in the direction where the screams came from.
"Sezei, it's good that you came back, I miss you so much!" I heard my sister Karmen shout while holding my hand.
"Me too I really miss you Princess Sezei, I'm sorry and we haven't been together in the past few weeks." I heard Tyrone explain and I smiled.
"Its okay, thats not a big deal."
"Princess, what happened to you? I'm sorry but the last news I gave you is go back to Stone Palace. I'm from the south." Isaac explained.
"I'm fine Evin took me away to the Palace." I replied to him.
"Why are you looking so straight?" He asked.
"She's blind, Roseé hurt her, manipulate her, and I'm going to revenge her soon." Said Evin who softened my heart. Evin is so protective. He really won't allow that he doesn't take revenge on me.
"Excuse me, I will take her to the room." He said and was about to walk when the three stopped him.
"Which room?" They asked together.
"Our room." Evin answered quickly and walked again until later he put me down.
"Do you want to take a bath? Eat? Are you hungry? I'll cook for you. Are you tired? Here's the bed take a rest—"
"I'm fine Evin." I happily replied to him.
"I'll take Sezei first!"
"No."
"Please brother, Karmen will be going to bath and dress her."
"No."
"Evin, I'll be back. Ate Karmen is going to do some transformation to me. I've been wanting to soak in water for a long time." I said to Evin.
A few minutes passed when I heard its sigh.
"Alright, just gave her back to me. Without a scar or else I will evict you from the palace."
"Aye aye kuya." The two answered at the same time and then helped me out of the room.
