Super Template System In Marvel and Beyond Chapter 372

Dave ran his hand over the silver-black cover. It didn’t shine like Yuno’s glowing book, but it had a steady presence, calm and unshakable. He flipped it open, the strange letters inside glowing faintly before fading away like mist. People whispered all around. "Another rare grimoire?" "First Yuno with the four-leaf, now him?!" "This generation... really is something." Yuno stepped closer, his golden aura brushing against Dave’s calm silver glow. "So... you also got the Four Leaf grimoire?" Dave closed the book with a soft thud and gave no answer. Asta, still empty-handed, froze. His eyes shook, but then he forced a shaky grin. "S-so what?! You two got your fancy books first, but when mine comes, it’ll blow yours away!" Even without a grimoire, his stubbornness burned like fire. The attendant finally raised his voice. "The ceremony is over! Yuno—bearer of the four-leaf Wind Grimoire! Dave—another holder of the Four Leaf grimoire! The rest of you, train hard, for your journeys begin now!" The hall slowly emptied. Asta clenched his fists and stomped outside. "I don’t care! I’ll still become Wizard King!" Yuno looked at him, calm as always. "Then prove it." Dave walked past with his book under his arm, saying nothing. His silence was heavier than words. The three left the tower together, but Asta’s head hung low. He tried to laugh it off, reminding himself he still had his sword training and his Haki—skills far beyond most kids their age—but the sting of being the only one without a grimoire was sharp. Later, as they walked back through the outskirts, shadows moved. "Hand it over, brat." A rough voice echoed. From the alley stepped Revchi, a grimoire thief, his lackeys smirking behind him. His eyes locked onto Yuno’s glowing four-leaf. Yuno raised his grimoire, wind swirling around him. "So you’re after this?" His calm voice carried an edge. The thief grinned. "Exactly. With that, I’ll be unstoppable." Asta stepped forward, fists raised. "Like hell you will!" The fight broke out fast. The thief’s men cast weak spells, but Yuno’s wind sliced through them like nothing, his swordplay sharp and precise. Against simple thugs, he was untouchable. But Revchi wasn’t ordinary. He smirked, casting binding chains of magic that snaked around, striking from behind. Yuno blocked two, cut another—but the last wrapped around his arm, holding him in place. "Tch!" Yuno hissed, struggling as the thief moved in. Dave stepped forward at last, hand resting on the hilt of his wooden sword. His calm eyes locked on the thief. "Big mistake." Revchi clicked his tongue. "Stay out of this, kid!" He whipped his chains toward Dave— —but the moment they closed in, the air shook. A sudden pulse. A crack of energy. Dark pages fluttered from the air—landing in Asta’s hands. His eyes widened as the battered black book snapped open on its own. A five-leaf clover gleamed faintly on the cover. "What the—?!" Revchi froze. Asta clenched his fists, fire burning in his eyes again. "So... you finally showed up, huh?! Then let’s go! I’ll protect Yuno, and I’ll prove it—right here, right now!!" The black grimoire floated in front of Asta, its pages whipping open with a violent gust. From within, light burst out—not warm or gentle like Yuno’s, but heavy, raw, and crushing. A massive sword erupted into Asta’s hands, the blade wider than his own body, its surface dark and worn, almost rotten in appearance. It looked heavy, dull, and far from elegant. Revchi blinked once before bursting into laughter. "Pfft—what is that supposed to be? A rusted slab of iron? Hah! That pathetic thing won’t change the outcome!" Asta didn’t answer. He only grinned, sweat dripping down his face, eyes blazing with determination. "Heh—guess I finally caught up to you two! Now—time to test it out!!" He swung the blade down in a single motion. The ground split apart as the massive sword slammed into it, shattering Revchi’s magic chains like they were paper. The thief’s laughter cut short, his eyes widening in horror. "W-what the hell?! My chains—!" Asta charged, the oversized weapon dragging sparks across the ground. With one upward swing, he sent Revchi flying into the air, the man screaming as his magic fizzled uselessly. Without pausing, Asta leapt after him, raising the sword high before slamming it down again. Revchi crashed into the dirt, coughing blood, his spells completely erased before they could form. Yuno pulled himself free from the broken chains, staring in disbelief. "...He erased the magic..." Dave, standing a few steps back, only smirked faintly, arms crossed. He hadn’t moved at all, simply watching. "Finally. Took long enough, Asta." Asta planted the massive blade into the ground beside him, panting heavily but grinning ear to ear. "Hah! Guess I’m not so worthless after all, huh?!" Revchi groaned, clawing weakly at the dirt, still in denial. "T-this... this can’t be... that sword shouldn’t even... exist..." Yuno’s lips curved faintly, the smallest of smiles. "That’s Asta for you." Dave nodded once, his tone calm but edged. "Remember this, Asta. You don’t need to chase us anymore. You’ve got your own path now—loud, reckless, and impossible to stop." Asta’s grin widened, his chest swelling with pride. For the first time that day, he didn’t feel left behind. Hage Village – Church The sun was already dipping low when the three boys returned. The dirt path leading back to the church seemed quieter than usual, though their footsteps carried a new weight. Sister Lily and Father Orsi were waiting at the entrance with the children buzzing around their sides. The little ones rushed forward first, tugging at Dave’s cloak and Yuno’s sleeve, eyes shining. Dave exchanged a brief glance with Yuno before silently lifting his grimoire. Its silver-black cover glowed faintly under the fading light, the white four-leaf clover etched on its surface shining with a quiet dignity. "Four leaves?!" The four-leaf shimmered so brightly the kids could hardly stop staring. "No way... another four-leaf?!" Sister Lily’s eyes softened in awe, her voice quiet. "...Both of you... chosen by four-leaf grimoires. The First Wizard King himself had one..." Father Orsi’s smile trembled with pride. "Unbelievable. Two of our boys—destined for greatness!" But then, as the cheers began to rise, a loud voice cut in. "Oi! Don’t forget me!!" Everyone turned. Asta stomped forward, puffing his chest, holding up a massive, jagged black tome. The pages fluttered wildly, as though brimming with restless power. The church fell completely silent. Even the younger kids froze, their mouths hanging open. "...Asta?" Sister Lily whispered. "You... you received one too?" Father Orsi blinked, stunned. "B-but earlier, you had nothing—" "I know!!" Asta shouted, grinning ear to ear. "But then, BAM! Outta nowhere, this one flew right at me when that thief tried to take Yuno’s grimoire! Hahaha! Guess I’m not getting left behind after all!" if you like my fanfic, and want to support me and read advance chaps, checkout my fanfic on :- There are regular updates too.
