"Where are you going?"
"To get my secretary. I need her to go photocopy some documents for me outside." Damien smirked and went ahead.
Mr Ben shook his head with a smile. He clearly understand what's going on.
Damien got to Fred and Kimberly, he scoffed within himself when Fred still held Kimberly like a baby.
He wished he could just chop that hand off her body.
"Good evening, boss" Kimberly quickly greeted immediately he got to them.
'I hope I'm not in trouble for this.' She thought because seeing her boss' expression could really tell that she's In deep shit.
"Keep it! Uhmm......I'd like you to follow me to the car to take some documents to go photocopy for me.' He started.
"Photocopy? When we're supposed to be partying." Fred creased with a look of 'what the hell?'
"Yeah. Any problem?" Damien snapped.
"Sir, I thought I did all the work before coming. I can't go out of the party all in the name of going to photocopy documents." Kimberly spoke.
"Are you daring your boss now?" Damien gave her a strange look.
"No..no sir, I'm not."
"It's a 'Business Party' which means we are going to work while we enjoy too. Now, follow me before I loose control." He ordered.
Damien was the first to start going but when he noticed that Kimberly hasn't moved an inch from her spot, he walked back to her and grabbed her hand.
"You're needed, Secretary Kim." He almost snarled.
"I've never seen you been protective over a mere staff of yours. Is she that special?" Fred stopped him.
"Why don't you find if she is? And I'm not been protective okay? I just needed her to do some work for me." Damien responded with his chin up and dragged Kimberly away from the scene.
They got outside. Damien pushed her to his car and leaned closely at her.
"What were you doing in there With Fred?" He asked, sounding like he's gonna explode very soon.
"No..nothing. I was just dancing with him. That's all."
Why's he so flared up about her and Fred?
"Nothing? He was holding your waist like it his. You can't fling his hands off you or rather reject the dance with in."
"First of all, I think you're getting worked up about this, sir. Secondly, I didn't want to dance with him before, I just don't want to embarrass him and it was actually Mr Ben who asked me to go ahead too." She explained.
"Mr Ben? He asked you to agree dancing with Fred?" She nodded innocently. "And you agreed too and let that mosquito hands of Fred touch your body!" He exclaimed.
What's going on? Why's her boss so angry about a man touching her?
"Sir, nothing happened. We were just dancing and not seducing each other. I don't know why you're so angry about this. I'm shocked and confused." Kimberly breathed out and continued. "Where are the documents you want me to photocopy for you?" She asked looking Into eyes but she looked away immediately his eyes met hers.
"There are no documents!" He stated. "I'm just not comfortable seeing you with Fred."
"Are you jealous? Because it sounds like jealousy to me."
"I'm not jealous. I just don't want to see you so close to Fred. I don't know why some people misinterpret."
"What if I'm with other guys?" Kimberly questioned him.
"Do you mean other guys touching you in my presence? You know what, Kimberly? I'm not jealous. Don't misinterpret. I just don't like males touching my female staffs in my presence."
"Are you dating all of your female staffs?" Kimberly chuckled.
"I think this discussion should end here. Let's go back inside and don't mingle with boys around. Else, I will fire you." He stated clearly to her and left her outside to think what ever she's thinking.
"His attitude today is kind of amazing today. He can be this jealous? Did he like me or something? No, it can't be." Kimberly shook her head and went in.
"You already photocopy the documents? That's so fast. You took the jet or what?" Mr Ben teased.
"It isn't about documents. It was something else. Where's Sir Damien anyway?" She looked around and couldn't find him.
"Oh! He went with Fred for some business talk."

The party was over and everyone went home.
Kimberly and Mr Ben had to wait for Damien to sign his own part of the contract with him and Fred.
When he was through, Fred said goodbye to them especially Kimberly who he wanted to shake hands with but Damien rather took the handshake and gave him an evil grin.
Kimberly chuckled at that and said good night to him.
Mr Ben had to drive her home while Damien went his way.
The next day came and went so fast. It was Monday.
Kimberly did received a call last night from his boss, saying he needed her to create a little time today from his schedules for a brief meeting with someone.
And the little time will have to start this morning at 8am to 8:30
She quickly rushed to her bathroom and took her bath, wore her dress and came out of her house.
Her phone vibrated in her bag as she waited for the cab to arrive.
It was a message from an unknown person and when she opened it, it was from Nathan.
"Hi, Kimberly. I hope you're doing good. I can't wait to see your beautiful face again."
Wait! What did he want again in her life? He wants to come into her life.......no, he dare not come near her. It was the fact that Nathan wasn't around when he left her on their wedding day, she'd find him and punch the hell out of him.
She hissed and ignored the message. She can't wait to see him too.
Kimberly got to work around 7:53am and sat at her desk. Her boss is yet to arrive. Probably still sleeping in his house.
Few minutes, he came and asked if the man he's going to have meeting with is around but she shook her head.
"I hate lateness." Damien groaned. "Lead him to my office when he's around. He'd begged me to allow me do some business with him and he's late to his first meeting. I'm sure not going to answer him even when it's 8:31." He checked his wristwatch and it was 8:01am
"I'm sorry for being late even if you just got here too." A man interrupted them. The voice sounds familiar.
Wait! Steven?! He was smiling dangerously at her.
"If you still want this contract, you better follow me inside now? You should be here first before me. Kimberly, I need you inside too." Damien rolled his eyes and walked inside his office.
"So, this is where you work, step sis? A secretary to him? Wow! That's nice." Steven nodded and left.
"Gosh! Stupid people everywhere!" She banged the table and followed too.
