To which the potter refused and started arguing back with her saying that there's a lot of luggage and he deserves to be paid Rs.500/-.
Just before a fight broke out, one of the young women started asking the elderly woman to ignore and walk with her. "Mother, let's go. We don't need the porter. Let's go mother." The mother huffed and dismissed the porter while picking up a bag and the two young girls picked up their three big bags.
"These porters, they know we are coming here for the first time. Hence they are trying to steal our money." The mother commented angrily. While the girls just nodded her head.
"Naina, Ishaani, my daughters, you have to be careful in this city. Everyone here is very bad and will only see how to take advantage of you." The mother warned her daughters.
"Yes mother, we will be careful" Naina replied and Ishaani nodded her head.
"Only because you said and begged to study here in the city, I somehow convinced your father to let you study. You should not do anything that will bring us shame okay?" The mother reminded her again for the nth time.
"Yes mother, we won't do anything that would bring shame. We promise." Ishaani promised her worrying mother.
As they walked out the railway station they saw a whole new world that these women never saw in their whole life. The city was bustling with traffic and too many people. Not to mention no trees or greenery. "Eikes, what is this place! So many people and so much pollution. Our town is much better." The mother commented after being disgusted at the view in front of them.
"I wonder how you will, my dear daughters survive this. So dirty, so polluted."
"Don't worry mother. We will be fine. We heard that my college is a bit far away from the main city so there is less pollution." Ishaani tried to reassure her mother. The mother just nodded her head unconvinced.
"You know the way to go to the college?" The mother asked.
"Yes mother." Naina replied while taking out a folded paper from her bag that had the map drawn by her. They got inside the taxi and Naina told the driver the address of her college. As they loaded the luggage and they started moving towards the college, Naina saw her mother being distracted by the view outside. She quickly took out her semi smart phone and opened the texting app.
TownGirl:- I reached Mumbai
LoverBoy:- Really!? That’s great!
TownGirl:- Yes, talk to you later.

The same day - Afternoon
Location: Oberio Mansion
A young man in a suit was standing at the top of the stairs panicking slightly. “Oh gosh! Do fast, will you? She is coming home today evening not tomorrow. The rate at what you guys are working it seems like you will be done tomorrow night. Move fast.” He scolded the maids of the mansion.
Another young man, in sweatpants and a T-shirt walked in towards the man in suit from the left of the corridor. “Calm down Aarav.” To which Aarav retorted, “WHAT DO YOU MEAN CHILL AARNAV?? Argh! I hope baby doll likes her room setup!”
“Of course, she will, the room has been decorated really well.” Aarnav said while getting down the stairs. “After all I designed it personally, exclusively for her.” Aarav boosted while he stood at the top of the stairs.
“I see traits for narcissistic behaviour” Aarnav mumbled to himself. “Again what is her flight arriving timing?” Aarnav, moving towards the kitchen asked Aarav who was now descending the stairs. “7pm” he replied.
“I’ll go pick her up.” Aarnav told Aarav as he approached towards the kitchen.
“Nope! I wish to join you as well.” Aarav told him. “You know Aarav, my cupcake loves me the most.” Aarnav said and gave a extra sweet smile and picked up his glass of juice.
“Excuse me! She isn’t just your cupcake. She’s my baby doll too.” Aarav told him off while grabbing a fruit bread slice. “Oh please, sometimes you seriously act like a child. You know that right?” Aarnav questions him smiling, holding a half drank juice glass.
Just as they were about to continue their bickering, two servants walked in.
“Sir, where do we keep this?”
“Sir what should we make for dinner?”
The head servant, butler, Mr. Bhanu walked in, “Keep it in the storage room. We will be making the young mistress favourite food.” He gave instructions to the new servants. “Young Masters, I have bought and kept the young mistress’s favourite ice creams in the second-floor kitchen. Is there anything else to be done?”
“No everything is done. Oh! Just get her room cleaned once more please Bhanu uncle.” Aarav asked him sweetly.
“Sure, young master.” He bowed and then left the kitchen to get the work done.
As the butler left they both looked at each other and childishly showed their tongue.
“Let’s go Aarav, we have to go to the airport. It’s 4pm already.” Aarav nodded his head to Aarnav’s statement.
Location: Arriving at woman’s hostel
“How long will it be to reach the hostel, Naina?” The mother asked her daughter. “According to the map we are about to reach mother.” Naina replied to her mother, looking at the paper on which she drew a rough map. She also had a printout of the hostel building. “In 2mins mother” she replied.
Just then Ishaani tapped her mother’s shoulder and pointed at the building now visible. “Here we are” Naina declared aloud. “Good, good” the mother said while getting down from the rickshaw.
After a while, now that the young girls have settled down, the mother starts getting ready to leave.
