Ren Zhong asked again, "Is the Guard arresting people? Who conducts the final trial?"
"Yes, it’s the Guard. Typically, the Guard handles the trial, but sometimes Mayor Ma intervenes."
Ren Zhong nodded, "I understand."
The underlying purpose of Starfire Town’s fragile laws is still to give Hunters a legitimate reason to collect more brains.

Moments ago, Wen Lei was as furious as a descending Heavenly God, yet he instantly calmed down and was stunned on the spot.
Zheng Tian also felt veins throbbing on her forehead.

Seeing the two of them remain motionless, Ren Zhong stood up, pulled out the alloy stick, casually tossed it to the ground, clapped his hands, as if shaking off the blood from his hands.
"When I tell you to leave, just leave. This is no big deal to me, Zheng Tian, you know that."
He nodded slightly again, adding, "Yes, I have a plan."
