Lying heavily wounded on the ground, Josh felt someone sitting on his back. All he could hear were intense gunshots and curses before everything fell silent.
But the outcome was clear. His three teammates were completely wiped out, their fates unknown, and he had been stabbed viciously in the crotch, making him feel a fate worse than death.
At that moment, footsteps approached him. Even though he couldn’t see, he felt someone squat in front of him, pressing a pistol against his head.
"You have thirty seconds. Answer whatever you’re asked."
Lin Miao looked at the blood streaming from the man’s lower body and the lime on his face. He felt a phantom pain himself; these players truly knew no decency.
