Creed POV
I woke up early today, because I also don’t know why. All I know now is that this day is the beginning of Rizden’s work with me. And speaking of her, I brought her to the driver.
Since there is still a day outside and I can't go out, Rizden and I are here at my house first. And I don't know why but I prepared food for her, I mean for the two of us.
I also adjusted and I make sure that I look presentable once I face her. I don't know what the hell is going on but i only know is that Rizden is coming.
I'm not excited okay, I'm just happy because I already have an assistant.
"Sir, they are here." I turned to the maid. I smiled and immediately went down the stairs. When I got down I saw Rizden just got out of the car.
She looked around the outside of the house and then looked at my direction. The two of us got our eyesight right and almost everyone stopped moving to the side when I saw her smile.
Damn! She's so hot! I mean no she's not hot duh. She walked into the house while looking at me. I felt my heart beat faster while she was walking in front of me.
"Good morning Mr. Vaughn." She said politely.
"There's no good in morning Ms. Quatre, you're 3 minutes late." I said coldly. She just smiled.
"Because I took care of my brother before I left. Then I asked your driver if we could take my brother to school first. Sorry Sir." She says.
"Don't call me Sir Ms. Quatre."
"Ma'am?"
"Fuck!"
"Joke. Mr. Vaughn?"
"Too formal."
"Oh eh what shall I call you? Babe? Baby? Mister? Sugar bear?" She asked as I stopped. I looked at hrt but deep inside there's something that made me happy. "Just a joke again haha." She said awkwardly.
"Call me Creed." I said and stared at her.
"Sir, your food is ready." I nodded to the maid and then looked at Rizden.
"Have you eaten?" I ask.
"Why do you care?" She asked and laughed. I just wrinkled my forehead.
"Not yet CREED." She says.
"Then let's eat." I said and walked over to the dining table first. I sat in my chair and she sat in the front.
"Fix the theme of your house ha, all black and mixed with red." She says.
"Just eat." I said. She looked at the table.
"The amount of these food? Will you run out of it?" She asked.
"That's why you're here to help me eat, get down." I said.
" Wait what is that? Red wine?" She asked while pointing at my glass. I stared at her.
"It's pig's blood." I said. I saw her nod.
"Ahh of course. Instead of drinking human blood, you only drink animal blood." She said and started to take food. A long silence fell between the two of us.
Did I scare her?
"Rizden ..." I called. She looked at me.
"Are you .... Are you scared of me?" I ask. She stopped and faced me. She let go of her spoon and fork and laughed.
"No ah." She says. "Why should I be afraid of a handsome vampire like you?" My heartbeat quickened at what I heard.
"But ... I'm a vampire, don't you think I can suck all your blood?" She laughed even harder at what I said.
"I know you can't." She said while laughing.
"I'm just asking, some people are afraid of vampires. They hate vampires and they trying to kill vampires." I said. She was stunned and looked at me seriously.
"You know the first time I saw you, you're obviously a vampire. Is that because of your white and your fangs, then I know you're kind." She says.
"Really?"
"Yes. Because if you're a bad vampire, I hope you sucked my blood while I was unconscious when you first saw me." She said and laughed.
"Then it's cool to have a vampire boss." She added. I smiled at what he said. She's different from the others.
"Wait, how does it feel to be a vampire? Didn't they say that when you're a vampire, your life lasts a few thousand years? How old are you?" She asked. I averted my eyes.
"I'm ... I'm 219 years old." I saw the masculinity of her eyes and amazement.
"Seriously? Cool." She said and smiled.
"I hope everyone reaches that age." She says. I wrinkled my forehead.
"Why? How old are you?" I ask.
"27 years old." She replied.
"Hmm."
"You know, I dream of living long." I stared into her eyes which were now replaced by sadness.
"Don't you people live to be 90 years old?" I ask. She laughed.
"Depends on whether you're sick or not." She answered and ate again.
"Why are you sick?" I will ask. She didn't answer instead she just smiled and ate.
There's something strange with this girl.
