Eternity pov
Slowly, I opened my eyes a dull sciatic ache had settled into my head all over my body, when I touched my head I feel fabric wrapped around it like a medication bandage
My hands are also covered with gauze, and my stomach is bruised, I can't understand much around me, because I felt so dizzy but I slowly begin to sense the pain
Then I noticed, I am in a big king-sized bed Soft silk duvet is over my waist I frowned
How I ended up here, I clearly remembered that mysterious men kidnapping and beating me severely, I tried to sit on the bed but failed due to pain
"You awake," a soft voice said to me, I can feel a feeling of Regret in his voice, I looked It was Aaron, but my mind is still on that kidnapper at how mercilessly he beat me
In the grip of silent panic, wild eyes, pupils dilated, heart racing, brain on fire, brain synapses firing like a hyped-up internal aurora borealis, like a cluster bomb exploding in my brain, turned my brain to a mental soup of conflicting instructions, brain frozen, brain feeling like it's seized up, shrill scream, running aimlessly, frozen in panic, arms flapping almost comically, almost threw up, brain feeling like it's been pickled in mess by remembering that I started panicking, Aaron pulled me into his arms
I quickly hugged him, he also hugged me but soon I feel like air chocked out from me, because my stomach is having an injury
I gasped for breathing and closed my eyes so tightly
"Shit, are you alright, please lay down and take a rest," he said while laying me gently on the bed and pulling a soft duvet over my waist, and kissing my forehead caressing my hair
Then I saw two other men there, they are fhil his eyes are filled with concerns for me and another unknown face he also seems worried for me
Seeing them, my body becomes stiff and I quickly sit with my knees up near my chest, I felt pressure in my throat soon I find myself coughing, I felt Aaron is rubbing my back softly
The next step is my heart starting to beat harder and faster, adrenaline levels rise, my balls try to crawl up inside my body, and my brain fires out negative thoughts like a machine gun.
As sweat happens all over the body. It feels like your skin has another hot skin on the outside. Like a bin bag, it moves over your body and never releases.
The negative thoughts keep coming like waves on rocks. The blood pounded in my ears my heart thudded in my chest my hands are shaking so badly, my feet tingled making my vision disfigured, as if I were looking through a fish-eye lens I had to get away, I couldn't stay near this room any longer seeing my condition
Aaron pulled me in his arms gently and carefully so that it couldn't hurt me I hugged him hiding my face in his broad chest, after that kidnapping incident I can't feel comfortable around any other men, but why I didn't feel fear and uneasy when I was with Aaron
"It's okay eternity,", Aaron said and kissed my forehead and cupped my face," No one is going to harm you I promise I will rip their hands off, if anyone will ever dare to touch you for harming," But my face hides in his chest
"P... please don't kill me," I swallowed
"Dylin, Fhil both should go now in my study, we will talk later," Aaron said to them
They both nodded and started going, Fhil stops indoor of the bedroom and turn around to look at me, I can see tears gathered in his eyes
"Sleep Eter you need rest," Aaron said and I stare at him
"Please don't leave me alone," I said while tears streaming down from my eyes I still clutched his shirt. silently I am begging him not to leave me alone, my mind is still filled with anxiety and fear
He nodded and lay beside I rest me my head in his broad chest and his hand is gently caressing my hair
After some time my eyelids become Heavy, My eyesight blurred, but not because tears were welling up. Everything became fuzzy; then I saw nothing at all. My consciousness was floating through a space filled with thick static. Throughout the inky space, my heartbeats pounded loudly, echoing in my ears, alongside fading pleas for help feeling in my body drained away until finally, all was black.
I awoke to soft sheets, and the morning light trickled in through the blinds. Shedding myself of the remaining glimpses of asleep, my eyes were still shut as I soaked in the warmth of my covers before letting my amber eyes see the sun's rays. I opened my eyes and try to sit upon my bed but it's difficult much because of pain in my stomach area and injured hands but still, I managed to seat
Then I looked around up I was not in my room but it was my husband's room
His room is one of the most beautiful rooms that one can only dream to live
Then I try to stand up from bed, with little difficulty I stand up and started going out of his room but my legs are still very weak because of bruises, so I put my hand on the wall to myself for standing up, I came out from his room to corridor to mansion there in the living room, I saw Aaron he is with Fhil I felt a bit of happiness seeing fhil my brother he is Aaron's childhood best friend; He took me as his long-lost sister, he brotherly loves me too much.
Aaron is talking to other men's they all are in the black suit they all are security teams of his Mansion
And Aaron, he is looking so devilishly handsome in his crisp wrinkle-free dark blue expensive Armani suit, but his eyes were tired like lack of sleep and his face is the hard expression
I come towards stairs, they all looked at me
"Eter," Aaron said just by looking at me, his hard expression softened and his eyes show pure affection and care
He and fhil quickly jogged towards me, Aaron comes by my side and put his arms around my shoulder, and kissed my temple
"Why you come down by yourself you should take rest," he said while stroking my brown hair behind my ear
I looked into his eyes he stares into mine seemed like the world stops here the depth of his beautiful crystal blue eyes
We heard a chuckle; I looked only to see Fhil is looking amazed by seeing us.
"I never thought my stone-hearted best friend will be a lover boy one day," He said dramatically, putting his hand on his heart showing a happy expression
Aaron rolled his eyes at this behavior "Shut up, fhil there is nothing like love which exists in my life I don't love her, I only care for her," Aaron said dryly
I don't know why, but after hearing those words, I felt a pinch in my heart, like someone is tearing my heart; I tried not to show it.
"Cut the bullshit dude, you and I know very well you are onto her," Fhil said to Aaron nudging me while wiggling his eyebrows
I looked away with a small smile
Before Aaron can snap at him again, My stomach growled, and I looked down a little shyly
Aaron smiled beautifully at me "come to Eter let's have breakfast, you have to take medicines after that," Aaron said softly to me and bring me towards the dining room
I, Aaron, and Fhil are sitting in the dining room, Aaron is sitting beside me and fhil is sitting across us, Fhil is teasing Aaron, and Aaron is becoming annoyed by him rolling his eyes And fhil is enjoying it, fhil can make your day he is an amazing guy, I wonder how he ended up being the best friend of Aaron, both are complete opposites!
I shook off this thought and Amy entered the dining room with other maids bringing our breakfast
"Good morning Mr. Knight And Mr. Aallway she greeted Aaron and fhil then turns to me "Hey dear, did you sleep well," she said to me smiling kindly she reminds me of my maternal grandma
She placed Oatmeal, Broccoli, cornflakes with milk and mango juice as my breakfast seeing greenery food I made a face I always eat spicy and cheesy and junk-food food not healthy food "I will not eat this food," I said to her pouting
"Eter, the doctor said you have to eat healthy and light food as it is good for digestion because you are having a little internal injury, as well as major injury in the stomach area, we have to take you for X-ray test also to make sure what is it, so please eat baby," Aaron said to me
When he said that word baby, something flutter like butterflies started in my tummy
Then he took up a fork and leans it towards my mouth he is feeding me
quiet contentment spread through me like a comet
"Two hearts set out on a journey. Why should they concern themselves with the destination?"
Where are they going to stop for the night? Where do you open your eyes in the morning?

Me and Aaron's, heads snapped together in Phil's direction, we saw one and only Fhil whistling this song and looking amazed with us Here Aaron rolled his eyes, and I chuckled Fhil is literally lifeline.
After finishing our breakfast suddenly Fhil said to Aaron,
"Buddy, why don't you take Eternity on a candlelight date, I mean, she is yet not recovered properly but you can do candlelight dinner with her in the huge garden of your mansion. She will also feel so special," Fhil said and winked at me
"What the hell, date with him," I mouthed silently looking at Fhil
My heart starts beating faster Candlelight dinner with Aaron, I bit my lips while I can feel my adrenaline rushing with my pounding heart.
