But Arthur's memories of the Skypiea arc were hazy. It had been too long since he had watched the anime. He vaguely remembered that there was a "Mantra" training method on Sky Island. It seemed like Enel himself had mentioned it.

Arthur looked at Enel's innocent eyes. He suddenly felt a little evil, a twinge of guilt. He had just been thinking about stealing the Observation Haki training method and then killing Enel after taking the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.
'Once I steal your Rumble-Rumble Fruit, I'll find you a decent fruit to compensate,' he thought to himself.
"No worries, I'll come to your place later to take a look. I hope you won't hide it from me then." Arthur pushed away the guilt. He patted Enel's fluffy head.
"Really? That's great..." Enel shouted excitedly. He couldn't contain his joy.
He had never been this happy before.
"Cough cough!" Arthur considered himself a villain, a ruthless killer. But even he couldn't stand a child's innocent gaze. He had to change the subject. "By the way, since your parents left you something, where are they?"
"On the Endless Vearth." Enel's chatterbox was open. He was circling around Arthur, answering every question. "I will definitely go to the Endless Vearth and find them one day."
Endless Vearth was the moon. Skypieans longed for land. They believed the Endless Vearth was their best destination.
'Poor kid,' Arthur thought. He pitied Enel's parents for three seconds.

When the blueprints and materials were all gathered. With the addition of Sky Island's various and magical Dials, this ship would surpass the "Thousand Sunny," the "Oro Jackson," and the "Moby Dick" the moment it was born!
Thinking about this, he was itching to get started. He wanted to make this divine ship a reality.
He followed Enel all the way. Without alerting him, Arthur entered Enel's dilapidated and cramped home. He searched around. He quickly found the "Mantra" training method.

Enel's parents had left him the "Mantra" training method. Maybe they had also left him the Rumble-Rumble Fruit. Arthur wouldn't give up any possibility.
Meanwhile, Enel was outside, preparing food. Arthur quickly searched.
